The Service Engineer, James Spearman, was very pleasant, thorough, efficient and informative. He arrived on time, introduced himself, told me what he was there to do and wasted no time performing tasks. He made recommendations to help me improve the efficiency and life of my AC unit which I was happy to do. He was not a PUSHY salesman. Thank goodness!

Southern Air Heating & Cooling is my go to place for all of my AC and Heating needs. I cannot say enough good things about them. Their techs are trustworthy and don't replace parts or do extra services unless it is absolutely necessary. Always on time and very speedy service. Southern Air has been providing all of my maintenance and repair work on my A/C and heating units for several years now. We purchased new units about 8 years ago and the company we purchased from and later another local company could never get the heat to work properly. Southern Air in Shreveport found the problem and we've been good since. Southern Air takes care of my routine maintenance on the AC and heating systems and they have made a couple of service calls for minor repairs since I began using them. They are quick to respond to service issues and every technician has been very knowledgeable and just good people.

SOUTHERN AIR INVADED MY NW ARKANSAS COUNTY & RIPPED OFF THE LOCALS!!! My HVAC company for over 20 years was Island AIRCO in Carroll County, AR. Southern Air bought AIRCO this year and immediately INCREASED the PRICE of my HVAC Maintenance Contract from $254 to $360. Dang Carpet Baggers from Louisiana! May Southern Air burn in its own furnaces!

Southern Heat and Air are very professional. Making an appointment via phone was simple and the available appointment time was given timely, not weeks out. The technician, John, was early which was great. He was very friendly, very personable, professional and had my air conditioner running in less than an hour. I would highly recommend this company. Easy scheduling. Received phone call to alert me the repairman was on his way. Excellent and professional service. Diagnosed the issue quickly, discussed payment options clearly for me to choose option best for me, then fixed issue. Stayed to ensure unit was working properly before he left. They were super professional, respectful, considerate, honest, and fast. No one once made me feel like I'd be taken advantage of as a single woman making my own decisions, like some other companies have. I love that their business/customer service systems use modern technology for the busy homeowner: I got text and email updates, was able to sign for service on a tablet, and received a detailed/itemized receipt via email. Kind, smart, good solid people.

Honest and friendly. Definitely expensive but no more than their competitors. Generally are available earlier than initially scheduled and always provide quality workmanship. I had no idea they did plumbing. We now have functional plumbing again. This company also installed our HVAC systems a few years ago and have always been punctual and professional. We've been using this company for around 6 years.

Noah came exactly when he said he would and stayed at past dark. He gave clear answers to my questions and was very helpful. I decided to give Southern the job based on my experience with Noah. That was Friday. Monday Silas came to do the work I requested. He too arrived right on time, he was super polite, he too answered all my questions and stayed until the job was done.
He cleaned up every scrap from a fairly dirty job. These guys were super. They were the most professional technicians I have eve seen. Southern, I don't know how you hired and retrained workmen like this, but your company is clearly doing something right. Oh, my bill was exactly what I was told it would be, no sudden add on charges. That was a nice surprise!

We had our scheduled maintenance check done on our A/C unit today. I wanted to complement the person that did the work - Tyler Lemoine. He contacted us prior to arrival, and was on time. He was courteous, polite and professional. He knew what he was doing on our system, which is one that not all technicians are able to service. He did the most thorough cleaning of the outside unit that has ever been done, removing panels, cleaning the coils and removing all the debris that collected in the unit. Wonderful job, Tyler.

I don’t know anything about HVAC systems so it is nice to have Southern Air just a phone call away. Whether it is to fix something that broke to yearly maintenance, they have me covered. I called to set up appt. this morning and they got me in same day. Told me between 12:30-2:00 and Sam showed up 15 minutes early. I didn’t have to sit and wait for half my day. He got everything checked and we are good to go. If you are like me and want the piece of mind, give Southern Air a call.

Phenomenal customer service, I could not be any happier with the service I received from this company! Dustin and Trace were very professional, respectful and quick! I would highly recommend this company and the two gentlemen to anyone needing plumbing work of any kind done in their home. After a month of getting canceled appointments from roto rooter, we finally gave up and called southern air, we had an appointment scheduled for Thursday but someone else canceled their appointment so they were able to help us out on Monday instead.
They send messages of the technicians when they are on their way to your house so it's no surprise when they do show up. I will be calling them again for all my future plumbing, heating and AC needs!

Had a problem with my central heating unit. Called for service on a Saturday afternoon and was amazed at the quick response. Chase arrived within an hour, fixed the problem, and was very courteous and respectful. Nice to know we have a business in our community that really cares about the local people.

A few years ago our AC went out on a blistering hot Labor Day weekend and we called our always helpful AC company, Southern Air. We were very surprised that they were at our home and problem fixed within two hours from call. When it’s time to replace our 32 year old central air unit who do you think we will call. I was out of town when my wife called to tell me our A/C started leaking. I needed a reliable service to send someone out immediately. Southern Air and Eric C. were prompt and in contact with us every step of the way from confirming when someone was headed out to following up with an explanation of the necessary repairs. Have only had good experience with southern air. Yesterday was Chase M s first time out to my house for maintenance on my ac units. Checked out well and very courteous. Took the time to answer my questions. I was very satisfied with his work and timing in getting his work done. I would strongly recommend Chase/southern air.

We have been using southern air for the past 7 years.... we always appreciate the extra mile the tech's go thru to make sure we are pleased. The membership plan is awesome and works out great for us. This was Joey's second time coming to the house (not for the same issue) I remembered him b/c my dog was so excited to see him again. Joey gives the best advice and honest opinion. I called Southern Air on 11-29-17 for a technician to come out to fix my air conditioning unit. (Fan motor went out) Within the hour Eric showed up enthusiastic and ready to for work. He is charismatic and knowledgeable, had no problem explaining the what was wrong with the air conditioner and how it needed to be fixed. It was fixed in a timely fashion. Price was affordable. Thank you Eric for the incredible service! I highly recommend this technician for any job.

Zach has serviced our central unit on many occasions, mainly performing a "check up" every 6 months via service contract. Today he had to replace the primary pan on evaporator coil, having had this diagnosed by Joey on a previous service call. Zach did a great job, works expeditiously, cleans up his work area, and is professional throughout the job.

I live in Alexandria, LA. Zack came out yesterday for routine maintenance because the service visit was interrupted about a month ago when Eric came out. Eric got the outside part done and was ready to start the inside part when I remembered an appointment that I had forgotten. Eric scheduled a return visit and Zack came out yesterday. I had reported hearing a dripping sound when the AC came on and for a while after it shut off.
While finishing the inside part, Zack looked into it and said that the Plumbers needed to come out. He called that in and Jeremy stopped by about 1/2 hour later. He found the problem under the house and fixed it in no time. He also offered other services that were pertinent to the situation. Southern Air has been working on my system for about 8 years now.

I must admit, I was apprehensive about contacting a big A/C repair company, knowing that I was about to get hit with a huge repair bill. But, Southern Air (Monroe) did me right, and in the face of some unforeseen problems that threw a bit of a kink in the repair process, they still handled my situation like pros. I had Jeremy (Ball) out for a plumbing work up that was needed. He was very professional and did not mine adding in my shower handles that were not properly installed. He took the time to correct a joint issue that he noticed so it would not cause a leak in my wall! I do have the contract with Southern Air, I do recommend having this plan because it is helpful in the long run of the life your heating, cooling and plumbing needs over the years. I really love the crew in the Ball office. I call and they are always great on the phone and when they come into my home also.
