I spoke with Randy about some new construction details on a new build. He was extremely informative with the new design of the Carrier units and went into great detail with his explanations of the operation of them. He pointed out various technology used in the industry at present and assured me that any issues I had would be addressed and that my and all customers satisfaction is of their concern. Matt was on time and very professional. He explained the answers to my questions in a way I could understand. He was very thorough and took his time in servicing my unit. I have dealt with Bradley for years and Bradley has always provided me with great service. Bradley is always available even though he has moved up in the company. I requested Matt to be the Service Tech next time I need something.

The repair man was early. I was so relieved! He was thorough, very knowledgeable and so polite. He explained things in detail to us. He checked our AC and filters which needed replacing badly. He told us how to get better air flow buy replacing our filters more often. He cleaned our intake grid. He checked our Freon and said it was fine. We were very very pleased with him.

Turner Schoell installed my unit 5 years ago by way of Alabama Power and financed with affordable payments. Today my annual preventative service maintenance was done. I am always pleased at the top notch service received from Turner & Schols. They communicate with me about the issues, the recommended repairs and make sure the tenant is satisfied before they leave. Woke up to HVAC unit not working properly just before Thanksgiving and called Turner and Schoel; who sent a tech out same day. The unit had a significant issue and as a result we filed a claim with our insurance company. T&S was quick to get the info our insurance provider needed and had a replacement unit installed the next business day. Furthermore, they left no mess in the house for us to clean up! Overall, we are very pleased with the timing and service we received from start to finish.

I had Turner & Scheol install a new furnace and ac unit. I talked with Tony and he gave me a good price on both units. Bobby came the morning of installation on time and the crew was not far behind. Jimmy, Alex, Garrett and John were awesome. They went above and beyond and completed the install and had me back in good order before they left. The new unit is much better and safer by far. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I have had several dealings with TS heating and cooling and most of which has been fair thanks to their previous manager Aubrey. I was always treated well by Aubrey and he always made me feel like an important customer no matter how little business I've previously done with them. The last job they did for me was a follow up to trying to eliminate a drip sound that could constantly be heard in my bedroom anytime the heat came on.
After several attempts, Aubrey felt badly enough that he said he was going to try something so miniscule that it may just work and he said he'd charge me nothing for it since they'd already charged me for a previous visit. Well, they billed me for it anyway.not a big deal being $75 and given that I've paid them thousands over the last few years.
However when I called the owner, Phillip, today he could have cared less about past business or future business and simply said that he was certain I was mistaken and I owed the money, as if I'd try to beat them out of $75. I thought I was on candid camera based on the way an owner of a company could have cared less about one of his customers and the lecture he tried to give me about business. It was not worth the headache to fight over $75 but the way they made me feel and the fact that they would not honor a prior commitment was truly an unpleasant experience.
