Did very little to help me out and left me in the cold when I didn’t agree to buy a new furnace instead of fixing my present one. Paid $90 for not much of anything. Second company found I had a manufacturer’s warranty on my heat exchangers and all I paid was ok above costs. Great company came out on a Sunday very fast. Fixed my problem in Know time.

Very kind and informed me about every detail to my repairs. They were even kind enough to answer a late night call and talk me through a problem then came to check the next day. Called on another very cold day and they were out in less than 2 hours to help. Great group would recommend their work to anyone

As a recent (6/06/18) paying customer of Americool of Wyandotte I would like to say I will never recommend or use Americool again. We have a cousin that does Heating & Cooling for a living; however he was out of town when our Central Air went out, so we called Americool. The repairman arrived while my wife was home. After an inspection of the Central Air Unit he told my wife the a/c compressor was locked up and it had a leak that he could not find and it also needed a capacitor.

This is all noted on the receipt, that I still have. We were charged $90 for this inspection. He told my wife it would be better to just have a new unit installed by him for $4,600. After a phone conversation with me we decided not to move forward with his recommendation. 3 Days later my cousin returned from vacation and came over right away. He had our a/c unit working in 20 minutes.

He charged it, changed the capacitor, and tightened the two Schrader valves. Now we have a working a/c unit. Either the Americool guy was trying to rip my wife off or he has no idea what he is doing, either way I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Very professional offered a good price on furnace and outdoor ac unit. Both Ryan and Ed worked very quickly when my furnace went out in December. I had it diagnosed one day and installed the next day. Then installed outdoor unit in the spring. Couldn't ask for more.

Came out late to fix our AC unit and charged a decent price for it

Excellent service! I had them install a new unit in my home, replaced both the AC unit and Furnace. Ed came in and went over all my options, make, models, efficiency and explained each in detail. I had some prior issues with are flow with the other unit and he was able to correct it with the new unit he installed. Eliminating my window unit on the upper level of my house.

Saving me both money and energy in the long run. There was no hard sales pitch with Ed like you see with other HVAC guys, he went over what I needed and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need and there were no hidden "extras". His installation crew did an excellent job on the installation. They were very professional and helpful explaining how to use the new unit and how to change filters. They left the area clean and nicer then it was before. Hands down one of the best company's I played to do work at my house, they will be my go to heating and cooling guys.

They came out and gave us an accurate diagnosis of an issue with our AC. We cannot afford to replace this season but they are definitely a contender for replacement next year.

Great service! Had my Ducts cleaned by Caleb and Mandy, and they were Very friendly and helpful! They were patient and answered all my questions. I learned quite a bit about my heating and duct work systems! I recommend them highly, and I will be a repeat customer!! :)
