I had them do a install of a new unit. I later found out that the work they did was of poor quality, sub standard and many of the electrical connections they put in were not wired correctly and they left some wiring "floating" (without capping). their "maintenance plan" was a joke and when i had to have the unit replaced (totally), i called them first and they told me (in a crappy tone)."well, you should have gotten the maintenance plan.shouldnt you? " yeah, total crooks.

The owner is super nice, and completely professional. My SIL, who lives a few hours away from me, but who is an HVAC guy, reviewed his bid, and was in complete agreement. We needed to get repairs before we could sell a house, and he took great care of us, and saved us quite a bit of money. I would definitely recommend the Air Conditioning Store.
