I was in the process of renovations when the contractor said we need the A/C to be disconnected and the Freon drained appropriately so it does not go into the environment and you need your HVAC to come out asap, because we do not do that. I called my HVAC company which is DiFilippo's. Vince came out because his other employees were booked on other jobs.
We needed this to be done to continue on schedule. Vince went back to the office and came back in his work clothes and did the job. Vince, btw is the owner. This is a company I will stay faithful to.

You know from the moment you walk in the food will be wonderful. The aromas from the kitchen make your mouth water. This is not fast food but well worth the wait. The wait staff is attentive and pleasant. The food is consistently good. My go-to meal is their low-carb pizza bowl (pictured) and my husband's is their supreme pizza. Best pizza around.

Be warned they charge $96 per 15 min which is $384 per hour to diagnose problems. Also be warned that they are a TRANE specialist and are not knowledgable on repairing other brands. They do not tell you the hourly fee upfront. We called them out for an emergency repair ($159 dispatch fee for after hours which are "3:30-9pm") and asked them if they needed to know what system we had.
The said no, and quickly sent someone over who clearly had no idea how to fix our system and didn't have the parts on hand but spend a very long time in our basement reading the manual on our dime. We were left with a large bill and with no heat on an evening where temperatures were in the teens. When we called to complain they said our Frigidaire system was not standard and we should have known they only repair TRANE systems even though that is not mentioned on their website nor did they warn us over the phone. If you have a TRANE system and lots of money, use them. Otherwise, look elsewhere!

This pizza place is great! As you can see, their pizza comes out HOT. I was wearing jeans when we went in there like 5 or 6 days ago and a piece fell on my lap. Well got home to a blister from how hot it was I'm not mad I promise. The pizzas good. Just make sure you don't drop a piece in your lap. My blister got infected but besides that, the pizza was great!

Tonight was the first time I ate here in a long long time and now I can't believe I went so long without stopping here! completely worth the wait and price! it was so good that my.boyfriend and I called in another order shortly after, just so we would have leftovers thru the night and on top of that the ladies at the front were the nicest people I have dealt with in a while as far as customer service goes! they were so great! we will definitely be eating here more often! thank you guys for our dinner tonight!

I remember coming here as a kid with my parents. The food was good then and it still is. If you're gluten sensitive, try the Supreme in gluten free crust(we had the white sauce). It was delicious! I'm not gluten sensitive but I do eat it at times with her. We both thought it was delicious. Much better than the chain pizzeria in town. It's a local family owned restaurant with great service. You don't get that often these days.

I bought a brand new heating and air conditioning unit in September and everything seemed fine. They did a decent job installing it and for the few days we needed it the AC seems fine. This morning on the current coldest day of the year the heat was off. I called their office at 7:30am before office hours - saying it's 58 degrees in my house and I need a repairman. Happily at that point I spoke to repairman who told me to kick my water pump to get it working.really I said it's brand new, sure he said it happens a lot.
I kicked it as instructed and guess what, it didn't fix the problem. The repairman said he should be over shortly. Great I thought - but now after two calls to the office and no real time frame it's now 1PM and still no repairman. My house is now 50 degrees but happily (dripping with sarcasm) my temperature is well over 100! I hope this is resolved eventually.
Really look around before you choose this company and my condolences if you do. I heard great things about them but after today they clearly don't have enough repairmen. To this company freezing isn't an issue with them so wrap your dog and kids in blankets like I did and continue to wait for whenever they can get there! 7 hours and still waiting.

I wish I could give them "10 stars"! From our very first meeting with Vince, we knew that. We had Two new air conditioning units installed this past spring. From a professional proposal explaining every detail to the meticulous work which was on time and as promised, not to mention the courteous staff and excellent customer service. Very happy customers! I HIGHLY recommend Difilippo's.

We had an air conditioner and heater installed. The installers were top notch, professional and friendly. They made sure we understood how to operate new installations. And they came back right away when we needed help understanding the new thermostat. We look forward to their next service visit....and we never say that about anyone.

This could be the worst customer service experience I had. The lady who picked my phone call is extremely inpatient and rude. I just purchased a new house and previous owner used this company's service almost once a year for different kinds of maintenance. I was just calling for some helps today for the heater problem and would like to know a little bit more about the maintenance history.
The lady told me she doesn't have time to talk to me unless I request a service $99 for come out plus the repair cost and I haven't had a chance to reply yet and she turned off the phone call. The technicians in their company could be excellent but the this lady whoever works at the reception desk is awful!

We started using Diflippo's because the previous owners of our house used them, and we just figured we'd stick with them. For nearly 6 years, they have been really wonderful. They are great about reminders for tune-ups, their maintenance agreement is a good deal, and the technicians and admins have always been knowledgeable, polite and friendly.
Just this morning Vince came out to our home to do a quote for a service, concluded that the service would not solve our problem, and then spent a good half an hour helping us to diagnose the actual cause of the issue. Truly above and beyond. Can't recommend Difilipo's highly enough.

Our 10 year Trane AC unit failed suddenly late one evening. I called Difilippo based on the fact that they have Trane Certified Specialists. Michael the technician showed up early next morning exactly when he said he would. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem (failed furnace blower motor). He also checked and cleaned the outside compressor unit and declared everything was OK. (My past experience with other companies when they check a compressor unit is that it always needs freon at an extra charge.) I signed up for Yelp just to leave a positive review for DiFilippo's Service Company. We scheduled an appointment with DiFilippo's Service as our furnace was over 20 years old and in need of replacement. Vince met with us and explained the best options for our home and then delivered an extremely professional proposal, including a very fair price for the work to be performed.
The team arrived on time, were professional and courteous, and did an excellent job of the installation. They even returned for a complimentary visit the following day to look into an issue that we were experiencing with our Aprilaire unit. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue and did not charge us for the visit. After the work was completed, the office called us to make sure we were happy with the installation.
In my many years of home renovating, I have yet to encounter a more professional organization. They are top-notch and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone in need of heating or air conditioning work.

I'm flummoxed. Am I the only person using Difilippo's services? Wow! Well Mike came to visit today and once again he did a great job. What a nice guy. He didn't blink an eye when my dogs jumped all over him. He is pleasant, works independently, and efficiently. I always ask for him, even if I have to schedule a later date. THANKS MIKE!

My family has used DiFilippo's for at least 30 years and they never disappoint. Their service techs always show up on time for my maintenance appointments. They respond immediately when I have an issue. And when I need something replaced, Vince always comes out promptly and provides a detailed explanation of my options.
