Indoor comfort Experts is by far the best A/C and Heating company around! During the busiest time of the year, with schedules booked 4 days out, they were able to squeeze us in and repair our AC so that we weren't sitting in miserable temperatures for days. They were in an out within just a few hours of calling. Very reasonable pricing and amazing people! They will be my first call every time!

Just experienced the best service ever from a ac&heating company. I messed up a few parts trying to install a new thermostat that seemed straight forward but was not after whole unit shut down, and house got hot quick, posted online about it because a hot house and a 2 month old baby don't mix. They reached out willing to help, also this is a time frame between 11pm and 3am in the morning.
I got the parts and came home and had a 1on1 facetime with the owner on how to hook everything back up the right way. Super grateful right now. They saved the night. Thank you. Glad I found a new AC company.

Always great tune-ups on my AC/ Heating system. Prices are fair, however they raised prices this year and I have to re-evaluate other companies. I removed some star ratings due to them now charging a credit card processing fee 4% in addtion to the actual cost even though I offered cash up front but no change was available, then my AMEX was turned down by them.
When I asked to have the credit card fee refunded or applied as a credit for the next service was told NO. I told them I have a choice for another company that wont charge this fee or can make proper change for cash. Instead of making it right for the customer, Owner thought I was rude and wanted to no longer service my home, and canceled my maintenance contract. Ok, glad there are other companies out there to take my business to.

We initially started using Indoor Comfort Experts due to our home warranty but liked them so much that we now do their yearly service agreement. They are always upfront and professional. The technician has always been open about what is and is not covered by our home warranty and makes sure we understand everything when evaluating any needed repairs. Love them!

We found we had an a/c problem on Monday night. I sent in the online form with Am Homeshield Warranty at 7am on Tuesday and by 10am, they had called me and scheduled a same day appointment for 2pm. They then called me back and said noon, then called back and said 11. They were there promptly. They diagnosed the problem easily. They were gone by noon and our home is cool again!
You may say WHY do you need a/c in January? Well, this is Houston, and our humidity level was 68%. So, even though it was 70-ish outside, the inside felt like a sticky mess. We have a 4 month old who is super hot natured, not to mention the rest of us who ere miserable as well. I have had home warranty experiences that were definitely HORRIBLE, BUT...........this was the BEST we've ever had. I would wholeheartedly say if they're assigned to your job, never fear. They're good.

Waited three days for a technician who arrived arrived two hours after the expected four hour window. He did not have the equipment for the repair. So we had to wait another day. The exterior fan was replaced and we were charged $70 for one pound of coolant. Within 48 hours the a/c was not working again. I called the office and was informed I have to wait another three days. Spoke to the owner William who obviously does not care about having home warranty customers and it appears we are an inconvenience. He expected me to diagnose the problem with the AC. I would never recommend this company.

Had a wonderful experience with Seth. The company quickly made an appointment with us after we submitted a request to our home warranty company. The person who scheduled our appointment was very nice and professional she explained what we needed to do to prepare for the visit by the tech. Seth called me about 10 - 15 min before he arrived which gave me the chance to be ready for him.
I truly appreciate this! Once he arrived he was professional and took the time to answer our questions and explain everything about what needed to done with our unit. I would highly recommend this family owned business for all of your air conditioning needs.

Tried to come early, and complained when no one could be there at this time. Spent 20 minutes total on the visit. Did not check the inside coil at all, but claimed it was dirty. Said he couldn't get an accurate reading on coolant if filters or coils were clogged or dirty. Claimed to have put in 4 pounds of coolant, even though coils were dirty. Argued with me about service charge. Treated me with contempt and seemed to be inconvenienced by having to work on a home coverage plan home. Charged double for coolant than the next company that came out to work on the system after his "fix" lasted for 2 days. Instructed me as to how to clean my coils (didn't bother to do it himself, despite the fact that it was covered on my plan). Arrogant, worst customer service I have received perhaps ever, but certainly in at least a decade. Sounds like this company has some good employees, but the owner, William, don't expect him to do very much other than get your A/C going as quickly as possible so he can leave.
