After the winter storm we were desperate to find a plumber and weren't having much luck getting anyone to show up, even when they said they would. I called Blanco and Nella quickly helped me get on the list and someone came out so fast! They were kind, helpful, and excellent at maintaining communication with me. I won't use any other plumbers again.

Their employee Richey was at our house at 7am. After explaining the problem and what had been done to fix it (to no avail) he knew what the problem was. Within 20 minutes he had fixed the issue and we had heat. He was very professional and pleasant even on one of the coldest days this year. We were very impressed with Richey and the company that hired this kind of employee.

We use these guys and have for last 5 plus years for routine maintenance and replacement of heating and air conditioning system. We don't even live in the Blanco but in San Marcos/Wimberley area. They are the best from Patrice for scheduling or answering questions. Then we have Mark always positive and takes pride in all his service work.

Excellent Customer Service - Start to finish! This is a 2nd home for us and I wasn't familiar with the companies in the surrounding area. I looked on Google and found Blanco Heating and Air. I called an someone answered phone immediately, no voicemail or telephone prompts. They were super friendly and professional - How refreshing! Sergio was scheduled to come out to our home in Horseshoe Bay.
He arrived promptly and looked very professional. He was able to assess the AC/Heating units and take care of the problem pretty quick. Customer Service and Professionalism is a lost art, but not with the people who work for Blanco Heating and Air. Thank you so much!
