I contacted RDL to service my Rinnai wall furnace. The fellow who came did not bring the correct tools and spent an extra hour attempting to replace the faulty parts. I had to get my tool box and find him the appropriate wrench. I complained to the owner and his response was to yell at me on the phone. I have since found out from the Rinnai corporate helpline that they are not an authorized service center.
