Dubson Heating, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

We needed a new AC unit and the folks and Dubson delivered! Bryce and Christa did an awesome job providing us multiple options for a new unit and scheduled an install quickly. We were grateful it was installed right before a couple of days of 90+ degrees weather. A big shout out to the two technicians as well for working around our unusual furnace space and giving us tips on how to maintain the new unit. Overall, if you are looking for a new AC I highly recommend Dubsons. Local proffesionals and prices are fair.

I came home one night after picking my kids up from daycare to a 51 degree house. It was an extremely cold day this particular day and when I left the house that morning our heat was working fine as far as I knew. My wife and I have a 9 year old daughter and 1 year old son so naturally I was in panic mode because there was no way we could stay in the house with it being so cold.

I placed a claim through our home warranty, however, they told me it could possibly be a few days before someone could come out. I started scrambling trying to figure out what to do when it dawned on my that we had a heating and AC company located in the same town we live in. Dubson. I looked them up and thank god they had 24 hours service calls. I called and spoke to a very nice lady who understood the predicament we were in and right away had an order placed to have a technician come out.

Literally 30 minutes later the owner, Bryce, showed up to our house and had the heat back up and running in less than an hour. He was extremely courteous and friendly and had kids of his own so he completely related to our situation. I would highly recommend Dubson for your heating and cooling needs. Very kind people and excellent customer service. 10/10 in my book.

When my furnace went out, I called Dubson's and there was someone at my house within 30 minutes. I dealt with Bryce (the owner) as well as Wes. Both were polite and gave me an answer quickly. Bryce explained to me exactly what was wrong and I felt no pressure in making a decision about the repair. A replacement part was ordered and Bryce came out to fix my furnace the next day. The price was fair and I feel confident in the work that was done. I highly recommend Dubson's!

Woke up on the coldest day (so far) this year only to find that our heat wasn't working. My first call was to Dubson's because they've done our annual HVAC service since we moved to the area. Christa Dubson answered the call and was so kind and quickly got us on the schedule which I'm sure was already packed. Within a couple hours the technician, Weslei, arrived and got to work.

He had the problem diagnosed and fixed within an hour. Not only do they get the job done correctly and efficiently, they are a pleasure to work with. We consider ourselves lucky to have them in the community and they will always be our first call and recommendation for HVAC needs.

It was Thursday night, my family had all tested positive for covid the day before. We were at the peak of our symptoms, while shivering in bed I realized the heat had not been running. I shut the furnace off and on again. It was a miracle the system fired up and I went to bed. When I woke up 7am Friday morning I could almost see my breath, it was 50 degrees in the house. Nervously I called Dubson.

Would they have an opening?! Would anyone come to a house filled with confirmed covid? If they couldn't make it Friday what type of after hours premium would I have to pay?! A kind voice answered the phone letting me know while they were busy, they should have a tech out by the afternoon. They also assured me it was fine to send a tech out even though we were sick, just to mask and distance to help prevent any exposure.

At around 10am I get a text letting me know the tech had arrived. The tech was very professional, entering my side door and heading to the furnace in the basement as I had told the receptionist. 15 minutes later I got a call from Wes (the tech) he informed me he ran some tests and had gotten everything working again. This was seriously one of the best experiences I've had with any service. When it is the coldest day of the year it's the most likely day for your furnace to fail, I highly recommend to give Dubson a call when that happens.

Mr Dubson and his team provide excellent service. They are professionals who try to arrive asap, find the issue and give you quality solutions. They have helped me with maintenance on my AC and gave me a more experienced and thorough opinion when I was given a one (quite expensive) route fix from another company. If you need someone trustworthy and capable call them. They get the job done.

I contacted Dubson to inspect my boiler for the season. Christa in the office was so friendly and able to get me on schedule quickly. Bryce & the technician were very informative, friendly and professional. The pricing was competitive with other companies and they are a local family owned business. I would definitely recommend Dubson and use their company again!

For HVAC, you'd think Bryce has been doing this stuff his whole life (he has). He walked in and immediately recognized our furnace's model and started rattling off the common issues it has, good and bad. His team just replaced our furnace and AC at their end of life, and the process was as good as could be. No gimmicks in the pricing, he laid out and explained several options, and the new system looks and feels like a definite upgrade. The whole company is super respectful and professional, and you can tell they're proud of the work they do, as they should be.

Dubson’s went above and beyond in servicing my furnace. Their technician Nick, was courteous, conscientious, and very professional. When I contacted Bryce about an electrical concern, Nick discovered the potential problem and immediately contacted Ameren to have them come check to see if the problem was on their end. And it was!.... to my enormous relief. Thank you for your excellent service!

Dubson Heating and A/C do a fantastic job. When you have a breakdown they are there for you immediately. When you call and leave a message, they return your call promptly. They installed a new Trane A/C and furnace and the price was reasonable and it was installed promptly and it runs very good. They care about you and even put a cloth down on the carpet to avoid tracking in the house. You can count on them being there when you need them. Excellent people to do business with.
