Iceberg just replaced our six year old complete A/C unit. From the time it was diagnosed until the new unit was installed was under 48 hours. That is service like no other! Great company with professional staff, product and service. The new equipment carries a 5/10 year warranty which is so much better than Pultes 2 year warranty. If you need HVAC work or just a yearly inspection, these are the guys.

Iceberg replaced our entire 11 year old unit in June of 2019. Today they are coming to do the first annual check up. We received our bid from Chadd Abbott. His bid was accurate and professional. The team was here on the 21st of June as scheduled. They were organized, professional and had everything done in less than 4 hours. The new American Standard system has worked flawlessly from the start.

Our utility bill has been reduced by over $100.00 per month. The system is excellent, when they completed the install they cleaned up everything as if they were never here. The way they handled themselves was like watching a well oiled machine, professional and knowledgeable about any questions we had. The one item ( our laziness) they had to remove 2 pieces of trim to allow space to put mechanical items in the attic.

They provided the contractor to call to paint & clean it up, we still need to call him to have that done. We would definitely recommend this fine company, I believe one of the technicians name was Derrick. One note, when we called for our first annual they mentioned that our system allowed one new thermostat which they had forgotten so they are bringing the free one and we will discuss if we need new ones for the other zones. Fine company, system is excellent, competitively priced, on time.
