Dave the technician was excellent. Prompt, polite and efficient. Walked me through what was done to furnace and humidifier and assured we were in good shape.

No heat on Sunday morning. House temperature 50 degrees. We called several places and Mike Card came out immediately to see our furnace. Mike quickly determined that the draft inducer fan was not working. Mike had to order the part. He kept us up to date on the status on when the part would arrive and when he would be here to install. He is both professional and experienced. We will be using your services again.

Card Heating installed an HVAC system a few yrs back, great service, quality all the way. Didn't hesitate to contract them for a propane heating system for my house [woodstove is taking a backseat]. I highly recommend these people. Our central air stopped working, so we called them to come look at it. We made the appointment and they came exactly when they said they would. They also returned phone calls very quickly. AND, they fixed the problem with our air conditioning unit! Very professional. I would use them again if I need to.

Card is fantastic - routine cleaning/maintenance calls have been terrific. They do a great job of explaining everything for those us who are not technically inclined. Earlier this year we needed a service call for a broken gas valve on our boiler -- they came out quickly, were able to get hold of a part and come back later the same day. Super service, super nice. Highly recommend calling Card!

These folks are excellent! I just moved to the area, and have a forced hot air furnace in the new place. This morning the pilot was out, and I could not figure out how to relight it from the instructions. I called Card Heating and Cooling, and they sent out a technician within a half hour. The technician got the furnace running again and explained what he was doing, and how the thing works. Very professional, courteous, quick. I would highly recommend Card Heating and Cooling! I am keeping their phone number handy for any future issues.

We have used Card Heating & Cooling for a few projects. They initially put in a Harmon forced hot air pellet furnace. They were competitive on the price and we have been very happy with the level of service and the work that they have done. Most recently they are installing a whole house humidifier. It is a local family business and I have enjoyed my interactions with them all!

"Card totally exceeded our expectations. We had an issue Saturday. We called Card and other places. Card was the only one that would come out on Sunday during their busy schedule to see us. Mike came out on a Sunday to see our furnace ASAP. Mike noticed that a fan was not working and the cause of our carbon monoxide issue. He took care of it.

Very much appreciated. Best technicians I have seen yet, friendly and welcoming. They were able to get our furnace in ASAP due to my little girl being born. They also noticed an issue and fixed it without issue. This may have saved our lives. The price was on target, if not better than everyone else. Mike went over and beyond our expectations.
