I had a yearly check done last summer on my ac unit. The tech was young and nice. We started to talk and he told me he only did new installs. Red flag everything was fine. I spoke with some women. I told them the problem, and they even spoke to tech for me. This time was different, my ac unit broke down last night. They were schedule too come out on th 13th.

I got someone to fix it last night. As soon as they realized i was going to cancell. They were very quick to end the call. They lost a customer who would have been very loyal.

Stockdale Aire came to our rescue when our HVAC system (only 3 yrs old) had been installed incorrectly. From the tech Mark who evaluated the situation to the guys who basically had to reinstall the unit did a fantastic job. We were so worried that we would have to start with a new unit. We are so grateful that they fixed it.

We recently purchased a brand new AC/heater combo unit from Stockdale Aire and had them install it. Got multiple quotes from various companies. Stockdale Aire stood out from the rest, by their professionalism on the phone and in the home quote. Prompt on their time, professional and very clean. Great value. Pro's Great customer Service Very responsive on everything emails, phone calls, updates on installation con's Corona virus "Covid-19" Limits the inventory to choose from and raises prices. Had to wait a while for our new thermostat to come in due to shortages. #2021 shortages Cons have nothing to due directly with Stockdale Aire that's why I have given Stockdale Aire a 5 review

I always trust my AC to Stockdale Aire! Cleaned out my condenser of built up dust an dirt, abd recharged the freon as the old girl just couldn't function well in these 100° + days we've had. Now I can get it down to 76° with no problem! 20+ year old system!

During the triple digit heat wave, my less than 3 year old AC started to have problems, where no cool air was coming out of vents in the house. Th first company I called to check out the problem advised there was a leak but couldn't find the leak. A friend of mine recommended Stockdale Aire. Kelby came to service my AC. Less then 15 minutes, he found the leak.

He worked in the extreme heat and welded the leak area in the AC unit outside and got my house cooled off. I would strongly recommend Stockdale Aire if you are having AC issues.

They ripped me off by not informing me of an unfixable problem until the third visit by a different agent so I had to pay extra. Over 400$ total on a useless system. They'll take advantage of women. Beware.

Called three service providers when the A/C stopped functioning in the night. It'll be 106 today so I started calling at 8. One was booking appts two weeks out due to everyone having the same issue. The other was 13 days out. The first recommended Stockdale Aire because "they've got more crews and they're honest." I called and got a 1pm to 5pm window for TODAY!

Office person was great when I booked and someone called to alert that my tech was on his way-15 minute warning. Mark rang the bell and knew the possible issues based on my description. He was here for 40 minutes and the cool air was flowing after thirty probably. He washed the coils and replaced the part. The unit is past its expected life and I told him that before he agreed but he didn't bother to try to sell me on a new one which I really appreciate.

Sometimes when you're over the barrel it's that sale not the service that gets focused on by the tech. Goodwill will make me take their bid when the time inevitably comes so Mark put some future dollars on the balance sheet for sure.

I live 40 miles from my rental. I know it doesn't seem far, and it isn't, but if I can trust a business to do the work when and do it efficiently and correctly, it gives me peace of mind. And that's why I use Stockdale Aire. I trust them completely.

Curt was the tech who came out to repair the A/C unit as I couldn't get any cool air. He found the problem immediately and had the new part on the truck! He was very knowledgeable and professional. Absolute Trust! For about 30 years, Stockdale Aire has serviced our Rudd, rooftop air conditioner and heating unit. They specialize in Ruud, but I'm sure they work on all units. By keeping up on our annual Spring and Winter Tune-Ups at a highly reasonable rate (still less than $180 a year for 2 services!), we have saved THOUSANDS of dollars and the unit works as good as the day our home was brand new!

Instead of trying to sell us a new unit through the years, they focused on specific technical issues and only fixed what needed to be fixed. That's integrity.and an example of how you are treated like great families should be treated! Beside that, they are friendly and efficient as can be. For example, Laurie in the office set up our appointment on the first ring and already knew what our preferences were. Tina has also been a great representative of this family-owned company for several years, along with other office staff and highly competent workers in the field. See for yourself!

Dean diagnosed my 23 year old corsair hvac unit after Monarch told me it was in disrepair and needed to be replaced. Turns out there was nothing wrong with my unit! My AC when out Sunday night. Called Stockdale Aire right when they opened Monday morning. They had a technician at my house within the hour. By 9:30 am my AC was working again. A huge relief not have to spend another night with no AC. I Highly recommend this company.

Outstanding service! We have an older AC rooftop unit I had 2 other local companies come over and they could not locate or fix my AC problem advised me to buy another AC unit the technician from Stockdale Aire found the problem right away did a thorough job and was very courteous I would most definitely recommend Stockdale Aire over any other AC company! Woke up to out AC unit not working. They were great and had someone at the house within the hour. They were going to have to come back out a second time after they seen what the problem was. I asked if they could come back after my husband was home since he's more knowledgeable in what they're talking about and had no problems coming back at that time instead. Very happy with the service and how friendly the tech was.

I just had a new AC installed by Stockdale Aire. What a great group of people to work with! From the estimate, to the gentleman who came out to measure to make sure everything was right, to the person who answers the phone all the way to the kind people who came out and did the installation! I felt cared for and nothing seemed rushed but was done quickly. Clean, on-time and I felt satisfied when they were done. If you are looking, you can count on Stockdale Aire. Give them a call!

After hearing the company's ad on the radio, thinking Stockdale Aire was a good fit for my need, I called them. Let me add that this was a Sunday (9/1/19) evening around 6pm over the Labor Day weekend. My A/C (we have 2 separate units) wasn't cooling down our upstairs bedrooms. The fan wasn't spinning on the outdoor condenser. I also believed that the capacitor was also faulty. Again, this was Sunday evening.

I called Stockdale Aire for two reasons: according to their ad, they're "in the business of being inconvenienced" when A/C issues arrive; and, all other companies weren't responding to my telephone calls after first calling Stockdale Aire. On the phone tree I was directed to an on-call tech and left a message with my name, telephone number and a brief description and waited.

And waited.and waited. Three hours later, I received a call from the weekend on-call tech. A $264 service fee just to come out was explained. The tech seemed irritated and inconvenienced for my call and because it was now 9:30pm, I ended the call and declined their services. The tech was also thirty minutes away which would have delayed the service call even more.

Thanks but no thanks. For a company that prides itself on great customer service when "inconvenient" things happen, I felt greatly disappointed; hence, the poor rating. I called another company which took care of the problem (a dead capacitor and fan motor). In situations like this, I believe great customer service ahead of the actual repair is a telltale sign of a company's ability to solve the problem in a timely, professional, effective and reasonable manner. Sorry Stockdale Aire, you left me hanging.

Kudos to Stockdale Aire, especially their technician Mark. Our A/C went out Friday evening (naturally!) around 7:00. I left a message on the company's emergency line and Mark called back within the hour. He arrived at our house about 20 minutes later and analyzed the problem. The problem was a motor which he could not replace that night, which was understandable given the time of day. However, he called back Saturday morning just after 9:00 saying he had the new motor and was on his way. Within an hour, he had the new motor installed and we once again had cool air. Thank you Mark!

This probably wouldn't apply to every situation, but the repair man was in and out in about an hour. I received a call from Stockdale Aire about 15 minutes before the tech arrived which was nice. My AC unit had a bad sensor and the tech had one so he replaced it immediately. He was very professional.

Got to say for what I paid I'm not satisfied with the service at all and seriously reconsidering next time using a different company to service my AC, the worker showed up and only focused on the unit on the roof. Didn't once go inside the house to check the insulation or anything.

Stockdale Aire came out and looked at our attic unit. The A.C. is outside on a concrete pad. The attic unit was making some loud screeching sounds and the breaker was tripping. We knew something was wrong. They cane out promptly and diagnosed the problem, gave us a verbal quote and ordered the necessary part. A few days later. On a Friday. They returned and installed the blower wheel.

A 65$ part that they charged me 359$ for. Model number B1368047A part number 054442-0124. Then charged me extra for labor. I'm still mad about the markup! The blower wheel still squeaked and made a lot of noise. I called them back Saturday morning and was told I would have to wait until Monday or pay 75$ for a weekend fee. Monday they came out and replaced the blower wheel again. With no further charge. They also replaced a part that was causing the breaker to trip. Which the first guy didn't look at. At no extra charge.

I can't thank Curtis enough for the fabulous service he provided It was 130 degrees in the Attic space, but he persevered and fixed a major issue that no one else could. The other air conditioning places simply said, well, the starting price of a replacement system is $9000. It was a challenge they just wouldn't take on. We have found Stockdale Aire to be the most honest group we have ever dealt with! God bless you guys!

We found that Stockdale Aire was very courteous, prompt, did great work, and all of the men that worked at our home were very professional. We installed an Air conditioning unit last fall and have been very pleased with the whole process. Even though we haven't had any problems, I am sure that if we do we will be treated with respect and service will be prompt just as in the past. Not quite understanding the other reviews that I read. But we give it a five star.

I have used Stockdale Aire for many years both personal and on the job. They are professional and efficient. I called them last week and asked that they look at my daughters A/C unit because it just stopped working for no reason. They arrived at the exact time scheduled, found a simple problem in about 20 minutes and were done. No up sale or pressure for anything else. The owner Warren is an honest and classy guy. Stockdale Aire has been our AC and heating service/repair company for over 20 years but I'm becoming less and less satisfied with them. It's not that they aren't knowledgeable but I don't feel appreciated as a longtime customer and I'm all about building that relationship with my service providers. We replaced 2 of our 3 AC units through them a few years ago and have had them to our home twice a year for service all these years.but I have become dissatisfied for a number of reasons.first, when I called in March to schedule preventative service on our units I was told it would be over 8 weeks before they could have anyone out to our home and secondly, since we have 2 air cleaners (which they've always serviced/cleaned as part of the normal twice yearly visits) I was notified that they now charge an additional $60 per air cleaner.

I make sure to call for service when they're running their special pricing but they aren't cheap and now with the additional $120 I'll have to pay on top of the normal $250, I'm considering changing companies. I'm usually SO loyal to all my service providers (plumber, electrician, etc.been with all the same ones for many years) but Stockdale Aire may not be on my list of providers much longer.

Brent was an awesome person to deal with-no sales pitch just great service! The technicians were professional and cleaned up after themselves. I have used Stockdale Aire for about 20 years, and have a history with a high volume of service requests as I previously owned a Property Management Company and all repairs were handled excellently. However, I want to focus on my own home. About 7 years ago I had a new A/C (HVAC) unit installed on my home and did a complete revision of all my ducting and added returns. Stockdale's bids was $ 2,000.00 less that 5 other bids.

The plans were engineered and repairmen came out several times to get the balancing of air volume correct (this is both an art and science). Today I called to get my newer home's Dual A/C units serviced and discovered there had been a small price increase in the Summer cleaning and tune up. Believe me they are worth it.
