As usual Dustin and his crew provided outstanding service. Response time was amazing and Travis was very professional and proficient. Travis demonstrated high knowledge of his trade and diagnosed the problem within minutes. He was very detailed in his explanation of the issue and provided me with options to correct the issue. He also took the time to perform a functions check on other items within the unit to ensure proper operation. Very pleased with ACS and wouldn't hesitate to use their services again in the future. Very professional and reliable. Their service is amazing! I love that I receive a text reminder with a picture and review of the tech that's scheduled to arrive for your appointment. We ended up using them to replace our system and were very pleased. Pricing was competitive, and after the install they sent someone out to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction.

The technician that came out to give us an estimate on the "issue"that our renters were having with our heater was very thorough and professional. When we got the quote I called the office to ask for an explanation of prices and services, the lady on the phone was very rude and short with me to the point where I felt so uncomfortable I needed to hang up.
I was merely asking why a $10 part to replace cost $600 I was asking how long it would take to do the repair and she said it was just a flat rate and that's what it cost what it cost. So I called another company and they came out and told me there was nothing wrong with the furnace and that it did not need repair. The furnace has worked fine ever since.
I feel that this company was scamming me because I was out of town and this is a rental property. The renters that were using the house at the time simply did not know how to operate the thermostat properly. I paid them their $135 service call but I'm glad I didn't get scammed for the $600.

We've had two other AC companies come out in the last four years, and all they wanted to do was to sell us another unit, even though the AC unit was only 8 years old at the time. It seems a lot was always wrong with the AC. Two years after we got the new unit, the surge protector was recalled. We never replaced the surge protector, until yesterday when ACS came out to do maintenance.
The only thing wrong was we needed a new surge protector, which we replaced at $100.00 less than the other companies had quoted us. ACS stated our unit was older, but everything was running good. We have found an air conditioning company that we now trust. Thank You Travis W. for being honest!

Came home to a hot house, called several companies and some could not make it same day and one other was to call me back with appointment time. After waiting I called ASC at 3:50 and was told there was someone in the area, he arrived within the hour. Very professional and ac was fixed and working within 20 minutes. I also liked that when I called I didnt have to talk with answering service first.

Had one air conditioning unit replaced, and another moved so that my pool dig could occur Both Matthew Arcarage and William Myers were professional, responsive, and obviously experts at what they do. Hard workers! I appreciate what they did to get my new Daiken unit up and running. Ryan foreman was the consultant and he was very knowledgable and thorough(professional).
Another gentleman did some calibration and he was also good at what he does- Kevin. Addendum- 6 months later the unit turned off. Clawed ACS and they sent Manny Borboa out to take a look. He determined that a condensation problem was causing the auto cut off to turn the unit off. He adjusted the piping to make the water flow out to the outside more efficiently. ZERO CHARGE. There guys are good!

ACS saved us. We had our 6 year old Trane system suffer a catastrophic failure when the system's capacitor (within the condenser) melted down in the middle of the night and melted all the wiring. The condenser was dead - all while in the middle of a epic, record-breaking heatwave. I called ACS at 6am and they were here by 11am the same day. Incredible.
They diagnosed the problem, worked with us on options for our problem, and we had a new condenser up and running within 48 hours. Jon the technician was incredible; friendly, professional, and a very hard worker. ACS also provided us with two portable AC units to use while we were waiting for the new unit to be installed. This saved us and our pets from having to stay somewhere else.
To those reading this. fair warning: read the fine print in your warranty for your AC system and see if it requires annual preventive maintenance to remain valid. We did not have annual maintenance, and our warranty for our $11,600 Trane heat pump system required it. Thus, we suffered a huge financial loss after just six short years for something that could have been diagnosed early and been a non-issue. Don't make the same mistake.

ACS provided excellent technical and customer-oriented service in the installation of a heat pump and a mii-split in our older, split-level home. The work crew demonstrated strong mutual respect for one another and exhibited a real team spirit and pride in their performance. We had quite a few problems with my AC unit. Air Conditioning Services made it easy setting up an appointment and accommodating for next day service. Our technician Manny B. was exceptional! He was professional and very knowledgeable walking us through all options for repair. He was very timely with his work and went above and beyond in successfully getting our unit back up and running. Thank you to ACS, especially Manny and Sandra, for the great service provided. I am a very satisfied customer and I highly recommend this company.

I called ACS to come out and fix an air conditioner that had been installed by them. They installed a much larger compressor unit on a smaller pad, which caused it over hang the pad. This allowed pack rats to get into the compressor unit. When the technician came out to diagnose the problem, he found several wires that had been severed by the pack rats, I said that is OK just fix the wires.
The technician said he would not, until the dead rats where clean out. I said I will clean them out, He left and then did not come back out until the next after several phone calls. Charge me 150 for the diagnostics and 300 to fix the wires. Not bad for the fix, but the attitude of the technician and the office manager after they sent me another invoice for the same diagnostics charge. I will not do business with this company again or will I recommend this company.

ACS installed our new Daikin system and a hot water heater in one marathon day. Everyone I dealt with in this process provided outstanding support, cheerful interactions and a beautiful utility closet. They were the 5th and final company I interviewed. They proposed a solution for our noisy vent that the previous 4 hadn't offered and it has made a big difference in noise levels.
During installation, a light bulb in the closet was broken. The base of the light bulb was welded into the socket base. The next day they installed a brand new fixture. Just a really great team!

We had our air conditioning system checked out for the summer today. Manny did an excellent job in testing the system, replacing our filter, cleaning the outside unit and going over the extensive list of items that he checked. He is a hard worker and excellent employee from our observation today. Manny makes ACS look good in the eyes of the customer in our opinion. We will definitely use ACS for any future air conditioning needs!

Simply put, this is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. They have a group of great employees who not only know their stuff but are also really good guys. We recently had a near catastrophic failure of our roof that required a quick removal of AC units to avoid a roof collapse. Peter was here in 10 minutes and an hour later had the AC units off the roof avoiding a possible catastrophe.
He put himself in some danger in doing this job. I cannot recommend this company more. Forget searching around for HVAC companies. ACS is all you need to know. Proud to be a client of this company. We need more honest, professional companies like this.

Not once, Not twice…..but now THREE times this company has been to our home. The original installers of our unit made HUGE mistakes and we have had nothing but problems. Each time, ACS has come to the rescue and we are so grateful.

We have been customers of ACS for the past 7-8 years. They installed a new heating/AC system for us then (we went with a 2-thermostat system which worked better than we anticipated). A new water heater was installed by ACS3-4 years ago and again, we have had no trouble. We have used the twice-a-year check-up which we would recommend for everyone. We have also sought advice from ACS for plumbing and other problems unrelated to Heating/AC and ACS was very happy to help us with those issues.
