My service technician, Larry B came right out and fixed my heater. If for some reason they are delayed because of another job they are very courteous and will let you know they will be a few minutes late. If you want a honest, reliable company call L & S! I can't say enough about Larry B. with L&S Air. Early on a Saturday morning I called about a problem. Within minutes I received a call from Larry telling me he would be at the house in approx 30 minutes. Right on time, diagnosed the problem and had me back up and running quickly. Excellent service. Will use them for all of my future service checks and issues should they arise. Thank you Larry and L&S.

If you look elsewhere for reviews they seem to have good ones but I guess I had bad luck. I called them about 3pm Friday 29 Jun when my regular guy couldn't come. They told me they'd put me on a list but wouldn't come if my son was home alone but they would call and let me know. So that meant to me that there was a slight chance they might come.
I took off from work and headed home to wait. I was fine when they didn't, it would have been a long shot. I called again on Monday morning at 9am because I hadn't heard. Again they told me they'd put me on a list. I eventually called someone else who fixed my unit late that afternoon. I never heard from L & S. I called them at 4pm on Monday to take my name off the list.
My biggest peeve is that they never called, I would have assumed that they would have given me a heads up, maybe they can't tell me exactly when but let me know that it might be days.

The tech (Larry B.) that has been assisting me resurrected a central ac unit I believed to be long gone after sitting unused for six or seven years. Every person I have dealt with has been absolutely professional, knowledgeable, available, and understanding.
