Magic Touch Mechanical has very nice and professional technicians who arrive on time to appointments. They thoroughly inspect my a/c and air scrubber yearly and I always learn something when they are here. Also, the scheduling lady is friendly and polite. She asked to reschedule my maintenance appointment as a family was completely without a/c, and she was able to send the tech out just a few days later. Highly recommend.

Magic Touch Mechanical HVAC company was highly recommended by the Bosch Manufacture. I call their office a few months ago. I spoke with Jerome, a very pleasant man, he listened to my concerns and requests I was looking for an AC company to service my ac unit. Now, I know why they are highly recommended. He completed a thorough evaluation of our 1-year-old Bosch air conditioner. (This ac unit was installed by a different ac company last year I rather not mention their name here) I'm not surprised that Lucas encountered several things our ac unit was missing, and he was able fix all these problems today. He found that the ac unit was not equipped with the surge protection on condensing unit nor the indoor air handler.

The ducks were not properly sealed to the unit causing a high accumulation of dust to enter our home. Surge protection was not applied to outdoor condensing unit either. He mentioned this was very important to have as the inverter is a DC drive which means current only flows one way to any high Spike of electricity it will take out the inverter. The surge protection for the indoor air handler, was not installed either.

The insulation flex ducting was not sealed properly to the unit or to supplies. He fixed all these problems today. I am so pleased with all his knowledge, expertise, patients, and professionalism. I enrolled in their yearly maintenance plan which will include two visits per year plus outdoor condensing coil cleans as needed. I highly recommend this company. Thank you, very much for your hard work your services!

Jason serviced our AC unit 1 week ago and found some issues that needed to be addressed. He was very professional with his explications, he showed pictures, and answered any questions we had. He came back today and took care of everything. He showed before and after photos. We would highly recommend Magic Touch, and Jason, to anyone needing AC repairs.

Lucas was an incredible resource for our recent home AC inspection and maintenance. He was thorough and took the time to explain everything going on with the HVAC unit and give us an idea of things to look for and be careful of. Been using Magic Touch for almost a year. They have been very responsive and thorough. Everyone I have encountered, on the phone and in-person, has always been great (and they've been out a few times in the past year). Most recently, Lucas & Joe came by for a seasonal check up/maintenance and they both were cool people, fast, informative and professional.

Lucas and Joe were very helpful and provided education for our Gas Fireplace. They provided us with multiple options for every budget (It is nice to not ask). We picked the best option based on the year of the system and some "Quality of Life" improvements that we have been wanting. Very happy with our service! Thanks guys!

Jason came out today to take a look at our fireplace before we start using it for the season. He answered every question I had and gave me some great advice. Everyone has been very informative and professional from the first phone call. Would highly recommend!

Jeremy Wallace was the technician that came to our home to provide us the "fireplace modernization" package.my husband and I are very pleased with the outcome. Jeremy went about the installation in the most professional way and threw in an extra service by providing the fireplace with coals that were arranged very esthetically at no extra cost. In light of its age, he told us of some upgrade options we could consider and an. annual plan for continued maintenance.

The next day, he installed those upgrades resulting in better efficiency and safety. His work was careful and thorough. He provided good explanations. When finished, he cleaned up his work area completely.

I'm on the East Coast. I came to this site for a brand recommendation for a good or better Central AC replacement. I came away with a basic understanding of the whole AC situation. My take away is that I'll try to find a top installer in RI to install a Bosch "better" unit.

I absolutely love Magictouch Mechanical after a bad experience with the company I originally had install my unit my sister suggesred I called Magic Touch Air Conditioning and boy I am sure glad I found them. They installed both of my Lennox AC's and have been taking care of them ever since. Always on time, polite, and professional technicians.

I am thoroughly impressed by Magic Touch Mechanical. Last week my air conditioner was no longer cooling. I called for an appointment and Sierra was able to squeeze me in later that same day. She sent Jason and Lucas out to diagnose my problem. They were very professional and explained that I could fix my unit at a great expense. But my unit is 24 years old and really needs to be replaced.

They explained why replacing was more economical in the long run than putting a band aid on my old unit. And patiently answered all my questions. I agreed to the new unit. I was set up for install the next day with Darrell. Darrell was also very professional and made sure i was set with working air before the day was over. This entire company made such a disastrous event in the middle of July in Arizona not so terrible. Thank you to Magic Touch Mechanical for making me and my family cool in less than 48 hours.

We had some craziness with our AC unit this week and called Magic Touch Mechanical to come out and take a look. Jason arrived on time and was very professional throughout the entire visit. He was able to find the problem and fix it promptly. He also answered my myriad of questions with a smile to the best of his abilities.

Magic Touch was out this week to do our semI annual Check out on our AC system. I was totally impressed with Lucas. He is a great tech and had all of the Social Distance skills In place and used them.

We had our first check up after install of our new AC and Furnace in November. As it turns out, there is a small refrigerant leak which Jason G, Keith S noticed during the inspection. They recharged the system and arranged for additional service to occur to rectify the leak as they were not equipped to fix this problem on the spot. Both were extremely professional, and courteous. Would recommend these two gentlemen to anyone needing service.
