Acme Cool and heat was established by Mark Langley a 20 plus year veteran of the Mechanical, heating and cooling industry. We've done work Randolph Air Base-Install duct work for ventilation systems, Texas A/M university @ commerce - Install 400 ton chiller. Naval air station Corpus Christi-Install two 400 ton cooling towers. Pecan valley elementary-Replace 400 ton chiller and multi zone air handler and New Braunfels city court- Replaced Air cooled 300 ton building chiller. Just to name a few.

Mark was great! Rather than try to sell me something I don’t need (like the other 2 quotes) he made a repair which got my 7 year old A/C working better than ever and saved me a bunch of money that I just can’t spend right now. I really appreciate the honesty. When I’m ready for that upgrade, I’ll definitely be calling him.

I asked the repair guy to fix my heater and air conditioner last winter. He fixed the heater. When I tested my AC, he told me that I would not feel cool draft because I just turned off my heater. He said me that trust him and if it was not fixed, he would drop by my house again and fix it. He guaranteed 5 year warranty. Now, summer came. I turned on my AC.
It didn't work at all. I called him several times. He neither picked up his phone or bother to call me back. I have been at home without AC working 3 weeks now. I should not trust this guy.
