I had Easy install my unit and everything was good, until it stopped working. I tried calling their 24hr line, that was a joke, nobody ever answered, we had to wait till morning to talk to somebody. Then I did an upgrade to my unit and when I got the first bill it came with a late warning, and it was the first one, I'm never late on anything, my credit score is about 740.
On the second month I got the second bill. The first bill I paid the same day, but the second bill came with threat to send me to collections. I don't understand why they did that, but that's the last time I buy anything from Easy air, money hungry company

I can't say they did maintenance because they won't. Had an agreed upon service contract to have them service my A/C installed by them. Their technician told me I only needed service once a year. I said okay. Didn't think anything of it. Now unit breaks down after 1.5 years and they say I didn't keep up with maintenance. WHAT!? Why would I not do maintenance when it's free?
Not to mention they didn't even have record of the maintenance they did have on it. Their record keeping and communication is terrible. I didn't even get a copy of the report because someone can't spell gmail.com correctly. Tried multiple times to contact company to rectify this situation, will be contacting BBB next.

Easy A/C has done a great job with our air system. They installed it and have come out to do maintenance/clean several times. When Deivy Gonzalez arrived with easy AC he was polite and professional, he even made sure he had his boot covers on before entering the house each time. AVOID SCAM MOST OF THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE Called for a simple AC service. The Technician only wanted to replace the AC not even offer a repair option. We called another ac Company (air medic) they were able to have it fixed and running for under $300 in just about an hour. This is a prime example of a company taking advantage of people. I would have gladly paid for a repair and probably used them in the future for an ac replacement had they just been honest with me.

Billy came today to do the annual service on our unit. He was pleasant, efficient, told us exactly what condition the of the motors and parts were and allowed us to make our own decisions without any of the sales pressure we hate so much. Billy was a terrific guy and we will welcome him again when servicing of the air conditioner is needed.

Where do i start, Thyme (spelling might be wrong) starts off nice enough when you are scheduling an appt. she'll say she is taking down every note like when you tell them to "make sure the technician calls you when thy reach a diagnosis and before they perform any work" because you are the only one that can authorize the work right? wrong they don't include that in the notes so the technician asks whomever is there for permission to do a 1040 dollar repair that is highay robbery for a freaking blower motor because they seen my WIFE AND MY CHILD that knew nothing about HVAC systems there they took advantage of her on a completely modular pre-wired 20 min bolt in style plug and play blower motor that anybody with a wrench could install! the original part cost 299.99 they charge 1250, the cost for an aftermarket was 1040. and since they couldn't reach me they snaked their way and got permission from her when i clearly told dispatch that she knew nothing about pricing and didn't want to be involved and i would be the one to make the decision. this meant if i could not be reached you do not continue service, you charge the service fee to the card on file and you go on your way! the service supervisor on-site David said they would make it right on monday as it was a friday evening, he said there are definitely things that can be done but i can't approve it talk to them on monday. well Today comes and thyme (sp) and as i told him on friday i didn't really have the time to talk if it wasn't productive and just as i thought it wasn't. ibasically got an unapologetic rebuke of what happened, she refunded a bs maintenance plan that i had already asked to be taken off before the charge was placed and all in all just a horrible experience. i'm assuming she got yelled out and was just taking it out on me at this point. i went with this company because they had high visibility and and they seemed to be well trusted but just because a company has the commercial and the size don't fall for the trap. there was something else that bothered me, when mentioning there was another HVAC company that mentioned that we got robbed when mentioning about getting an aftermarket blower motor installed for that cost she was a bit dismissive saying it must have been some mom and pop. etc. and to be honest the mom and pop companies built this country. you guys should be humble you're never too big to fail. and with that attitutude i hope to God you didn't take taxpayer PPP funds. oh wait.

Recently moved into a new home, EasyAC came out and installed some blue lights or us to fight off mold along with installing our new thermostats. Had some issues and asked for a return visit, their after hours were great to work with and they had Deivy come out the following morning. Deivy was a pleasure to work with, he found the problem (while sitting in the rain!) and fixed everything for us! Can't recommend EasyAC or Deivy enough!

I had an issue with our AC system not cooling. I called in at 8am and was made a second call after working on another job near me. I thought I would wait for a long time, but was pleasantly surprised when the technician arrived within a few hours. The technician was Davie. He had a very pleasant personality and introduced himself as he came to the door.
He wore his protective booties so there was no dirt or debris dragged in. That tells me a lot about the person and the company, very professional. He began his troubleshooting and within minutes, he discovered a bad capacitor. He came in and explained to me what had failed and the reason for the failure. I went out with him and he showed me all the issues with my unit and took care of what he could with no additional charges.
We had let our scheduled visits lapse and he explained how important it is to stuck to the schedule to prevent issues. Very pleased with him personally and look forward to seeing him again for our regular maintenance visit. I highly recommend Easy AC and especially Davie, he went above and beyond on the service call. Keep this man happy and well paid, he is a rare find and needs to be rewarded for his extra effort. One happy and "cool" customer!

I call Easy AC to replace my old unit for a new one, in less than one hr. Victor was in my house checking what system was best for my house, was very help full with his experience, next day came early in the morning Juan and Stacey perform the installation of the new unit very professionals and clean work they did, they explain me every detail of the installation and how to use my new thermostat, I recommend Eacy AC 100% they have my house cold and comfortable in less then 24hrs thank you Victor, Juan, Stacey and all the personal of Easy A/C

In 2017, I had easy ac install a new air conditioning unit and ever since then they've come out to service my unit. I am very please with their customer service and the quality of work they do. My technician Deivy Gonzales that comes out to service the unit does excellent work, is honest and reliable. I honestly couldn't expect anything else from a company.

Gabe Leonard did a very thorough job today [8/22/2019] on a scheduled 6-months maintenance. He is skilled, personable, and a great asset to your company! I am impressed by the two Easy A/C technicians (David Bailey, Austin Coulter) who installed a REME air purification system and cleaned the vents and ducts. They were on time, courteous and did an excellent job!

Two years ago your company was there for my family when our unit died. Your team took care of us. My issue, today we had a four hour window, pre arranged all the details for contacts and everything laid out with representative. Still you call my cell left two messages that I was unable to obtain until after my shift. You clearly stated that the technician was coming but not at two.
No one said they will not come if it rains and it was already 630pm when he finally called and raining. He said we would have to reschedule? No, we will not and I will NEVER be calling your company again. You wasted my husband's whole day waiting for no one. For this is why I give you one star. RUDE!

We were looking for an electrician and found Easy AC through online reviews. We thought we needed a whole house rewire and panel upgrade. We obtained bids from four other companies. Easy AC was the one we chose because of service and price. John gave us an estimate but explained why we didn't need to rewire. He explained things in terms that was easily understood. John and DB replaced our panel (took about a day and a half), did some safety checks and upgrades to outlets in the home. AND they kept things tidy inside and outside of the house during and after their work.
When the county inspector came he said this was only one of five inspections (this year) that passed on the first time! EXCELLENT job John and DB! Thanks so much for putting our mind at ease.

I have been a LOYAL customer for the past 20 years (had 2 units installed for over $13,000 + by easy ac-latest one under 2 years, wasnt working right, called easy ac, said it would be an $80.00 svc call. tech came out, explained what the problem was, he walked out to garage popped off a PVC cap & said your drain was blocked, chg would be $220.00. I had this problem before and knew it was NO BIG DEAL (nothing a wet vac wont fix). so I told him never mind, I will take care of it myself, before he was able to run my CC (for nothing but 2 minutes wk) I unblocked the drain (3 minutes).
I have been in svc industry (pest control) over 30 years. Svc between 1200-1500 cust. monthly) MANY times I have been asked if I know a roofer, electrician, AC comp, etc. I have ALWAYS recommended EASY AC-NO MORE! I will NEVER spend another cent with this company or RECOMMEND THEM.

Fair pricing. I purchased a new AC unit from them in 2014 and they've been great standing behind their product. The parts have been covered under warranty and they have charged labor at a fair price based on my research. They also have specials where they will waive the service fee if they have to perform a repair. I really appreciate a company that doesn't take advantage and doesn't provide a price you have to haggle to get a fair price.

I have Easy AC's annual service plan. I called them because my heat tried to go on the other night, but I saw the fan wasn't moving. A tech came out this morning, was here 5 minutes, literally, and came in to tell me a twig had gotten caught in the fan, he opened the unit and removed the twig, its now working fine. And charged me $125! I didn't bother arguing with the tech, he's just doing his job, but did call the office after to explain what the visit ended up being for, and asked if they could refund me something, because $125 is just silly.
The woman said it was the minimum charge to come out and open the unit, and that she'd check with the powers that be and call me back. I did let her know that if they really were going to charge $125 for that I'd be forced to look elsewhere come my renewal in April. She called back and was told to offer me $75 back on my next renewal - so forcing me to resign with them, not seeing any financial benefit until about a year from now, and then still it would technically be a $50 service call. Really?
That is just not good business! I was expecting they'd say how about pay a $25 service call, maybe $50 - though that is still too much for 5 minutes and a TWIG! I am really surprised.and upset. I've been using Easy AC since 4/14. I've renewed with their annual service plan 2 times, this April would be my 3rd renewal. I had them install a new unit (i have 2) in August 2014 to the tune of $8,799.00.
That new unit had a capacitor fail when it was 1 year and 9 months old. It was under warranty, so no charge for the parts, but $125 for the call - which I didn't complain about and paid. Though come on! Nothing should break on a unit 20 months old - I should not have to pay anything! But I did, and didn't complain. I paid $350 in November 2015 for a UV bulb replacement.
I paid $800 in June 2016 for leak repair and recharge of freon. This is all on top of my $288 yearly Plan fee. I was asking to not pay $125 for a 5 minute service call. *sigh*. Called Easy A/C and within 45 minutes had Rodney, a tech at East AC, at my door and figuring out the problem; my unit had a refrigerant leak which lead to a whole new unit being needed. the following day two techs, David & Deivy, came by and installed a beautiful new unit with a core thermostat (they even cut down and hauled away a crazy looking tree/brush that had been "disguising" the old unit).
With the core thermostat (sort of like a nest thermostat) you can program and control while away from home. Something that will definitely come in handy for me. The team that came by were professional, hardworking, polite (actually a pleasure) and super clean and neat! I swear they left the garage in better shape then when they found it! I also spoke with a young lady when I called the office.
I didn't catch her name, but what a sweetheart. Definitely made sure I was taken care of. Now about the old unit and warranty for the new unit: The old unit was about 11 years old and energy bills have been pretty high. Easy A/S offered financing for 3 years at no interest, which we took advantage of. Warranty for the compressor & parts are for 10 years, and labor is 1 year.
All in all, aside from how much a new unit cost, the experience was excellent. I am definitely looking forward to lower energy bills. Hopefully the unit will pay for itself in a few years.;)

After having Easy AC just install our unit I could not be happier. Casey, one of the repair guys came out two times prior to us having to replace our unit and was very professional and honest. Even though my unit was hold he didn't just try and sell me a new one. He repaired a part and had the air running within minutes. Unfortunately due to another issue following our repair we decided to replace our unit completely instead of putting money into something on its last leg. Brad and another installer came out within one day of our decision to replace the unit and had it installed in less than 5 hrs!
Talk about professionals. Today I had my final inspection by the county and everything was perfect! Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing AC repairs. Quick turn around, professional repair men/installers and no hassle. What more could you ask for?!

Our experience with Easy AC was fantastic! From the first contact to the follow-up service on our new unit, we were very impressed. They are experts, they have a high level of integrity and trust. We just purchased our home and within the first month after our home warranty expired, our system broke. We were referred to Easy AC from friends we trust, so we gave them a call.
They sent someone out very quickly, accessed the situation and gave us multiple choices for a resolution. Once we made the decision, they came out the very next day! The techs were on time, professional and stuck with the job until it was completed to my satisfaction, in fact above my satisfaction! It has been several months since they completed the installation of a new unit and other work I requested, and everything has been flawless! Easy AC of Tampa Florida Told my family several times that our ac is under warranty and so we made an appointment for them to come out and repair it. A few day before that appointment they called and rescheduled for today. Now they are saying that they never made an appointment and they won't honor the "10 year warranty" 5 yeas into it and refuses to work with us. Avoid this company at all costs total crooks

So, I had another AC problem recently with my house in Orlando. I noticed the AC unit looked like it was moved after my lawn guy left the other day. it was sitting at a 45 degree angle. That night, my thermostat was set at the usual temperature, 74, but it felt hotter than normal. So, I checked the thermostat and it was almost at 80 and I couldn't understand why.
I could hear that it was on and blowing out air. I have already had loads of issues before and each time it seems like it gets more and more expensive and nothing gets fixed. I tried to do a search for after hours AC repair, but literally have already used the first few who came up (dont ask, like i said, my AC has been an issue since we built the house) anyway, I found Easy AC and gave them a try.
They sent out one of the techs, Rodney and he was able to figure out the issue. Apparently, a hose was knocked loose. Probably from the lawn guy. It wasn't allowing Freon through the system to cool off my house. He called a repair guy out to have him check out the problem and fix it. All of this after hours. Thankfully, the bill was affordable.
They didn't gauge me on the price for their after hours repair and I don't have to suffer in the heat. My house is finally cool. :) Thanks Easy AC. I definitely recommend giving these guys a call if you need your AC repaired quickly and without it costing an arm and a leg.

I would first like to thank Michelle at Easy AC for being easy to talk to and her wide knowledge of what she does. I had to replace the unit and they told me it would be done in a day, however they ran into a little trouble when the new unit was taller that the old one which mean they had to cut and rebuild the area that the unit is. In the end they did an amazing job, the AC is working like a charm and you couldn't tell that they had to rebuild the area where the unit rest. Thanks again Easy AC and Michelle

Called them Sunday morning, they were in, out and done by noon. Got our AC running, but due to age of unit and severe freon leak, we purchased entire new unit. Not cheap, but totally worth it. The entire install took 6 hours the next day. They came back for a follow up visit as well. One hint to front office: please have your techs CALL first before they come by with no set appt time.
Some of us have large pets we need to lock up first. This happened 3 times now and no phone calls, even though I was told otherwise. Annoying. But their employees are friendly, knowledgable, polite and efficient.

Not recommended. Always try to upsell or outright lie about issues with our a/c. After the last one - major issue, they said, would need to replace something that trane doesn't make anymore, so would need to buy entirely new (this is a six year old unit they are saying they can't order replacement parts for.) - got 2nd opinion out, guy said NO issue, but that someone had done something to our freon line, all we needed was more freon.
Finally wised up and after 2 years cancelled our service contract in writing in may, received confirmation. Still billed in July, tried to cancel again, received confirmation AGAIN. Still billed in August and September. At this point, we give up - trying to wise other people up via social media (and look at my reviews, I'm not a complainer!). Finally wised up and after 2 years cancelled our service contract in writing in may, received confirmation. Still billed in July, tried to cancel again, received confirmation AGAIN. Still billed in August and September. At this point, we give up - trying to wise other people up via social media (and look at my reviews, I'm not a complainer!). The good: I called at 4pm on a weekday, and a tech arrived within 2 hours. The tech was friendly and courteous. The bad: Tech glanced at my evaporator coils, said my air handler was rusted out, leaking Freon, the leak could never be found in the maze of coils, and I needed a new unit. All within 3 minutes tops, without breaking out a meter, leak detector.anything.
I told him I did not have $$ to invest in a new unit and asked for options - he told me he could charge the unit with Freon @ $100.00+ per pound (a minimum of 3 pounds needed per his estimation) but that it would just leak out again. The ugly: The next day I called another company. This tech actually broke out his leak detector, which went crazy as soon as he stepped in my backyard.
He immediately found a leaking valve on my condensing unit, sealed it with leak-stop, topped off my Freon charge. Took 15 minutes and cost $120.00. It's been a month and unit is still running like a champ. To sum up, unless you are just looking to part with $$$ for a new unit, don't call Easy AC.

The team at Easy AC was awesome! We took bids from five HVAC companies to completely replace the old system at our house on Pinellas Point. Easy AC was by FAR the best. The bid was complete, unlike most others, and the bidding process was professional. Scott D and Kayle B answered all my questions through the decision process, and followed up with additional details when requested.
Installation was fast; actually the SAME DAY we agreed on the quote.
The team, lead by Hood, along with Austin, Josh, Parker, and Daniel made sure EVERYTHING was done professorially, cleanly, and to code, and they worked with me on any concerns through the installation process. They deserve your business. We highly recommend Easy AC!

Thank you to my friend Darren for referring me to Easy AC! I called early in the week to begin an annual contract on a 14year old air conditioner in a condo. Scott came out, inspected the units and answered my questions about whether to replace. No pressure at all, and his answers helped me decide to replace the unit. Yesterday Brad Casey and David Hood came out and installed a new, Carrier unit.

I was impressed by how carefully they moved the old out and the new in. They worked the entire time they were here, kept me in the loop about what was going on and were very professional. Learned from Brad that Easy AC now installs water heaters and will be returning to them when the time comes. Highly recommend this company and will be telling friends.

I just wanted to give 5 stars to my Technician Doyle M. He Worked extemely hard nonstop to get my New 2 stage Trane HVAC installed. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, knowledge of the system and Work ethics. Doyle, I was told had just flew in From Germany after a vacation the day my system was to be installed. I have never been to Germany, however I have been to Italy, and I can say that after a 12 hour flight, I dont think I would have had the energy that Doyle M. exibited.
He was a total Rockstar. Not only did he do his Job and do it with extreme enthusiasm, he was professional and personable. Doyle and the Guys at Easy AC Are Awesome!! Thanks for all your hard work, It was Much Appreciated.

As a customer who has been with Easy A/C for several years, I can say that I have been pretty well satisfied with their service. Recently however, one of their electricians re-attached a light fixture above the mirror in our master bathroom. Upon completion, a bubble-like protrusion was noticed below the light fixture. I was told this could be sanded down and repainted, but having shown it to a handyman recently, his opinion is that the drywall would be damaged by sanding.
If this is the case, I would like Easy to set up a time with me for someone to come by and assess what the proper fix should be. I was unable to attach a photo of the issue with this review, but can send it in a separate email if needed.

I have been with easy ac over 6 years. Not only have they been great when keeping my ac working its best but they also helped with new ac. I shopped around and found that the deal they offered me was the lowest around. I am an easy ac customer for life. If you are looking for an honest company with great prices than look no further.

My ac stopped working, I called easy ac due to such good reviews.Their tech, Jeremy Kaiser came out quickly and was knowledgeable and friendly. He set us up with a new system to be installed the next day. The next day, the crew of Austin Coulter and Josh Bessey showed up right on time, and worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner. We now have cool air and we couldn’t be happier!! Thank-you!

I had Deivy Alonzo Gonzalez come by and do my annual services on my unit today. He was great, very personable, knowledgeable, professional, efficient and meticulous with his work. Easy AC replace my air Handler and Condenser a year ago, they did a great job coming out quickly and getting it done and at a respectable price. Great to see that they now do electric work as well. Today was just another experience that will make me continue to use Easy AC!

Just had my a/c unit serviced by Deivy Alonzo Gonzalez. As usual, service was on time, professional and courteously provided. I have used Easy AC for some time now and service has always been as promised. (He also reminded me that they provide plumbing and electrical service which is good to know that I can call on someone I trust for for this work when needed).
