Cool Air USA

I've used Cool Air USA on three different occasions. Each time they've sent three different techs and everytime I receive the same service. Knowledgeable, efficient and professional. I know nothing about HVAC work but they explain things to me so I can understand and give me tips to better maintain my equipment as well. The pricing is pretty reasonable and they don't try to upsell me. I would definitely recommend Cool Air USA to everyone I know!

Cool Air USA is by far the most professional company I have ever dealt with. On every level, the representatives of this company went above and beyond. My house required a full AC replacement and Cool Air did everything to ensure I was not only getting the right AC system but provided an education along the way. Every bit of information was fact checked and i found Cool Air USA to be the most honest, on point company i interviewed.

They are not interested in selling you the most expensive but instead the unit most beneficial for the space and considers the customers budget and not their own sales goals. I have had the unit now for about 3 months and could not be any happier. Special shout out to the installers, Steve and Manny, as well as the office team, Adam and Julian. This is a top notch team. I would recommend Cool Air to everyone with any type of AC needs. If you are looking for honesty, first class-service and reasonable prices. look no further.

I Can't say enough about the excellent service by Cool Air USA. I called them on a Saturday (April 2) to let them know I was ready to get a New AC, and that the estimate given was fine( Price given was much lower than what I got from other companies). By Tuesday (April 5), permit was already pulled, and all the necessary documents were sent over to my condo HOA. Installation of the new AC system (split unit), was completed in one day (April 6).

The Installer was very courteous, competent, knowledgeable, and answered any question I had, which did put me at ease. Overall, the work performed was done well, neat, and absolutely exceeded my expectations. The office reps were also very friendly and helpful. What a great experience. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to everyone I know. Phenomenal!

These Techs are excellent. I was fortunate to meet 3 of them and the caliber of technical experience they have is unbelievable compared to the rest or technicians I've dealt with in the past. After contacting several contractors and dealing with some issues I came across Cool Air in a consumer report booklet. After speaking with technician who came to the house I received a quote, very fair in this market I found that most quotes where in this range with the exception of the equipment. I was able to get the brand I wanted for a great price.

But I must say the installers that came to install the unit where amazing they took there time to make sure ever was right and making sure everything would pass inspection for the permit. What else can I say, these are the people I will recommend to my friends and family. Thanks again

We have a temperamental AC unit. It gets some kind of crazy build up on the back part. We've had 4 different AC technicians look at it and it kept giving us issues- until we met Archie from Cool Air USA. We literally won't have anyone else service the unit. He is so kind, knowledgeable, and gets the job done. Somehow he finagled himself into the back of the unit and cleared the problem out. And it's a plus that our dogs love him. We literally won't have anyone else coming to touch our unit.

Archie Moore is 10 kinds of perfect. Fast to diagnose and honest with options. I would recommend him to anyone and that he get a huge bonus. If you need ac repair work, Archie is your guy, you won't be disappointed yes too. He's polite and respectful, wears his mass and clean booties to not dirty your house. Im an Archie fan for life.

I had my A/C coils and blower cleaned with this company. As business they are a fair company. Promotions for returning customers are not great and prices are generally competitive. What stands out about this company is their people. Ask for Archie! He is punctual, reliable, friendly, and an honest person. I scheduled a quote to clean a blower (costs about 375 depending on your unit, FYI) and he pointed out that the last guy that cleaned the coils (from the same company) didn't clean it correctly.

This man called his supervisor and told them that this wasn't right and needed to be corrected. He went above & beyond to clean my coils and blower on the same day and didn't ask to charge for fixing the other guy's mistake. This type of integrity and care for customers is hard to find nowadays. Cool Air USA give that man a raise!

Cool Air USA has the quickest response time I have ever seen. All of the techs are so kind and they always resolve my issue in the moment, which is important when it comes to AC. our recent tech, David quickly figured out the problem and our AC was back and running within 20 minutes. Our AC unit was not working and I called Cool Air in the AM they were here by mid afternoon gave quote for new unit and were back here the next morning to install. Very pleasant people to work with from the people in the office to the technicians that came out first and the installation guys. We were referred by our neighbors and we would definitely pass along this company if any one needs AC company. We are very pleased with the new unit.

The service was amazing! Reliable and the technician arrived at the earlier part of the time window I was given. Same day service. He thoroughly explained what was causing the clog in our ac pipes and drain, took care of the problem quickly, and gave us some ideas for preventative maintenance. Will continue to use this company. I had a great experience with Cool Air USA! I had a tech at my house in about 2 hours and he was able to diagnose the problem in under 5 minutes. Customer service when you call to schedule an appointment wasn't too great, the guy made me feel like I was bothering him. However the technician David was amazing, he explained and showed me everything he was doing to fix our AC, he was professional and very kind. In less than 30 minutes the problem was fixed. Johnny was wonderful. Arrived within 3 hours of calling for service. Was on time, professional, addressed the issue quickly and got it back working perfectly. And was kind and friendly too. We've had 2 new units installed by Cool Air USA in the last few years and couldn't recommend them and their customer service more highly. 5 Stars all around!

Updated August 2021 I had a Labor Day emergency and the Cool Air USA professionals visited on a holiday to identify the issue and had the parts and repair completed in less than 24 hours. Leonard and his team member were great at installing the new parts and had my house cooling off in a few hours. Original review 2020 I had Zeke as a team professional.

He was amazing. He had to make a trip to Home Depot for a new circuit breaker and returned and fixed the unit quickly. He was very professional, practiced all safety precautions and wore a mask. He was great! I wish all service techs were as good and reliable as he. Thanks Zeke and Cool Air USA.

Our tenant in Miami was very pleased with the AC repair by Cool Air USA, particularly because the repair person came one hour after e called. I was positively impressed when I received a call from a representative of Cool Air USA to ask for feedback about their service. I will definitely use this company again.

I had a Nest thermostat installed by Hellotech that wasn't compatible with my AC unit; thus, didn't work. I was left without AC overnight and for a large portion of the next day. When I realized Hellotech had zero sense of urgency (24-48 hours to have tech support reach out to me to schedule a follow-up visit) to help me and fix the problem, I knew I was in trouble.

I called Cool Air and they had Moise to my house in a matter of hours. He was friendly, efficient and identified/ fixed the problem straightway. I highly recommend this company.

After reading other reviews on this company, I decided to give them a shot because I need someone quick and they are available 24/7 which is a plus. Normally I'm a bit scared to call someone I wasn't referred but I still gave it a chance and it payed off! Had a great experience with this company. Called them in the middle of the day and where able to send someone to help the same day.

They give a window of 3 hours so my time slot was from 5-8. The gentleman called me 30minutes before arrival. * Very friendly gentlemen who's name was Omer. Very knowledgeable and showed me some cool tricks to the nest thermostat. Handled the situation like a true professional. * They do have set prices. Just for having someone showing up to your house and assess the situation it's a $69.99 fee but they waive it or use that payment towards whatever service you decide to get.

The technician has all the prices pre set on his tablet. So if you don't like there price you don't have to accept, and just pay the first fee. I would definitely be calling them back for all my future AC needs. Thank you Omer!

Called Cool Air USA for a maintenance and coil cleaning because I saw them working on my nieghbors HVAC. THEY DO NOT HAVE SET PRICES I should of know and that alone should of been a red flag. They set me up for a couple days out. I took the day off work and they never showed up nor did they call. I called back a few days later to reschedule and the rep never even apologized on behalf of the company for their no show instead tried to set me up for another appt days out.

I asked to speak to the supervisor that refused to get in the phone but was sending me messages through his rep after I asked to speak to the supervisor directly three times and now I am here giving you a heads up so that you don't waste your time and money on a non reputable company. I have a new contact to an HVAC guy who was highly recommended and I'll come back and give a review on him and share his contact here if I am happy w his service in a few days.

Very professional and honest A/C repair company. Fair prices and most importantly they stand by their workmanship. Outstanding, considering that finding a honest A/C RepairTech is extremely hard. This is due to consumers lack of knowledge of what it takes to do a repair on a typical home A/C.

Had my ac broken sunday night, tech showed up told me my compressor motor is bad, unit is 16 years old so i decided to change it. Monday 11am i had my unit up and running and cool air even offered to give me portable air conditioner to save my night i ended up going to a friend but they bought me as a customer with it!!

Our A/C unit stopped working on Thursday late afternoon (85 degrees). Nicholas came that evening and told us that we needed a new unit. We bought it on Friday and while waiting for it to be loaded in our car, I called Cool Air. It was 2:30 and 88 degrees. The dispatcher said, "You have no air, right?" I said, "Yes, no air." She said, "I'll have the installer there between 3 and 6." I said, "Today?" She said, "Yes." I had to ask her to delay a little since we wouldn't be able to get back to our apartment until at least 3:30. Gianni came at about 4 and worked continuously until 8:30 or 9.

It was installed, he cleaned up, he spackled and painted around the wall unit before he left. We couldn't believe how easy it was to work with Cool Air. What a great company!

Cool Air USA is a company I trust! In fact, I like them because they are a good company with good people.

Once, I called them to fix our heating system. We had a rickety and old furnace that supplies heat to a 2-floor, 6-room home. One cold autumn morning, our heater suddenly died. We can't afford a broken heater, especially since winter was just knocking around the door.

We called them to fix this problem.

Unfortunately, I had a sudden work emergency that day that I had to leave home. The only person left was my mother-in-law who happens to have hearing problems. I was quite concerned about this because the guys who would come to fix the furnace might scam her. Good thing they didn't. My mother-in-law said that the technician who arrived was kind enough to explain things to her properly.

The guy also did not take advantage about her disability.

Also, the problem was not an emergency, however, this company sent someone on the same day as I called to take the job. When I arrived home that night, our heater was up and running again. The guy even left a written guide on how to properly take care of a heater. Talk about a kind technician.

My father told me about this place and I thank him for that. It is hard to find a decent and reliable HVAC company that can help maintain and fix your AC these days. The customer service they have is good. If you have questions they would answer it. Any concerns would be addressed right away! The techs they have are highly qualified. They are skilled and experienced. When it comes to work ethics, they have it 5 stars. They are diligent, focused and fast. My time is never wasted with them.

I recently found Cool Air USA from word of mouth. I was in search of a company that provides cleaning services for residential air conditioners. I called this place to book an appointment, but the person I spoke with insisted that they'd send their technicians tomorrow morning, which was a Thursday. Well, I find this situation favourable because they could clean our air conditioners right away.

So I agreed with this. Around 9 the next morning, they came in, but before that, they called me for verification. The technicians were really professionals. They came in clean and prepared. Cleaning was fast and I was pleased with their work attitude. After cleaning, they charged me according to what was agreed on the phone. It's good to know this company.

My AC was broken and my gate didn't want to let them in. That wasn't stopping them! They sent two different repairmen (since my gate refused to let in the first one due to HOA rules and vehicle types). It took them 10 minutes to fix my ac. They were calm and accommodating. I will use them in the future.
