I had a backed up drain in my basement and called TIME plumbing to come out to give me a quote to fix this issue. The technician used a camera in the line to determine that there were roots and quoted me $15,500 (yes, $15K) to repair the whole sewer line. The other option was a $1500 hydro-jet clean-out. Obviously I got a 2nd opinion. We ended up going with Colorado Sewer who fixed the problem for $430 with a 90 day warranty.

I would shop around before using TIME plumbing. Update: I spoke w/ Brad, the owner, who was very accommodating and did end up refunding out service call fee. I really appreciated his customer service and integrity.

Our mainline was clogged so we contacted Time Plumbing who put us on the schedule for the next day. Nathan called 30 minutes prior to his visit to let us know he was on the way and arrived on time. He quickly accessed the situation and snaked our mainline 3 times to ensure all blockage was cleared. 2 hours later all was clear. Thank goodness for Time Plumbing!

I've used them a handful of times over the past few years (new furnace, electrical work, plumbing leak, new sewer pipe). Every time I've had them out they don't try to scare you into spending more money and they've fixed the issue immediately. They recently replaced my sewer pipe and were very understanding about me wanting to do a spot repair vs the whole line (for cost reasons) and were more interested in working within my budget vs upselling. They were flexible when I changed my mind the morning of and rescheduled for the entire line replacement as well

Chad C. was absolutely excellent. He really went above and beyond with fixing our sprinkler system. Other companies we've used did superficial quick fixes when there were bigger underlying problems. Chad was incredibly thorough: he took the time to figure out and really understand what was wrong, fixed and replaced parts, then made sure the whole system was functioning perfectly. He was very friendly and professional, and we are so grateful for the work he did. Thank you!

Chad was great to work with. We are going through our first and complete home remodel on our own and have been figuring it out as we go. Chad was able to jump right in and assist with several electrical projects that have come up and help us figure out the best solutions. He was timely, thorough, and easy to work with. We trust Chad with anything that comes up in the future!

Horrible.came out and wanted to charge 3x as much as other companies for a basic job. $1020. To replace a spigot? No thanks. These people are taking great advantage of homeowners. I had this done for under $300.00 by another company. What a scam.

Justin and Dan arrived right on schedule. They inspected the hot water heat system (boiler) and wrote up a proposal to fix the issue. They were very clear about what was necessary, and I had the option to say yes or no to the proposed repairs. Justin showed me the manual of all the repair costs, so these figures were not just made-up costs. They both were very conscientious about my home ~~ not dragging in dirt on their shoes and were extremely courteous and explained their work, so I was sure to understand all the repairs and billing.

I did not feel threatened or worry about my safety while they were in my home. I would call Time Plumbing again! Thank you Mr. Brad for having such Wonderful Employees! Kitty W

I had the absolute BEST experience with Nathan Fisher. He came to my house quickly and on time to fix a pipe that was actively leaking into my kitchen. He was genuine, kind, efficient, and walked me through what he was doing so that I was aware. He showed compassion and was ethical in every way. He did an excellent job and I feel confident that the work he did was thorough and precise.

I will absolutely be hiring Nathan for all of my plumbing needs in the future and am so grateful that he fixed our leak quickly and kindly! He was also the sweetest with our brand new puppy, which I think speaks volumes to his character!

Nathan did an excellent job of diagnosing the leak in my upstairs bathroom. He took the time to order me a new toilet to match my existing fixtures and installed it promptly. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. Nathan is professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and I would not hesitate to recommend him and Time to anyone.

March 1 we called to have Time repair a faulty gas valve going to our hot water heater. The technician came, he didn't fix the valve because our water heater is older so he wanted to replace the water heater as well for a completely ridiculous price. We said no besides being older it was running fine. To his credit he did shut the valve off and turn our gas back on so we at least have heat.

He was a complete jerk when we said being retired on a fixed income we didn't have that kind of money readily available. Did he offer to just fix the valve, which was the reason for the service call in the first place? NO! We paid his ridiculous trip charge and time charge and he left. No written estimate for charges he was quoting us, no alternate option like their website says they provide, like fixing the valve and lighting the water like he was asked to do, no receipt for what we paid. March 2.

I called talked to the "owner" who was more worried about liability to move the washer/dryer, liability to install a water heater (which we never asked them to do), liability to fix the valve cuz they had to do a whole house pressure test after they fixed the valve. OMG they are a supposedly licensed to do this job! He was suppose to send me a receipt and an itemized estimate on March 2 for the ridiculous price they wanted to charge.

Here we are March 6 and not one word has been heard from them. What a crappy way to do business. What a crappy way to treat older customers. I recommend you use ANYONE besides them.

Time plumbing and heating were very responsive to our plumbing/sewer requirements. Brad and his wonderful team will be very diligent to all your needs; they handled our plumbing/sewer issue not only in a timely manner but also in a very professional and personal fashion. I called this morning and Tony was here by 8:30, gave us an estimate to replace our 16 year old electric water heater and installed it for us. He took away the old water heater too. Tony is one of the best service technicians we've ever had. He is very personable and easy to talk to. He answered all of our questions. He also has an outstanding family which he shared with us. It's so nice to have someone like that that you don't even know and feel so very comfortable in their presence.

I'm really frustrated. We had heard good things about Time Plumbing and called them about our sink which had started leaking significant amounts of water. When they arrived, the sink was not currently leaking but it was very obvious that there was a problem. The plumber stayed for about 25 minutes and then left - without diagnosing a single issue.

I had to stand near him and ask for him to perform diagnostics, like running water, flushing toilets, running the dishwasher. He came up with absolutely 0 possible solutions, charged me 120$ and left. The sink has leaked 3 times since he left and there is nothing I can do and I'm in the same position, only with 120$ LESS. I would have expected some help for that amount of money.

These guys tried to charge us OVER $500 for a part they didn't even have with them. He also told us that that was at a "discounted price." While he left to go get it another company showed up (my husband called a lot of places). This company - DR FIX IT - QUOTED US $60 for the same part/same solution to the problem and he had it with him. We are SO LUCKY that DR FIX IT showed up at that time!

We would have been out HUNDREDS of dollars because who really knows what fair prices are when it comes to this stuff? You can get taken advantage of SO easily and it almost happened to us. These guys are NOT to be trusted. Use Dr Fix It instead! They're awesome- the guy wouldn't even accept our tip because it's not 'company policy'! Their knowledge and level of honesty is impressive!

Excellent work done by Nathan on our fridge line and some auxiliary work done in the basement piping. He was very good at tracing sources and destinations for the pipes and was very informative on what lines and add-ins to them were needed and why or why not. Absolutely appreciate his candor and will definitely call back if I experience any more water-line hiccups with this old house.

I will say that I've had positive experiences with these guys in the past so I'm hoping the most recent was a one-off. They are very responsive and reliable. I called them recently to remove a bathroom sink and toilet and put a temporary cap in (which I had already bought. they're eight bucks). When the guy showed up he spent an hour talking to his boss to see if they could even do the work.

When he finally came back he told me it would cost over $3K. I wasn't asking them to replace anything or fix anything. Just literally take the toilet and sink out. That's it. I told them we would pass and paid the $115 in fees just for them to come out. I then had a a demo guy come out and do the exact same work for $150 in like thirty minutes and I just popped the cap in myself. Saved myself about $2900.

I'm not sure what happened on this visit but probably won't go back to them given the up front fees to get them to come out just to get outrageous quotes. *edit - I'm upping this to a four star review. The manager called me several days later to try and make this right. Apparently his plumber was confused about the work that needed doing (though it was extremely straight forward).

He refunded the service fee and apologized on his behalf. I'll probably go back to these guys in the future as I said, they've been great in the past. Guess I just got a bad egg on this visit.

Very happy with this company. Lyle, the plumber, was early, friendly, and efficient in addressing my problem. I also loved that they gave me a quote over the phone ahead of time which some competitors do not do Service: Drain unblocking

Beware of extremely high repair costs. The itemized proposal for my simple plumbing job included a cost of $220 just to turn off main water (turn a valve) and bleed line (open a faucet downstream from repair). maybe a 5 minute simple task. I think this cost is simply taking advantage of homeowners. The other itemized repair items were exorbitantly high as well IMO, unbelievable sticker shock. I chose to reject the proposal but still had to pay $53 for the visit.

I had called another company for a leak under my kitchen sink, and was told "nothing until November 5!" Called Time, and Nathan Fisher showed up same-day, near the beginning of the time window they gave me. He was knowledgeable and just went "above and beyond." He provided me a few new hoses at no extra charge, and even replaced a light in my stove for me that I couldn't get the cover off of! (This was not even on the job list.) He also provided friendly, down-home conversation during the repair. Service like this almost doesn't exist anymore--thanks, Nathan--I now have a go-to plumber!

In all of my years of home ownership, this was by far the worst experience I have ever encountered with a service company. There was not only zero follow up from the "plumber" who was sent over, but I was also told that the owner would contact me and he never did either. It is very frustrating when you take time to wait for the plumber to show up, then walk through plumbing issues in 3 bathrooms, only to experience a total waste of time.

Two of the bathrooms had issues with the shower components, and one bath needed the flushing kit in the tank to be adjusted or replaced. The plumber did not seem to interested or knowledgeable in solving my issues. I was told that he needed to do some research and he would be back in touch with me in the next two days. He never got back with me and when I called a week later there didn't seem to be any interest in following up.

The second time I called I was told that I needed to speak to the owner who was out of town and he would contact me upon his return. This also never happened. I called back on a Friday and was told that the owner was unavailable. I was told again that he would call me the following Monday morning. You guessed it, this never happened either. My issues were never properly addressed and there was absolutely no follow up. I will never recommend this company to anyone based on the lack of professionalism, knowledge and lack of concern and follow up.

Dan came on the weekend to install a new garbage disposal. He was very helpful and informative. He definitely went above and beyond! I became a Time Saver Member and I like the monthly charge to be a member (rather than annual) and all of the benefits that are included. I look forward to working with Dan and Time Plumbing again.

When it rains it pours. Time has been to my house twice in one week. The latest issue due to a non-functional garbage disposal. Dave F was awesome, calling before he came, coming when he said he would and gave me less expensive options. I think a lot of companies would say it needs to be replaced but Dave found something lodged in there and saved me several hundred dollars. I seriously trust what any TIme tech tells me. They'll be replacing my water heater when that goes out. Thanks Dave

I don't write reviews because, honestly, I'm lazy. But I needed to this time because Anthony at Time has been to my house multiple times to fix a stubborn sewer ejector. He's phenomenal and won't stop until he fixes the problem. He always calls when he's on his way and the level of professionalism is top notch. It's techs like Anthony that keep us using Time again and again. Thank you!

If I could use zero I would. I was looking to work with Time Plumbing but they are locked up like an arsenal. Finally they buzzed me inside only to hear we're not interested in talking to you, or hearing what your needs are. I didn't even get the opportunity to say what I'm looking for. Excruciatingly poor service!

The tech showed up on time. Looked at my boiler for 5 minutes and then walked off the job stating that he had no expertise to work on my heating system (a simple boiler system). The tech never called Time ask to send someone who was able to work on boilers and just left. Time had been informed as to the exact condition of the heating need including boiler system.

I had no heat in the house having waiting half a day for assistance, the tech just walked away! Having to try to call some other company to get assistance and repair and restore heat while snowing outside. Not what I call customer service or even desire to assist in a meaningful way. UGH!

We love Time plumbing. They are our go to for all services within their tool belt. They are open 7 days a week, which has saved us many of times-no extra fee for weekend care, and scheduling is seamless. The service techs are professional, prompt, and experts at their trade. From plumbing, to water heater to HVAC, Time has fixed, repaired and got us back up and running perfectly in no time. (They even came on New Years day or the day after to get us a new hot water heater-we are so grateful.) Price may be a tad more than others, but worth every cent.

I had a leaky ceiling caused by a cracked T junction CPVC which had to be fully replaced. Nathan from Time Plumbing did a great job assessing and fixing the issue a few days later with PEX pipes, and even gave me a great deal IMO. He was patient, professional and even cleaned up after his work, so I definitely recommend him specifically.

I just need to replace my sprinkler shut off value. But the technician wasted my time trying to do my whole system and quoted $2500. Waste of Time.

Boy oh boy did we luck out getting Justin John the Senior Service Specialist from Time Plumbing and Heating to assist with our sewage blockage! The staff at Time answered our call promptly and scheduled Justin to our home asap! Justin phoned to let us know he was on our way and arrived within the half hour. He evaluated the situation with absolute professionalism! Gathered the necessary protective equipment and placed in all the appropriate locations. Hauled the equipment into place and performed his duties flawlessly.

He cleared the obstruction within 20 minutes and was loaded up in the van all in about 45 minutes. Cleaned up very well and showed great concern for being neat. Justin also provided valuable information to maintain our sewage line and other drain situations. Did I mention this was performed on a Sunday! Super pleased to have met Justin and I must say he was also extremely polite. Thanks to Time Plumbing and Heating for everything, especially Justin John. PS. I look forward to recommending Time to my friends and family!

This company was recommended, however, I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone else. Let me start with the good - the job was done to satisfaction. It was completed, later than promised in the day, but done. I'd rather it be done correctly, than not. The not so good, the plumber had an attitude the entire time I had to speak to him.

I will say, he did not want to speak to a woman, acted like I was incompetent and didn't understand what needed to occur (this is not my first rodeo with the service that needed to be completed and was well aware of what needed to be done), and was plain RUDE. I mean rude from the moment he saw where the work had to take place, how hot it was, and how long it would take.

I honestly wouldn't have used this company, but I needed the work done asap and they were able to do so. He was tossing boxes and equipment from his van looking for what he needed, huffing and puffing. Such a POOR display of professionalism. In addition, the individual who answers the phone is just as short and rude. That should have been my first clue into what to expect. Look elsewhere if you want to be treated equal and with respect.

We couldn't figure out why we had a leak on the outside of our house that unfortunately spread into our basement. Justin J. walked spotted our problem within 15 minutes and fixed our problem (a loose fitting) in less time than we could have hoped. He also gave us a few tips on how to remediate and what to watch out for. We are thrilled by his help and so relieved to have this vexing problem fixed. Thank you! Also wore a mask and we felt totally safe.

I had a little mishap where I got a trencher too close to a buried water line (oops) and called Time as they were about the only place open on a Sunday. Justin arrived a few short hours later and fixed the problem while also explaining and demonstrating how to properly solder a copper pipe, on top of providing tips on how to fix the sprinkler lines I also hit (oops again).

Super nice and very professional, I will definitely use Justin again. I was a bit surprised by the price but I suppose that's what you get for same-day Sunday service and not being careful about where you cut!

I called Time to fix my heating after one of their competitors left me without heat for over a week. They were able to get Justin Jahn out to my house the next day. Not only did he fix the heat, he went above and beyond to explain to me how all of the pipes and parts to to the boiler work and what I should expect if something doesn't work in the future.

He explained the quote thoroughly and also mentioned what they would recommend fixing in the future, which I appreciate! I got a great lesson on an important piece of my house and heating fixed! First thing I will say, is Chad their electrician is awesome, he has done great work on my house on several jobs. So why the 1 star? Well, Chad came and gave me a quote to run electricity and gas to the detached garage I am in the process of building. He gave me a reasonable quote and we signed an agreement. He started the work the same day (yesterday), then his boss came out this morning (I think his name was Bill or Bob), and told me it would be 3-4 thousand more for the job than what we agreed to.

Call me old fashioned, but I think once you write a quote and ask me to sign, that should be honored. I thought I had found a great company to work with for plumbing and electrical, and this was going to be the 3rd job they did for me. But this company clearly does not support or trust their employees, and I will not support them with my business. I hope Chad finds a better employer or goes to work for himself.

What an amazing team of technicians and people in the office.

I called them out to unplug my drain. They were not able to do it because my drain takes sharp turns which are probably not up to code. The plumber that was sent out did all he could with his half inch snake, I needed to have a quarter inch snake instead. The reason I gave them a good review is that the plumber spent extra time giving me ideas on how to solve my problem and then did not charge me for the visit.

I did give him a good tip but I agree that they should not charge when they cannot fix the problem. If you have a similar problem $99 rooter is able to fix it with a thinner snake.

NATE F, by far best in the business. When it comes to highlighting this guy's work ethic, i can't continue to find the words. he is and will be the only guy I trust and go through. Thank you so much again for being so personable and being "my guy", his character is ineffeable and is demonstrated through his quality of work. he absolutely makes sure. the job is done correctly everytime and I feel confident that my home is in working order when he leaves. he's so kind as well, great conversationalist and my dogs adore him! such a friendly guy. my favorite part is that he feels like a family friend and not just some guy doing a job and I appreciate that the most.thank you so much Nate!

Our Air Conditioning stopped working over the weekend, it was near 100 and these guys had me back up and running for a few hundred dollars (Extremely Fair Price). Mike the tech was outstanding and even gave me some advice on my Evaporative cooler. I can't thank them enough.

We had a great experience with Time plumbing heating and electric. The service specialist, Wesley Jeffords, came to our home and put on his shoe covers before he came in to the house. We told him our problem and he knew exactly the fix! He gave us options and did not try to upsell us on anything. Wesley was very honest and professional! Thank you for fixing our problem!

Great service at a very reasonable price. Tylor was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. He didn't try to upsell me like other companies have tried to with other services or scare tactics. I called another plumbing company back in December to clean out the sewer roots and they didn't do it all the way and have had problems since. Tylor got it done.

I have to call someone to clean out the sewer roots every year so I'll be calling them next year for sure. The only complaint I have is that I had to call twice and a leave a message both times as they don't answer the phone. The lady that called me back didn't listen to my messages as she called me back on my work number not my cell. Almost missed the call if I hadn't stayed a little later at work.

Without hot water, we can't run our business and Johnny, with Time Plumbing & heating, got the work done quickly and made the effort to prevent our water issue from happening again. I had a plumbing emergency. Called Time Plumbing, Heating & Electric Inc. This was the first time I used this company. Highly recommend this company. Very professional, reasonable prices and no additional charge for weekend emergency appointments. I really appreciate this company.

They were unable to fix my problem, did the wrong work, and I had to hire someone else to come out and fix the problem they were unable to solve. They 100% made sure that they got their money for not doing the work properly.

Plumbers are expensive. That's all there is to it, particularly if you need quality work. Wesley did a great job fixing our under-the-patio gas leak that Xcel's red tag forced us to have done. Wesley arranged everything, the concrete work, demolition, installation, rerouting the gas lines, and reconnecting the meter. He really went above and beyond, even coming out the next day to clean up all the cement dust. Yes, it was hard writing that check that drained our bank account, but way better than dealing with a certain catastrophe.

Came on time, worked quickly and efficiently, answered all my questions completely and courteously. Great job!

My hot water heater decided to fail and leak. I called Time Plumbing, Heating & Electric. Anthony came to the rescue in about 30 minutes. Before the job started, he explained everything to me and went right to work. He did an awesome job installing a new Bradford hot water heater. He cleaned up afterwards and that was that. I am very happy with the new Bradford. I will definitely request Anthony for other jobs.

When our sewage ejector pump failed, we found Time Plumbing.online. They were prompt, their technician came in the appointed time window, was very courteous and knowledgeable. No problems with his assessment. But there was sticker shock at the price to which I agreed. While the technician was obtaining the needed pump I checked around and. found another plumbing professional who quoted a lower price.

I contacted Time's technician and expressed my concern over his quoted price. He was able to come back to me a different proposal which was acceptable. He returned, was very courteous, and completed the work in a timely fashion. I am very pleased with the work and also pleased with the responsiveness of the company to my concerns.

I called these folks around 6:30am after a sleepless, cold night with a broken furnace that no amount of internet quick fixes were resolving. They got me on the schedule and were at my house by 10:00am. They gave me a four hour approximate window, but also assured me they would give me a call 30 minutes ahead of time so that I was able to go to work and leave in time to meet Jeff A. for the repair instead of taking a whole morning of precious PTO.

He was knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, and politely responded to my countless questions. He even jumped up on my roof after learning that I had recently had a new roof put up, explaining that sometimes roofers accidentally push down on the furnace caps (I'm very likely explaining that wrong) and affect airflow or performance or something.(my roofers were apparently kind to my furnace and no fixes were needed). Jeff quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and stuck around to ensure that the furnace cycled through properly.

While I am no expert on pricing, I felt what I paid was reasonable, especially considering same day service--heck, later that same morning service. The other company I called (where I was an established customer) didn't even return my call, so the simple fact that they answered the phone was worth its weight (time?) in gold. Thanks Jeff and thanks Time P, H&C! My furnace is circa 1993 and is showing her age.y'all are definitely going to get the call when it's time for her to be replaced.
