Jose M was great! He showed up on time and fixed our dishwasher which has been broken, found that the wires in the back had shorted out and melted and he was able to make it work like new! I usually don't leave reviews online but I think SoBella's is worth it. Carlos came out to our house a week ago to resolve our HVAC unit problems. A week later, we have a brand new, more efficient unit that works great. We couldn't be happier, Carlos and the rest of the SoBella's staff have been excellent, very helpful, prompt and professional. The price was very fair, the unit we wanted was in stock, and the installation work was completed in a single day. I cannot recommend them enough. As long as we live in Las Cruces, we will be calling SoBella's for our HVAC needs.

I seldom post anything, especially a negative experience with a local contractor. SOBELLAS Home Service customer service and lack of any integrity regarding a service call for a failing fridge was utterly shocking. I placed a call for service and was asked by Juan to give the make and model # of fridge. I was informed that there would be a $95 fee for trip/diagnosis that would apply to the part(s) and labor for repair.
After Jose and his partner "diagnosed" the fridge (bad electrical control board), Jose told me that the part was in stock and I was charged/paid 1/2 of labor and marked up part cost. Jose would call me in the afternoon to give me an estimated date of when part would be in. He did call but to tell me that they couldn't service any Sears/LG models because they couldn't get the parts.
He even said that I couldn't get the part either and only Sears service repair could do so. I asked him why he didn't know that before he came to troubleshoot the fridge and why he said the part was in stock before charging me. He understood and said he would talk to the "back office" about the $95 service fee (part/ labor charge would be refundable).
I called the office manager the next day, Joann, and she said over and over that the service charge was not refundable (even though they should have known they couldn't do anything to repair the fridge). Lo and Behold, I had already ordered the part through Sears online. When I told her that, she rudely said "good for you" and retracted her story and said the part was on backorder and they wouldn't know when they would get it.
She lied multiple times, they charged me a service fee KNOWING that I couldn't roll it over to repairs and had no intention of ever repairing my fridge even though the part was available. Joann was rude, unprofessional and obviously unethical. This was the well-known "bait and switch" tactic.all for $95. I recommend anyone to stay far away from SOBELLAS! Oh, btw, the part I ordered will be here in 3 days and I won't know if it's the actually part needed until installed. Grrr.

Outstanding service! Called on a Friday afternoon, got an appointment for Saturday. David was the technician - he was on time, and incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Diagnosed the problem in ~ 5 min (broken drain pump), had a new part in his van, and replaced it really quickly. My neighbor had recommended SoBellas and I will be recommending them to my other neighbors.

Our heater went out the first cold weekend we had, I made a request for Monday since it was a Saturday morning. About 2 hours later we received a call letting us know they could have someone come out to check later that afternoon. The gentleman, Juan T, was professional, kind, and showed us the issues and what he could try to do to fix it. He also gave us a quote on replacing our HVAC system and adding AC at a price that was realistic and reasonable.
By Monday we had signed the contract and by that Friday they were installing our new system with Fabian A. Again, he was professional and his team worked hard to get our new system up and running. We honestly did not think we would be able to afford AC for a few years but SoBellas made it possible. They are now our go to company and we 100% recommended them to anyone.

I had a leak in the coil of my central air conditioner and I called Sobellas for an evaluation. They sent Carlos, their local tech in Las Cruces, who thought the solution was a $472 coolant sealant, which lasted for 2 days. When I called Sobellas again, Carlos contacted me and offered his regrets and recommended I replaced the unit. Their estimate was too high and I found a local provider who was better recommended.
When the installers of the new unit came I relayed the story and they showed me an obvious perforation on the coil and wondered why the Sobellas tech did not see it as it was in plain view. They felt I was obviously ripped off by their tech. They recommended I re-contact Sobellas; but I was denied a credit by their supervisor, Joanna, for the inappropriate service because as she explained, their policy was only to credit me if I installed one of their units after the service.
I am withdrawing all of my future work from this company, which lowers shoddy and unresponsive work to a new low. I hope all other Las Cruces residents follow through and avoid using this shoddy company. Beware of the false and internally generated reviews that they have posted on Angie's List and others.

Sobella service man Isaac Kramer came to our house to look at our dishwasher which was not completing a cycle properly. Isaac was friendly, cheerful, and one of the most competent repairmen that I have ever had the pleasure to meet. He checked out our system told us that he thought the problem was the hard water clogging up the valve and suggested we try running vinegar along with detergent on our next several cycles. Isaac suggestion saved us from a large repair bill. Thank you Isaac.
