The AC wasn't working and I got a technician to come out right away. He made the repair and left. The AC didn't work. I called the next morning and got another tech right away, he found the valve to install the coolant leaked and caused the unit to lose coolant. He made the repair and I'm in business. Both techs seemed to be competent and were friendly.
I have a 10 year warranty and I just made it within the time limit. I was only charged for the refrigerant. Not sure I should be charged because it needed refrigerant because of a leak.

I called them whose name was on my A/C got them info that I had changed ownership and that Mr Green was in England and I was the new owner! Basian, They send somebody, Connor, within two hours, he fixed the machine sold me a deal to manage the machine twice yearly and it was perfect service Services: HVAC repair, Duct and vent cleaning, Heating maintenance

We spent $24,000 2 years ago on 3 units, at that time we had asked for a system that was reliable and everything we would need to have quality units. We bought the maintenance program and had them out every 6 months for preventive maintenance. 1 and 1/2 years after installation, on our 3rd preventive maintenance, the technician advised us that we really needed to spend $6,000 in upgrades to the systems. It would be a big mistake not to do the upgrades recommended. Either they are unscrupulous or bad at what they do.

My AC was not cooling for 3 days. The temperature in my house was 86 degrees Despite the challenges that surfaced in repairing my AC.Chris, Angel, and Lisardo fixed it! These guys are fantastic! I cannot say enough good things about this company. After the original disaster I hired from to install all new units and handlers, Kyzar was recommended by the manufacturer to fix what the original company installed completely wrong. Kyzar's team is professional, competent, efficient and absolutely a life saver. I had another recommendation from another AC company to replace all the units, which Kyzar saved me from a huge expense and fixed my units correctly and at a great price. Save the time and hassle with shopping around elsewhere, this company knows what they are doing!

My air kept shutting off by itself to where it was 90 degrees in my house! Chris came in the evening and diagnosed that the unit was old and any repair (that was my third one) could not be guaranteed. I ended up purchasing a new unit, for which Chris was very helpful in my choosing the best for what I needed including the best value. Although by this time it was 10 pm, Chris worked tirelessly to give me temporary air until the new unit came in. Earl was also very helpful with my finance options with his friendly and supportive personality. Chris made my comfort his first priority and I cannot be more grateful to Chris, Earl and the entire Kyzar crew for their professionalism and care through this experience. Having your air break down in the height of summer could be a nightmare, but they went out of their way to make it all more endurable. I am recommending Kyzar to everyone! They are the best company in South Florida.

Our AC kept shutting off. At 4pm it was 86 degrees in our house and we were panicking because it was the night before the kids were going back to school. We called Kyzar AC and spoke to Anna. She was extremely kind and sympathetic to our situation. She said that she couldn't make any promises because it was so late in the day, but that she would try her hardest to get someone out to us the same evening.
She came through! At 8:30 pm, Conner showed up at our door! We were beyond thrilled to see him! He too was kind and hardworking. He fixed our AC and we all slept in a cool house. I was very impressed with the way Kyzar conducts their business. It's not often these days that you find genuine compassion for others as they both demonstrated. We will definitely be calling Kyzar AC for all of our gutter AC needs! Thank you Anna and Conner!

They were so efficient and thorough in their work. They even went the extra mile to make sure the new AC unit worked with the previous layout of the ac.

You guys were all awesome! Earl is the sales person that gave me the quote. He is a straight shooter and that is refreshing after having to deal with high pressure sales people and verbal quotes from mom&pop companies. They arrived on the day and the time they told me the installation would occur. Carlos was the installer and I must say he did a very professional install in a reasonable time.
This is not my first AC replacement so I know the kind of work some companies do. Carlos really went beyond what you would normally expect on an install. I would seriously recommend that you at least get a quote from Kyzar AC and let them tell you what they will do for you. You won't regret it.

It was a pleasure doing business with Yencil Arredondo. He was always very professional and extremely accommodating and patient with all our questions and requests. He supplied all the information we requested in order to make an intelligent decision--and without any pressure tactics. Great experience. Fast. Installed an amazing Lennox system the next day. Very professional installing team. Installed 3 new returns that look great. Replaced much of our duct and plenums. The owner of the company and his wife came on site twice to inspect the work and he made additional changes to improve the system. Also installed a completely new condensate drain that had been a chronic problem.
It was a lot of work and their installers did a very good job. System performs very well. Feels like I am living in a new home. We added the UV lights from Lennox which seem to help. Included Wifi Honeywell thermostat that works very well. The A/C industry is so full of dishonest vendors so Kyzar is a breath of fresh air (pun intended) On a side note I have worked with Cassidy in the past that were very nice and honest. In my business I have also worked with East Coast Cooling which have been very honest. I highly recommend Kyzar Air.

It's Saturday, over 90 outside and I have two small kids.. needless to say we were in a tough spot with our ac going out. They came in and replaced a part of my ac that another company said would be almost 3 times what I paid and were able to do it that same day and get us AC through the weekend. BEST COMPANY EVER! This is by far the best air conditioning and service company in Palm Beach County. Dave and Kim run the business smoothly and always call when there is a problem. Jay the service manager is very easy to talk to and has even solved a problem of mine over the phone so I wouldn't have to have a tech come out. I have purchased my air conditioner with them and always recommend my friends to them when their a/c breaks down. Ryan the sales man gave me a great price on my Lennox and I even got a rebate on it. Kyzar Air has been super great to work with. We had a complete new system installed about a year ago. The installers were courteous and very quick, but didn't do a great job building the new plenum, so I had a service call about 3 months ago to check for some moisture I noticed on the air handler. They came out quickly, assessed the problem and came back as scheduled a few days later to button-up the sloppy install.
No charge (as expected, but there was no attempt to squeeze some extra money out of me). They just fixed it and moved on. I just had them do a routine service, too, which went flawlessly (and got a new filter to boot!). A+ recommendation here, y'all.

The people who own and work at Kyzar are honest, reliable, and their prices are fair.... and very easy to communicate with. The staff who came to our house Jarad, Daryl, Horacio and the young men who installed the unit as well as Mary Ann who answers the phone and schedules the appointments are so friendly and polite. They were great to work with.

I called the security gate to tell them that l was expecting Kyzar and the guard said no problem ... they do a lot of work in this community. (l live in a huge gated community in Jupiter... and Kyzar seems to be the co of choice! )

My ac unit went down Thursday night and I called Kyzar Friday morning at 8:00am. They came out the same day and sent me one of there best mechanic Robert. Robert was very respectful and polite. He started with the unit outside and explained everything he was doing. The repair took 3 hours which considering everything he did was quick. FPL strikes again cause of there power surges we needed a new control board, stat, motors, and even a module for the indoor motor. Kyzar in my opinion is one of the best in the industry. They provide great service and they are RESPONSIBLE with their pricing. Thank you Robert and Kyzar Air Conditioning for getting my house cooling again.
