Master Mechanical a/c & heating

We had entire new heating/cooling system to include all new ducts installed. We were told they would be back in 6 & 12 mos. to check system and offered a 2 year install warranty. We had air flow problem in main bath and one of the bedrooms - also no dampers installed? Numerous calls were not returned. Requested service again and actually had to go in the attic take pictures of problem and sent to Mario.

He finally called and came out. Rather than fixing the repair correctly, he “patched” it and told us if that didn’t work, they would be back out and repair it. Now he will not return calls, text etc. and blames us for issues….he is the expert. Entire new install - paid in full. Taking advantage of Senior Citizen?

No one answered the phone. Voice mail said to leave a message but mailbox was full.

🛑DO NOT USE!!!🛑 I can not give you a more severe warning than if you want to build a camp fire and BURN YOUR MONEY 🔥💸🔥these guys will be happy to help! If I could give them 0 stars, put them on a do not call list...I would!!!

Backstory - used them on an off for years...they are cheap and we never had real $$$$ issues...so I had no clue how shady and dishonest they were UNTIL...September 2017 we had them install two brand new units (ours were flooded with Harvey)...within months, they were out for one unit and called it a “BAD APPLE 🍎 ”...”sorry about that, but sometimes customers get bad apples.

We will remember this unit has issues and not charge you for repairs in the future.” Sooooo, since their brand new install they have been out a couple of times, units are not even 4 years old! So here we are with the “bad apple” unit down again and they have refused to answer their phones or texts!!!! We have been trying over a week, dozens of calls/voicemails/texts and no reply....heaven knows they know it is their issue to fix; but they are ignoring us!

Wanna know the kicker?????

My elderly father, on his on accord not at my recommendation, had Mario with Master Mechanical out to install a new AC unit...and guess what?!?! My Dad’s newly installed unit was installed improperly, and broke, guess what Mario said....that he had a bad apple 🍎 - in broke down a week after a brand new install!!! 😡!!! He came out to fix days of my father waiting...basically told my Dad he was crazy and fixed it...then TO TOP IT OFF...the unit died again!!!

This time he tried to ignore my dad...my dad who is a vet, on oxygen and has cancer...he ignored his calls in the 100 degree Texas heat! I had to step in and basically shame Mario to come out!!! He came out like a week of my Dad suffering!!! Bottom line! Save your money!!! Use someone else!!!

I’ve had Mario and his team come out two separate times to work on two separate units and replace the coils. He’s friendly, responds quickly, and provides quality work a fair price. I will be using Master Mechanical for all AC and heating needs.

Mario and his team replaced my entire HVAC system. I noticed an issue with the vent from my furnace July 23rd, got in contact with Mario and he said someone would be out the week after to fix it. This is a big issue because the vent was not properly vented to the outside so therfore carbon monoxide is able to leak into the attic space. If i did not check the work my family could be dead.

I have been trying to get ahold of Mario since no one has still been out to finish the job, still have not recieved a call back.
Update: I still have not received a call back from Mario or anyone on his team, regarding this issue. I have left numerous messages and made numerous phone calls and have yet spoken to anyone about this problem. I am now forced to contact a different HVAC company to come out and finish the job Mario and his team were supposed to do originally. I would highly recommend choosing a different company for your HVAC needs.

They did an amazing job replacing our entire AC unit in our home. Highly recommend them! They came out the very next day that we called, so it was less than 24 hours for us to have a complete system installed with new ducts, dual zoned system and everything. They layed out painters cloth all over our home to keep the floors clean, and made sure to sweep up any dust after.

They walked us through the system zand made sure we were familiar with everything before they left. Super friendly employees, and a very honest and reasonably priced company.

I had my new heating and cooling system installed beginning of April. The unit runs great, it is quiet and the workers were top notch. The price was also significantly lower than one of the major companies quoted me. I am a very satisfied customer! I highly recommend this team!
