I have trusted Eanes for 6 years, but I am disappointed in the way that I have been treated recently. I paid for the service technician to come out for my 6 month checkup on April 29, and Jacob found everything was in good order. Because our upstairs unit is 15 years old, Jacob recommended that we consider buying a new unit. Spencer Foy came out on June 2, and he found problems with our present unit.
Either Jacob didn't do a thorough job, or he doesn't know what he's doing. It seems too coincidental that Spencer found a problem that didn't -- supposedly -- exist 5 weeks earlier. I have lost trust in Eanes.

Eanes recommended a new system with estimate and didn't recommend the most expensive system. They recommended one based on the square footage and what we wanted. The installation crew were extremely polite and worked constantly and cleaned up after they were finished with the job. I am very happy I chose Eanes

Lack of curtousy or blatant disregard to NEW CUSTOMER Seems to be their go to. Riddle me this. I schedule 12-4 yet YOU SHOW Up at neighbors house at 12. Leave at 130 and drive away.maybe you don't need that bogus 20$ fuel charge if you were organized. So glad I saw you next door bc my neighbor is the worst judge of character including herself. Just proves my point. Called another company. Guess what no 20 fuel charge.

Used Eanes to provide maintenance on our furnace that was not heating properly. Purchased the annual service package as well which gaurntees priority service. It's been one week and issue is happening again (no heat). It is midnight (newborn at home) and we call to request service but they cannot send anyone until 8am-12 the next day unless this is an emergency described as a fire hazard or explosion risk!? So much for priority and "24/7" service. Look to another company if you want reliable and responsive service.

We used Eanes for "maintenance" for years. Our service agreement to come twice a year cost over $800/yr. We have 5 units. For whatever reason, we forgot to update our service agreement this year. So, I just changed the air filters myself, one of the job duties connected to such a service agreement; in fact, a main job duty. What did I learn? Well, one of the filters had not been changed since 2018.
I was not aware Eanes had failed to change this filter. I would have done it myself had they just let me know. My job is not to do their job. Take a look at the pics. That filter was 3 year old filter and was filthy. Very disappointing.

I made contact with this company last week to utilize their special for a HVAC tune up the sent me in the mail. The representative and I agreed to a technician providing service today between 2-6. My family and I waited around all day in which no one made any contact with me or attempted to visit the home. If your technician can not make it during the times scheduled it would be extremely courteous for them to make contact with their customers to inform them they will not make the appointment.
Extremely upset about the situation! A week later even after they reported online that they will have management make contact with I have still not received a call from them.

I seen a commercial for maintenance special, so when the very nice gentleman came and seen that my coils needed cleaning ( which to me is part of maintenance) he stated he needed to speak to his Manager (outside) however he stated he was told he is to pull off the jobs due to the amount of work it would take to clean but came back in same breath that I would need to sign up for a membership and pay for service ( coil cleaning) in which I had three options.1 cost $957/good, 2 $3070/best or have a sales rep call me with pricing of a new unit.
Although I'm like maintenance isn't coming to check out what's wrong but it's actually doing something besides diagnostic work. I did inform the gentlemen I'm not pleased with the service but his professional attitude was great just not enough for me to fall for a sale. I even had another professional on the phone listening to what he was telling me and he kept on doing what he was told to do (get a sales lead).
So nothing was done besides him looking and telling me my coils was dirty which I seen that they were. But I still got charged the whole maintenance fee. No shame No Morales should be this company's Slogan, cause they have none in my opinion. Beware To the Elderly.

We had a new HVAC system installed in April by Eanes. While the system is great, and the crew was courteous and hard-working (everyone who has come to our residence has been attentive and helpful), there was apparently some confusion on the job details that led to an install error. The problem, discovered by the inspector and then confirmed by an Eanes technician, was that the system needed another return vent installed to pull enough air to run without risking damage to the unit over the long run. While it has taken a bit to get this issue resolved, I am hopeful that it will be addressed shortly.

Unfortunately, Eanes poorly performed the installation and follow up on my THREE HVAC units. Installation was not done properly, the air-conditioning units did not work the next day or for the next few days. The entire project was botched!! They had to come out several times to rectify either poor and incompetent installation . I would not recommend them to anybody!! Eventually everything finally worked out after weeks of equipment failure and performance. For $25,000 that’s not the kind of service that I expect and deserve!

The service folks are fantastic! Evan did our service this week and he was very professional, plus he reminded me of my youngest son in so many ways. He's our guy going forward for sure for service! Eanes came out to provide maintenance to my unit, Blair was great to work with, very informative , great personality and provided good customer service. He was very knowledgeable and identified a small issue that he recommend to correct before it lead into a big issue and showed me what he had identified and what it should be. Thanks Blair for your great customer service and keep servicing others with the same acumen you showed me. I will continue requesting for Blair to service my unit .
