This is a great company to work with. We used them to replace our Geothermal system in our home. They sent a team out replaced it in a day. On time, friendly, clean work area and very professional. Even had to call them the next week because we could not figure out the thermostat and they were able to walk us through it over the phone. Will definitely use them again!

R.J. Nelson Co was one of the only local HVAC companies that actually called me back to set up an appointment! They were quick, friendly, and professional when coming to my home for a quote, also extremely reasonable - a smidge cheaper than another company I had gotten a fast quote on. Not only that, Alvin, was thorough and explained to me what I needed and why.

We contacted RJ Nelson last Friday when we were having an issue with our AC. They had someone out first thing on Saturday to take a look at it. The employee was very knowledgeable in troubleshooting the problem and very informative as to what the issues were. I would highly recommend RJ Nelson to anyone as they were very polite, professional and got the job done!

I would not recommend this company. I had someone come out to look at my a/c, took him 30mins to tell me I needed a new a/c unit & quoted me $6000+ & then charged me $248+ for nothing. I called someone I knew to have it fixed. Charged me $200, & all I needed was a new fan inside the a/c unit. Next time send someone that's going to repair my a/c. Not a saleman.

Love the work they do. They are fast and efficient. This is the second time we've used them, once when my thermostat broke and this time the condenser fan motor went bad. The only thing I will say is that the first person was much more personable and kept us in the loop more than this time. We rent our house so our landlord is their priority in communication but this second guy hardly communicated anything to us about the unit and wasn't personable at all, even when repeatedly going in and out of my home.

These guys are great! My AC wasn't working so I called them on a Saturday. The tech, I think his name was Scott, called me back and troubleshooted with me over the phone. We figured out the problem. My 3 year old son turned off the switch to our furnace. I switched it back on, and voila our air is back on! He helped save me a service charge. I appreciate the help and I will use them if I need them!
