Both of them were very friendly, courteous, and professional. They took care to protect my property and cleaned up any mess they made. After over a month of fighting with our landlord about an HVAC issue that they refused to believe existed - Eric came in and diagnosed and fixed the issue. He was polite, professional, informative and personable. Eric took the time to listen to my concerns and teach me about our system. Donald was friendly, informative & knowledgeable about the services I requested. Justin Cooper installed a new hot water heater at my home on 3/19/22. His quality of work was top-notch. Justin was very professional, easy to talk too and followed up with me shortly after the install to make sure everything was working to my satisfaction. The job was done in a timely manner and I will definitely request Direct Services to dispatch Justin for any future work.

Another job well done by Direct Service. Had to replace an ancient heater and A/C unit. Julian and David arrived on time, started working and did not stop until the job was done. Knowledgeable, courteous and they answered all my questions. Reasonable prices and great service. A big Thank You to Richard who discovered the problems with my old heater before it could become a big problem. I have been using Direct Service for many years and they never fail to do a super job.
