We purchased a service contract last December for two maintenance visits and set up the appointment. Ian came out, clean cut, very courteous, left everything as it was when he arrived. Kept us informed on all his testing of our A/C unit. Highly recommended Ian and Elmer's

Henry Diaz was sent out to do the summer maintenance on the Elmer's A/C unit. He was efficient and went straight to work. He cleaned the unit and cleaned out the lines thoroughly and checked all the electrical wiring and connector. He rinsed off the screens outside and installed a power surge protector with my permission. Everything is working well, and Henry Diaz did an excellent job.

He should be commended. He also spoke very well of his company and appears very satisfied and proud to be working for On-Time Elmer'. Blessings to him and everyone at Elmer's!

We are very pleased with the services they have provided us with. They previously had installed a new system for us and recently responded immediately to concerns we had about it. The technicians have always been exceptionally helpful and respectful. We highly recommend them.

Tech Matthew did a great job double checking and assuring me the suction and refrigerant lines were ok and not leaking since the A/C condensor unit was moved by the duct cleaning unit to allow more space to open the cover of the electrical disconnect box. He also did a thorough explanation of the dehumidifying function of the SenSi thermostat. Thank for the great customer service!

I own a rental property and my tenants informed me the old unit was not cooling. I called Elmers and left work early to meet with Robert at the property the next day. Robert was very professional and exceptional at his job. I have no problem with Robert. My new system for this property was installed April 2. I was amazed at how quick install happened, however the install team had a problem hooking up the furnace vent.

I was informed it wouldn't take long for them to come back out and complete the work. At first I wasn't too worried as my tenants had A/C blowing as promised. It has now been almost two months and the work still isn't complete. Appointments to come back to finish the work have been scheduled directly with the tenants. My tenants have informed me on numerous occasions that Elmers is a no show for scheduled appointments with no call or notification. Elmer's has shown up to the property, typically the day after the scheduled appointment, with no call ahead or notification, just expecting someone to be there.

Of course there is no one home because the tenants are at work and weren't expecting Elmer's at that time when they just show up, like today for instance. After talking to Robert, he has consistently brought my concerns up to management, but they don't seem to be getting addressed. I was told an access hole needs to be made to connect the furnace vent, which I was okay with under the stipulation that it would look neat and professional or returned to the original condition.

I did inform Robert that the property has no attic and provided him pictures of the furnace roof area, which he sent to whoever was going out to the property, which showed the space with no Sheetrock. The photo attached is the piss poor quality access hole that was made. I am so fed up with how long this process is taking and the lack of answers. My tenants are fed up with the no shows on scheduled appointments with no notification.

They are only available Monday and Tuesday's which all appointments have been scheduled for those days. This has been the worst heating and air company I have ever worked with and, if this install ever gets completely finished, I will probably never work with this company again or recommend them to anyone.

I am sorry that I'm having to revise my previous review but I believe these reviews must honest. I was pleased at first and thought our AC issue had been resolved but unfortunately we continued to have the same problem. Long story short after 4 technicians and 4 different assessments no one could give us an accurate answer to our AC issue. The last technician told us that we needed to replace our entire system at a cost of $16,000. Got Jon Wayne Services to come out and give us a second opinion.

They assessed the issue immediately and accurately. The repairs were made and our AC is running perfectly. Do not believe what Elmer is selling in his commercial. They are not about repairing but selling new AC systems starting at $16,000.

Isaac was courteous, professional and friendly. We really appreciated his knowledge and efficiency, and are confident that we made the right choice for a company to take care of our current and future HVAC needs.

Mr Daniel Tovar came out at 12:00 when my home was 85 degrees May 2022. Hottest May in SA Mr Tovar was respectful and professional got to the point of what was needed to get our home cool again and set up an appointment to discuss the other issues that needed to be addressed.

I have been trying to get a quote for over a week now with no success. I had Elmer's out to inspect our ac, ducts and attic area. They came highly recommended by a family member and I was ready to give them my business. They came out and after going over what they found with my husband and I, my husband stated he had to jump on a call for work.

The gentlemen said he'd want to set up another time to come back and discuss the options with both of us. My husband stated to simply give me the information and I would relay the details to him. For some reason the gentlemen insisted he come back and we set up ANOTHER time to come back. I simply did this to appease him. It is very hard to schedule something that works for both of us.

And I have just as much pull in making the decisions regarding financial decisions for the home. I have called 5 times telling them to simply send me a quote for the middle of the line option, each time they state they will send me a quote. No quote yet and will definitely not be doing any business with them. Very disappointed that they are holding a quote hostage simply for the opportunity to upsell me.

Daniel O did a great job. Timely and responsive. Able to address all concerns and issues for a reasonable price.

We had a very large amount of water coming up through our kitchen floors. We called out to a plumbing company who told us that we had a leak underneath our house and that they were going to have to run a camera which would cost us over a thousand and then thousands more just to do the job. They failed to check anywhere else and just did a terrible job and didn't seem to care.

We decided to get a second opinion and called Elmer's. A man name Johnathan came out right away. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He also told us right away that what the previous plumber said wasn't impossible but very unlikely. He was actually able to tell pretty quickly where the leak was coming from and actually saved us thousands and thousands of dollars.

It was not a major job. He came back the very next day to fix the leak along with many other things we have been wanting worked on for a while. He did an amazing job. We really appreciated the help that this company gave us and the honesty. They work for their customers and actually care. It's hard to come by that. We decided to have them install our ac as well and they had two groups come out to our house today to take care of everything. I am very pleased with the service and the the quality. We will definitely be using Elmer's for all future plumbing.

Received service from Elmer's Home Service, the technician assigned name was Max. He was extremely knowledgeable of what caused my shower, tub and toilet overflow/plumbing issues, and did a great job of explaining required repair actions. Very satisfied with service received and feel confident my issues are all resolved. Max was professional and did a great job!

We have been apart of the Elmers Home Services family for 3-4 years since installing the new AC unit! I have never had a AC unit drop the house temp below 69 degrees, but this new unit is awesome! The home services are great. They even have discounts for people who buy their AC filters from them. I highly recommend the Elmers team!

I wish I had read these reviews before I believe the hype on the radio ads. Elmer's does not care about customer service and way overpriced. Had an appointment on Saturday to have a mini split installed. The guy did not show up on time, and then said he can just do an estimate and install wouldn't be till Tuesday. Tuesday, half the crew shows up (the helper) who had to wait a couple hours for his leader to arrive.

They spent all afternoon installing 8 short pieces of 2x4 and left by 4pm saying they would be back at 9am the next morning to install. It's almost noon on Wednesday and 3 calls to the office asking for a manager to call have yet to be returned by anyone. They clearly have enough other customers to fleece that they really don't care about servicing customers. Their maintenance plan is a joke. I don't like this gave me any priority service. It just feels like a bait and switch tactic.

I have had my air conditioner, furnace and water heater replaced by this company over the past 8 years. I have found their technicians knowledgeable and courteous. Always making sure that whenever they work on furnace maintenance which is in my 2nd floor, they leave my home clean. As technology has progressed they are more ad more capable of showing the customer pictures and explaining what is highly suggested for equipment to stay in good condition.

Logan did a fantastic job he arrived on time kept the house clean and was done very quickly. Was very informative about the work done and what needed done hope to have him in the future

He was great! He got here on time, was very nice and professional. He's returning later in the week to give me ALL possible ways to repair or to install a new outside unit. I like how he showed me everything and explained and showed me all of the issues, not Just tell me that I needed a new unit. I feel like this company is honest and really tries to help you and give you options. Not just take your money.

Charlie was awesome! He was thorough, considerate of my budget, and above all he has integrity. I needed some substantial repairs, and he worked with me to fit it in my budget, and gave me a lot of options. He had my AC working perfectly in a very short time. The other two AC companies that I had look at it were more interested in selling me solutions to problems that didn't exist, and their pricing was ridiculous. Elmer's will be the only company that I will use and recommend moving forward.

Mario did a great job of explaining everything that needed to be done. He provided great service any time we had questions. Fast turn around time (next day service and they even came on Sunday!). Very pleased with the work service Elmer's provided us! Each technician came by with courtesy, politeness, patients and answered any and all questions. Starting with initial tech Mason, then Senior tech Jason and installers Matt & Manny, lastly the duct cleaning crew Ralph and I didn't get the last fellows name (slipped my mind). All the technicians did a superior job in a timely and efficient manner.

Final walk through provided us with the functionality of the new unit and inspection of finished work. Our house is now heating and cooling evenly and air feels crisp and clean. Thank you, Elmer's, for providing us with top quality service.

Lawrence and Joe were very thorough in the maintenance of our AC system. They not only pointed out all that could possibly be hazardous, but they also pointed out everything that needed to be updated and cleaned up. Since my husband was not here while they performed the maintenance, they will be scheduling a time to return and meet with my husband to explain the details and cost of what it will entail to bring our AC system up to par. They were both very professional and pleasant.

Jerry Casias was outstanding, intelligent, and very professional. He was very trustworthy and knows his job well. I would highly recommend Elmer's Service. With an employee like Jerry, he makes you believe in their company and explains every detail without leaving you wondering. Great guy. He really helps you understand clearly and clarifies any questions. I had not seen such great service by an employee in years.

The service tech came out to check our no heat problem and started bad mouthing the brand of A.C unit (RUDD).Said the unit was low on freon as to why heat pump would not work, not worth fixing. Quoted a new at 5000 maybe a little more. Got back home from work wife said it was 6500. They installed unit next day and when I looked it up on line it could be ordered and delivered for 2493.00 out of Houston where they are made. It was the companies lowest model unit. These people are a ripoff!

Our heating was acting up in our rental and we reached out to various companies to get assessments before having someone come out. Elmers could get to us quickest so we went with them and have zero regrets. Our tech Nick explained what exactly went wrong and what the repair was. Hopefully we never have to use their services again, but we will deff try to use them again if needed in the future.

My aircondtioning was leaking water. They sent out a "technician" who looked at the unite and showed me pictures of a frozen up coil due to no freon in my closed system. He could not repair it. He wrote up and estimate from "bandaid" fix to replacing the coil. All in thousands of dollars. he was not equipped to repair it and in a couple of days the repairman would come to "braise the coil" and look for leaks.

No warranty! He also said a maintenance program was required and they would come service the unit(s) twice a year0. He asked me to sign a document that said they had completed the repair and it had yet been done. He collected in the excess of 2000 for the coil repair and maintenace program. This was Logan The repair crew came, they knew nothing about the coil, they found a leak by the king valves and replaced them.

No coil braising etc. My second unit, a minisplit, was "serviced" by the technician for the warranty plan. he said the fins were dirty and needed to be cleaned but he only was paid 35.00 and was not going to do the work for that amount. That same technician then performed maintanance on my HVAC unit. he tells me the coil is frozen over, the freon is gone, the unit is in need of major repair and presents me with three options, one "bandaid" around 1000 a second repair and the third for near new unit at 3600 plus.

I wrote the company of the above and asked to terminate my maintenance contract on two units which had and inspection and to refund me for 1/2 the contract on both those units and 100% of the unused contract on the other unit. I also asked them to address the above. They did not respond and kept my 2000+ dollar. Truly their "maintenance' is a ruse to present thousands of dollars on needed repair. BEWARE, STAY AWAY, REPORT! AND I am a veteran and this is their service

Superb service! Lorenzo came and completed all the work on the same day that I called. My A/C unit was giving me some trouble on a very hot day. He was eager and confident in the work I had explained that I needed.Needless to say, my A/C was up and running in tip top shape after he came out. I cannot thank him enough for being reliable,honest and having a quick turnaround fix.

He didn't even charge me an arm and leg. He was very fair on his fees. After all that, he also called me to follow up with the unit the next day!!! I'm very impressed. Thank you again Lorenzo!
