We contacted Thermo Tech to update our furnace and hot water tank. We were contacted in a timely manner; worked with us on a realistic plan to serve our needs and provided a reasonable estimate. We appreciate the professional and courteous manner we were greeted each time they contacted us and worked within our home. Daniel and his team installed a A/C unit in my home shortly after I reached out to them. They were very professional and did a excellent job on the installation. These are the guys you want working in your home. I honestly don't have any complaints what-so-ever. It's very seldom a company checks every box for quality, value, professionalism, reliability, and just being great people, but Thermal-Tech does it with flying colors. Their workmanship is first class, they show up on time, they're respectful of you and your property, promptly answer any questions you may have, do the work the way you want it done, and do a great job cleaning up afterwards.

My Grandparents have relied on Thermal-tech for many years for their heating and cooling needs and they couldn't say enough good things about this family owned business and the quality of their work. We had to sell my Mom's home quickly and needed the furnace and air conditioner replaced. Howard was very nice on the phone and scheduled an estimate appointment right away.

Wonderful people to work with from the initial phone call to the completed service. So pleased with the great communication all the way around. They were referred to us by our daughter. Techs were very nice, professional and really enjoyed talking with them as we waited for the storm to pass! We will definitely call them if we have any other heating or cooling problems!

I was so bummed out when my AC stopped working. Not only was it 90+ degrees outside, but I really didn't want to spend the money and I as a single woman I was worried I would be sold something I didn't need. I have known Howard for a number of years, both as a customer and a friend. As a building contractor at Lake Mohawk, Howard and his crew first worked for me during the construction of my new home. It was not an easy project from the HVAC perspective, as the house has a open floor plan, and some areas were not easily accessable. Howard spent a great deal of time with me on the design of the system, and 5 years later it performs exactly as it was designed, the home is more comfortable both winter and summer than I could have hoped.

I use Thermaltech on any project requiring heating and cooling, and refer them to anyone who asks me for a reputable HVAC contractor. If you want a straight up honest, highly competent crew to do your project, Howard and his guys are the right ones.

I have known Howard and Daniel for a long time. They are very honest and dependable people. That being said there was no question who I was going to call when the furnace in our new home started acting up when it was time to start it up this year. Unfortunately it was not repairable and it was time for a new one. The new furnace looks great. It was a very clean and neat install. Thermal Tech is a great company and will always have its customers best interests in mind. Thank you guys very much for the great work. We can't wait to try it out this winter.

Daniel and Aaron came out and replace my furnace today. Very nice and very friendly guys. The work they performed was above my expectation. Very clean and tidey work. I will tell every single person that's looking for a furance or ac to call them. They showed up on time, had all the equipment on hand, didn't leave a mess, and cleaned up the area better than I had it.
