Where did the disappear to? Great company and I believe sold, but no new numbers, website does not work, what is going on?

Thank you so much to Wayne and Adam who did a top notch job on fitting my A/C. They were kind, efficient and are honest guys! They gave me bespoke advice regarding the best way to fit my A/C in a functional way but also took into account of aesthetics of the house. Their work is very clean and admirable. Yet another update. Temperature Control did not finish the job they were contracted for, but now more and more mysterious charges are hitting our credit card. They are good at charging the credit card but no one followed up to make an appointment for them to finish the job. We had to chase them. I have had to tell them to stop charging my card until they have sent full itemized invoices.

We should not have to pay for the first techs, who screwed up the job, and it STILL isn't fixed! I hope this will prompt someone who is high up in the company to contact me. I was at one point invited to email them but the address provided was not responded to. Temperature Control, we have been your loyal clients for years! What has happened to you?

We are very happy with our new HVAC system! It was a long process of multiple bids and discussions. Got estimates from five different HVAC companies. Temperature Control Corp's bid was fair and reasonable by comparison. Met with owner David Parker whose presentation was thorough, considerate, and informative. (He also stopped by regularly during the installation to check on his crew's progress and was there to meet with the city permit inspector to insure the work passed inspection.) A few additional financial incentives arranged for with the office manager convinced us to go with Temperature Control.

While we did have a few installation concerns that needed to be addressed over the three or four days it took to complete the job, each was resolved to our satisfaction and we now couldn't be happier with the result. The Carrier Infinity HVAC they installed is extremely quiet, efficient, and highly effective. There are days when we completely forget that it's 100 degrees outside.

Any questions we've had about the operation of the unit have been answered helpfully and immediately by the staff. We did have a question regarding the unit's operation early on and the technician who was sent out to investigate was highly knowledgeable and skilled. Note: We almost went with a Lennox HVAC, but wider parts availability and Temperature Control's many years experience with the company convinced us to go with Carrier.

Wayne was brilliant. He's clearly very thorough about his job choosing exactly but right spot for the unit and ensuring the unit outside was painted to be camouflaged. The price was online with other quotes but thought his service and attention to detail was really great.

I contacted around 10 different vendors to get quotes on a replacement for my outdated furnace + AC. Most of them sent a less-knowledgeable sales tech out and gave unimpressive advice/solutions. With Temperature Control, I was able to work with David, the owner, via email to receive a quote based on pictures I had sent pending a final verification where he came out and assessed the project himself.

It was quite nice not to be pressured into a visit to my home (especially during COVID) while going through the ballpark quoting process. David was very knowledgeable and steered us away from a more expensive solution I had originally asked for that he didn't think would work well for our home to a very reasonable, high quality Mitsubishi heat pump + air handler solution.

His quote for this system, even before current rebate incentives, also came in around $2500 less than most quotes I received to have my system replaced with a traditional furnace + AC. Temperature Control is a Diamond Dealer for Mitsubishi and as such is also able to install these systems with a 12 year warranty. I was very impressed with David's knowledge, responsiveness and price so I decided to go with Temperature Control and the Mitsubishi system for our project.

It was estimated to be a 1-1.5 day project. Three members of the team arrived on the first day of the install on time and began the work. As they were removing my old system they noticed that we had significant issues with our existing air return ducting that couldn't have otherwise been seen at quoting time. This is where I really can't stress enough how happy I am to have gone with Temperature Control for this installation.

The team alerted me to the issues with my current return ducting and let me know that while they could go and install the unit as planned, they wouldn't recommend doing this as it would lead to significantly lower air quality. I figured that at this point the project was going to go off the rails as we were now going to need to spend more time planning, open some walls to install ducts, move the install location of the air handler, and change the plan on some of the connector ducting. However, much to my surprise, the team worked quickly with me and David to make a new game plan.

The new plan involved all of the above work as well as some custom ducting fabrication. They proposed an honest, reasonable, and frankly less-than-expected change order fee for the additional work which I accepted. All of this was done within an hour and the crew immediately finished the day getting as far as possible with the new plan. After waiting a day for the custom ducting to be fabricated, they then had a 3-person crew working for two full additional days to complete the project.

The level of detail and care that the crew put in while working is remarkable -- they really care about the quality of their work. At the end of the project we now have an air handler installed on the other side of our garage from originally planned, brand new return ducting installed into our home, and custom metal ducting installed to connect the new unit in an as-hidden-as-possible fashion to the existing ducting on the other side of our garage.

The team went above and beyond in delivering a high-quality install and were able to work through any/all of the challenges that they ran into with skill and ease. Most importantly they genuinely cared about me as a customer and my home having the best possible outcome. Installation aside, the Mitsubishi M-series 3-ton Heat Pump unit we installed is great!

The air handler makes virtually no noise compared to our previously quite-loud furnace and the outdoor unit is also significantly quieter than any traditional AC I've seen installed. The system can also run in a dry mode which is quite nice for homes that have high humidity closer to the water. If you have the chance, you won't be disappointed working with Temperature Control for this sort of a project. I'm pretty sure that I could not have had a better outcome for my project, and while not inexpensive, their quote was honest and still lower than quite a few other quotes I had gotten.

Love this company. Every member of the staff is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The technicians are fast, efficient, respectful and keep a very clean workspace. Will definitely be using them again and will highly recommend them to friends in the area.

Wayne is one of life's good guys and inspires confidence. With his colleague they repaired my AC unit (not originally installed by them) back to full working order in 2 hours. Very professional job, I highly recommend them.

Wayne confirmed all details by email, and we spoke on the evening before the installation to confirm that everything was going ahead. On the day, Wayne and Adam arrived at the agreed time, and carried out the installation in an efficient and professional manner. Wayne offered a warranty of seven years, providing that he services the unit every year, and we agreed a reasonable price for that. I had quotes from three other suppliers. Right Temp Control offered the best price, best warranty and also got back to me sooner than the others. Highly recommended.

Temperature Control came recommended by a relative who had a great experience. David was the perfect balance of technical knowledge, confidence, warmth and a gracious personality. Most AC companies came out and did the Sales thing. You know?!, the very LA thing of beginning every sentence with "Listen my friend.no problem. Everything is going to be fine".

Temperature Control was hands down the best service we have ever received. Our technician was timely, informative, and professional. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate my system and educated me on some ways to keep the system in running order. He never attempted to upsell me on services I don't need and ensured we understood the services he provided.

I had an air conditioning unit installed with 2 inside units by Right Temp Control Ltd. I am extremely pleased with their professional service and attention to detail. Soon after the initial enquiry Wayne carried out the survey and explained in great details the unit fitting my needs and the work required for the installation. On the installation installation Wayne arrived on time and finished a difficult job in one day which might have otherwise taken another day.

The job was done very neatly with great attention to detail. There were no visible holes, wires both inside and outside the building. I highly recommend Right Temp Control Ltd for their professionalism and pleasant attitude and look forward to get more jobs done in the future.

In this day and age, we are all working on saving some $. Was referred to temperature control corp by a friend explaining their professionalism. My a/c unit has not really been doing its job recently and wanted to know if it was time to replace or could it be repaired. Called and spoke with Jackie. Give her my concerns and she suggested having the unit looked at.

We scheduled an appointment and the tech to come take a look. The gentleman came.checked out the unit and made some repair suggestions. The cost of the repair was far and away less then a new unit. My place is cold and I am quiet happy. Always nice having a service company provide proper services

Ok. While I did NOT decide to go with Temperature Control, I did think it was imperative to leave this review regardless. David came out to give us an estimate on service. We got a good vibe right away from him. He was very thorough and explained a lot of ins and outs of our current HVAC system and took his time. I never felt rushed and I also felt like he gave us a THOROUGH analysis of what should be done.

He also followed up on his estimate and I absolutely appreciate the communication. He didn't let us "slip through the cracks." He makes you feel like you matter and that's amazing. While we did go with a competitor, it really only came down to price. He represents his company very well and should anything change with our current HVAC company, David and Temperature Control group will be my first call.

DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE! Most incompetent serviceman sent over from this company, did not know how to diagnose problem, was very rude and unhelpful. We had to get another company out that did the job right.,

I needed an HVAC Contractor in Westwood and found David at Temperature Control. From my first call with him, he was very responsive. Then when I was scheduling with his office, Myra was friendly and professional in getting me scheduled. Then when it was time for the tech to come out, I got a text showing me not only a picture of the tech (Omar), it also showed me where he was in route to my location. I would highly recommend David and his team to work on any AC unit or any heating system, the are second to none.

Call them for your routine maintenance as well as they will keep your hvac system clean and operational. 3yrs have past and just got my hvac serviced. Omar said that we may need to get our duct cleaned as we just came through a brush fire. He finished up and said all looked clean and even recommended I get the filter on amazon for half the price that he would charge me. That's honesty! Thanks again!

Good News! Yesterday I went on yelp. Called the number one 5 Star AC repair, Temperature Control Corporation. On a Saturday, David Parker returned my call within 2 MINUTES! He said he could be here in the morning. On a Sunday yet! He shows up at 8:50 am. Goes on the roof and finds a burnt wire. (See photo ) and a fan blade that was improperly installed. Coils need cleaning in future $450 (last guys quoted $650. This bill was only $180. You should definitely use and refer David to everyone. We are very pleased.

Rey Ampie did a stellar job in getting the pilot lit for my heater. I live in an old four-plex apartment which means that finding access to my heater took extra time and patience. I would definitely use this company again.

Mr. Parker (president of Temperature Control), I just added a picture proving Morgan works/had worked at your company. As you can see in the picture, the name of the company and phone number matches your companies info. Morgan's name is clearly written. what's even more iratating is that the thermostat Morgan installed has been malfunctioning for months now.

The system Is supposed to shut off when it reaches a certain temperature. However, because the thermostat was poorly installed, the AC just keeps on running. Now I have to get another AC repair company to come and fix your companies mistake!
