Incompetent from the customer service on the phone all the way to the serviceman at my house. They installed a thermostat for $225 and didn't "diagnose" the heater problem because I "didn't tell them to." I'm not the pro. I shouldn't have to tell them how to do their job. So I called C&L Heating & Air-Conditioning and they got my heater working by "diagnosing" that I needed a new furnace, and installed a Nest thermostat for no extra charge to make up for "Jerry" ripping me off. Call C&L, not Jerry, when you have heating or air-conditioning problems!

I called on a Saturday morning about my water heater and they had Nick there within a couple of hours. The problem was a dead water heater, Nick told me it should still be under warranty, something I would not have thought. Once I got the old one removed a d some demo done, they came out the same day I called to install the new one! Polite and friendly service and reasonable prices!

Timely and friendly with great advice. They've definitely saved me money with free advice. I've had several dealings with them and have only had one dud estimate (absurdly high and sent an apprentice to give me the price and he couldn't answer any questions as to why it was so high). Would definitely recommend.

We are buying a home in Orcutt CA. As if buying a house isn't hectic enough, our Purchase Contract gave us 7 days to get all inspections done. Our Agent highly recommended Jerry's Plumbing & Heating. I called and told them I needed the plumbing and HVAC systems inspected, but only had a week to take care of it. They said no problem and scheduled the inspections for the following day.
The property was inspected and the report submitted within a day. With this kind of service, I know we have found our forever Plumbing & Heating service company. Thank you Jerry's Plumbing & Heating.

I had two vacation rentals that each had small plumbing issues. I called Jerry's for the first time as I got tired of the long wait times from another company. They were able to schedule both homes the same day and I found their tech to be responsive, communicative and customer service minded. Overall a great experience!

We were having an issue with the drain backing up from our washing machine. I called Jerry's on recommendations from a few of the neighbors. They were able to come out the same day. Called when they were on the way. And were polite and courteous. They fixed my drain issue in a reasonable amount of time and charged a fair price. I will definitely recommend them in the future!

Fast, friendly service. I called my warranty company to make a plumbing claim because my kitchen sink was leaking into the cabinet beneath it., The warranty company said no one could come out for 10 days! I called up Jerry's and a technician (Nick, I believe) came out. He wore a mask and maintained social distancing. He came out within the specified time and found the problem and fixed it in 15 minutes. He showed me how to take apart the faucet, should the problem arise again, and thanked me for choosing Jerry's. Great experience!

My heater would would heat the house but the blower wouldn't turn off once the house was heated. Jerry's came out and diagnosed the problem. They had to order the part so they came back to install it. The heater now heats my house and turns off as it should. The tech was friendly and professional. Thank you Jerry's Plumbing for keeping me warm now that it's getting cold out.

I had another plumber come out to correct an issue.only their "fix" made it worse. Jerry's came out today and explained everything to me in detail, so I feel confident the issue is fixed. Yes, it cost me MORE than I hoped.but if it fixes the issue it's worth it. They lost a star because they were supposed to do a couple of other things for me and the guys that came out said they were told to wait on those other things. If I don't have to pay another service call that's ok with me.so we'll see. They were prompt and polite and wore a mask the whole time.

Look no further Woke up one recent morning to water dripping from our kitchen ceiling. Good news, we have a home warranty. Bad news, we have a home warranty. After hours of frustration navigating the warranty phone maze, I finally received the name of a plumbing company I could use. When I called the company that shall not be named, they told me it would be a full week before they could get out to look at the problem.
Our house without water for week--think toilet, no flush--this was unacceptable. Another hour on hold and I was finally given the number for Jerry's Plumbing. As soon as I contacted Jerry's an appointment was scheduled first thing the following morning, and the problem diagnosed and fixed by the following morning. Jerry's repairmen were pleasant, they arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. What a relief!

Guy had his mask pulled down the whole time he was in my house. Not entirely sure he fixed the problem with the AC but caused another problem by shorting out a light in the process. He put vent cover back on incorrectly and now I have to borrow a ladder from a neighbor to get up there and fix it. He left dirty finger prints all over every thing he touched. My favorite part was when he threw the filthy dirty water he has vacuumed up against my house as he left. One star is way to high a rating for this company.

Called them on a Saturday afternoon to fix a plumbing blockage. They were all booked up but Kristin said she would see what she could do. They fit me in and got everything fixed in a quick and timely manner. William was the plumber, he was courteous, friendly, and efficient. Couldn't ask for a better response time, a fair price, and most importantly, friendly service.
They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of when they didn't have to. Would recommend Jerry's Plumbing & Heating over and over again, it's hard to find a plumber that goes above and beyond, especially on a busy Saturday. You guy's earned a customer for life.

We had just moved into our new Home and found out we had a Gas leak between the Gas meter and the house. Derrick from Jerry's Plumbing was quick to respond and gave us several options on how to fix it. He arrived early the next morning ready to get the job done. He worked tirelessly to get the gas line up and running so we could still get the gas company out to turn it on that same day.
He kept us updated as to the progress. When the new line was done he pressure checked the line which was now good, but the pressure test found 2 valves in the house also had slow leaks and he replaced them. He even checked back with us a few days later to make sure everything was still working smoothly. Jerry's Plumbing prices were less then others quoted and very quick. I would use them again and would recommend them to friends in the future. Thank you for a JOB WELL DONE.

My wife and I are dismayed after Jerry's Plumbing & Heating replaced a furnace. To be concise, we were informed by a HVAC tech from a different company that Jerry's techs disabled our air-conditioner, which worked fine for months. They also failed to install a new vent pipe and condensation trap. They also left decorative wood trim broken off, claiming it's not their responsibility.
We were never shown permits to perform duties. The techs never told us specifically what our $1170 charge would cover (on top of whatever our home warranty company paid them). Bottom line, they accept "NO" accountability. They say our concerns are to be directed to our home warranty company. I am looking to the State Contractors Board for advice on how to get resolution.

Our home warranty company sent Jerry's to fix a stopped kitchen drain. Their technician, Adrian, was extraordinarily rude in dealing with both me and the warranty company and was totally unable to communicate to the warranty company what needed to be repaired and thus struggled getting authorization. He was unable to locate the lateral clean out (which was immediately adjacent to the sink under a cabinet).
He failed to successfully snake the line (perhaps not his fault), and then to top it all off, he broke a pipe in the wall while trying to open the lateral clean out. AND THEN HE LEFT without fixing it, calling the warranty company or providing any accountability. His reasons? The authorization delay meant he was backed up on other calls! He likely caused over a thousand dollars in damage the warranty company won't cover and just walked off. Unbelievable.
