Of course, at the most inconvenient time, weatherwise, the compressor in one of my Heat Pumps - the biggest one, of course - failed. I contacted Thompson's and they responded very quickly, diagnosed the problem - a failed compressor. Given the age of the Heat Pump, I decided to replace the unit. Thompson's located a new unit, removed the old unit and installed its replacement professionally, and most importantly, quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend Thompson's to anyone!

I have used these guys for over 15 years. They have come on holidays when my old system needed work. They installed a new system for me in June 2020 and it is working wonderfully! The install was done in a professional manner and they left the place in better shape than when they arrived. The price was great and helped me with financing. We lost our cool air during the hottest day of the year and during a busy weekend. We made an appointment the early we could had hoped we could survive until then. Not long after making the appointment I received a phone call saying a repairman was in the area and wanted to help us out. Thankfully it didn't take long to get the air back on. The company was recommended to me by the previous owners of my house. Thompson's had installed the current a/c unit. The tech who came was professional, courteous and didn't try to anything above what I needed. Thank Gawd as I really, really hate that.i was very pleased with the overall experience. I love this company. They are very respectful, honoring, and professional. They are also honest. They came in after my a/c when out and believed that a control board was the problem. After testing it was some wiring in the inside of the house and they fixed it. They left and never charged me a dime for it. Side note it is worth the money I pay for the club membership. With that membership they come out twice a year to do maintenance and if some does happen it's like half the cost. I love these guys.

Thompson's Cooling & Heating installed a new high efficiency system in my home recently. My wife and I are very pleased. My wife said she has slept better after the installation than the last 10 years because the system is so quiet. Mr. Thompson's people came out and measured my home - all the doors, windows, roof, rooms, ect - to make sure of the exact size system we needed.
And they were friendly and courteous. Then the install was clean, orderly and professional. I am glad we used this company because they did what they said they were going to do from start to finish. To me, this is old fashioned business at its finest. Keep up the great work!
