Our A/C wasn't blowing cold and we made the call to Ultimate Air. The entire company was swamped with installations and service calls, with scheduling out 4 weeks, but Jason showed up and made sure the needed repairs were done today. He and Travis provided incredible customer service! I highly recommend them!

My mothers central AC went out. I tried to help her over the phone with simple trouble shooting, but nothing worked. I called Ultimate Air Inc.( in Lehi UT) yesterday and Jason came out first thing in the morning (today!) to inspect the unit and within the hour the unit was running again (problem was falty wires). My mother is on a fixed income and Jason was kind enough to give her a break and only charged her $100. Thank you so much Jason and Ultimate Air!

I had Jason come out to look at my 17 year old furnace last week. The furnace was making a funny noise. It ended up being a plastic cap on the exhaust fan that had come loose and was spinning with the exhaust motor. He could have told me to replace the $300.00 motor, but just told me it needed super glue and it was quickly repaired. He inspected the furnace and told me everything looked great. No upsell or even a suggestion that I should replace the furnace. He's a super honest guy and I will definitely use him again. I highly recommend.

Jason and his guys are some great people. They came and got the job done very quickly. They were able to make everything nice and working great. One thing I really liked was that they came and cleaned up afterward. A lot of what they cleaned was from the previous guys that came in from another company and just left a mess. Jason is a very stand up guy and I would highly recommend him to anybody. On top of all that his bid was $1000 less than a bid from another company. I like that Jason is involved with the process and they really do a good quality job.

I was very happy with the service. Worried it would cost $500 to charge my unit, and I was charged almost half that. Great customer service, no hard sale on a new unit yet let me know what I would need and the cost for the future. Easy to talk to but not chatty as some people can be. Wonderful experience. WILL do business with them again. Highly recommended.
