Called ACS at 10:30 and Brian laid out a window later in the afternoon for when he'd send a technician to diagnose my A/C unit. Received a call from Jeff an hour before and he said he'd be there early. Jeff was excellent in quickly diagnosing the issue. No BS. Didn't try to upsell and charge an arm and a leg for other issues that were not there.

Quickly took care of issue, explained the issue and how to prevent any further issues, and was as honest a technician as could be. Very pleased with the service from Jeff and ACS. Highly recommend if you are in the Allen/Plano area.

Amazing customer service! Jeff came out on a Monday, walked us through the issue and verified that it was under warranty. He did explain that it could several days or a week before the repair could be done due to schedule. Brian called that afternoon, confirmed the issue and tentative cost. Couldn't confirm a date because of scheduling but called the following day and said he could have a crew out that afternoon! Amazing. Responsive and attentive to how uncomfortable Texas is without AC! Hopefully, don't have another AC issue but if I do, I'm definitely going back here!

Jeff showed up on time to diagnose why our compressor had quit working. Fixed the problem in an hour and charged a fair fee and didn't try to rip us off. Can't ask for more. Highly recommended Service: A/C system repair

I never leave reviews but I made an exception in this case. Our AC went out on my husband's birthday of all days in 90+ degree heat. I like to choose local businesses so a quick google search brought me to them. Not only were they able to come out the same day he arrived right on time and promptly discovered the problem. With our older furnace it wasn't an easy repair but he worked with us to find a solution that allowed us to get cool air the next day.

Like I said I never leave reviews but I really appreciated his honesty and care in helping us find an economical solution and stop us from baking in the house all summer. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I can't say enough good things about this company! My husband called them on Friday and they came and checked out the issues we have been having for 8 years or so. Saturday morning they was at my house for a total of 3 hours and replaced our inside unit and outside unit and thermostat. My home is now nice and cold! They cleaned up all the mess that was made as well ( boxes and cardboard from parts) I have gotten 4 quotes from other companies and this was the best, and another good thing is that units and parts are made in Tyler Texas, gotta love American made! Jeff and Ruben and Denise is the best out there!

AC not blowing. Phoned at 8AM and talked to Brian. Jeff, the tech, showed up as scheduled between noon and 2PM. Needed to replace attic portion of system. I don't normally give reviews however I must say, Air Comfort Solutions delivered a home run today. Our air conditioner went out last night, made several calls to other companies and no one could service us until late next week :. ACS took the call and told us they would arrive between 3-5 today. Jeff arrived right before 3PM and had us up and running immediately. Jeff was very proud of his company and confident in the service they provide and I can see why. Locking them in for future use! We have had these guys out to our house multiple times now, the most recent was just for a tune up. Eavry time they have come out, they have been on time, professional and polite. We have used Air Comfort Solutions for years. They do a great job. Bryan and Jeff are both very professional, show up when they say they will, and are reasonably priced. Last summer they put in a new blower and are electric bills have decreased. This time they performed the spring maintenance and cleaned the outside unit. Very pleased with them and will use them for years to come!

GREAT EXPERIENCE! My a/c stopped blowing cold air so I called and was given an appointment right away. Very professional and the service call price was perfect. The service Tech Jeff was very friendly and informative. He checked multiple potential problems and made some great recommendations. I will definitely do business with them again, when needed.

We were quoted, by another contractor, over $6K for a new air conditioning unit as the only option to fix our a/c. We called Air Comfort Solutions for a second opinion and over the phone were told to try changing our filters first before spending any money. It worked! Our air conditioner never worked better and it only costs us $20 for two. filters.

He didn't even try to come out and charge a service fee just to tell us it was a filter either. They are the most honest service company we have ever dealt with. Highly recommend. When we do have another issue requiring an in-person diagnosis/repair, we won't be going anywhere but here and wouldn't even consider a second opinion would be necessary! With only seeing commercials, I had to call today due to our furnace going out at 430 this morning. Everyone that I dealt with today were nothing but polite and courteous. I couldn't have had an easier experience at such a difficult situation.

After a lot of ridiculous quotes from other HVAC companies, we called ACS and we were blown away by how honest and helpful they are. Our tech Jeff was great, and helped us get our problems taken care of at a very reasonable cost. We really appreciated that ACS was there to help us with the needed repairs, and not just trying to upsell or talk us into doing something we didn't need.

After arriving when he said he would, Tim explained in terms we could easily understand exactly why our AC was not working. He ordered the needed parts and again was at the house when he said he would be to make the repair. Additionally, he reviewed all the steps and. timeline we need to take to keep our unit working optimally. Tim not only went above and beyond what we expected, he could not have been more accomodating and kind. Tim was our tech and he was professional and honest- I completely and immediately felt he was genuine and did NOT have a sales pitch- I very much appreciated that. He has followed up appropriately and even checked out an issue unrelated to the work his installers ( Robert and George- class acts!) had performed.

Well when your air goes out who you gonna call? ACS- Air Comfort Solutions that's who! Tim was who I dealt with on this visit. Since I am a renter, the decision making on replacing this 15+ year old unit is not up to me. He was honest and upfront. I know this because I have owned multiple old homes and understand how often installations have been poorly done.

This is one of them. Tim stated he could provide the owner with a temporary fix by adding freon. However, long term, replacement of the unit would need to be done since the coils were leaking freon. The particular freon used in this unit is no longer allowed by the government and will be completely fazed out within the next 2 years. He re-taped all the original areas as a temporary fix to slow some of the leaking air.

All of this is just a huge band-aid. I don't do well when it's hot inside the sanctuary I call home. Was really glad how fast ACS was able to respond and place a band-aid on the air flow issue. The house is a bit cooler, however, I don't think it will last for very long in this Texas heat. Since this is also a combo unit. I hope it will fire up come winter and keep us warm. If I own another home I will definitely use ACS to inspect and service our units.

We had a fantastic experience with Air Comfort Solutions. They came out fast to look at our problem and provided us with a new furnace the following business day (bid was day before Thanksgiving, and repair was black Friday!). Initially, their bid was higher than a competing company because it provided additional features; however, once Bryan and I discussed the product differences and what was more important to us, Air Comfort was able to meet the other bid.

The work was completed fast, and once it was all done Tim came by our home to inspect it and go over the new furnace with us. The warranty (1 yr on labor, 10 yrs on parts!) was mailed to us as promised as we recieved it just two business days after the install.
