Prompt, courteous, the tech replaced an indoor air handler valve and fixed a refrigerant leak, whereas others may have insisted on replacing the air handler at a much higher final cost to us, so I was positively impressed.

They came our promptly the day I called to service Manitowoc icemaker that is under warranty and told me they could warranty parts/labor. I asked for a resolution to my AC issue as returns are to small and 2 bedrooms get hot in summer. Minisplit? Options, They serviced AC, I just had that done by others and turned ac from 77 to 70, and said it worked. UM house was unoccupied that's why it was turned up. Rental.

As I explained the AC works as best it can I need proposal to cut open walls for larger duct work or mini splits. Girl who answered phone needs some training. out $500.00. Icemaker works! No farther ahead on AC issue.

Arctic Temp replaced the external drain pan in my indoor unit as it had rusted & sprung a leak. I asked the technicians if the water was supposed to be dripping into this pan? They said, "No". I then asked them to find out why it was leaking. They acted like it was just a stopped up drain pipe. I had also told them the filter, which sits right below the internal hard plastic drain pan was dripping wet recently.

This repair was done 2-3 months ago for $650! I phoned them last week to request they set up a maintenance visit & was told they were months out. Yesterday, I had an extremely positive experience with Ellington Air. They removed my filter, looked up & saw a huge crack in my internal drain pan! I saw it easily with my own eyes, hard to miss. Now, Arctic Temp installed this unit & no one has serviced this unit besides them until yesterday.

Either this drain pan was cracked when installed or later & this is NOT something that could just happen & certainly not something the homeowner could have done! This repair cost me almost $1,000. Also, Ellington pointed out several other suggestions & was prompt, thorough, professional & reasonably priced. None of which I can say about Arctic Temp.

Props to Arctic Temp for taking care of a nagging problem with my air handler. The tech showed up on schedule and even called when he was enrolled to my residence. Once there, he spent a solid 90 minutes in my attic where the air handler is located. I will use them again and sincerely appreciate their honesty and work ethic.

Critical: Quality, Value Wouldn't recommend to work on your pool equipment they will end up costing you more money go elsewhere

Our camper blew a tire on the road and we pulled into the parking lot to fix it, and even though the shop was closed, the owner personally came and made us a tool to get us back home to our family. Could not ask for better service, that's quality care right there.

Our compressor went out on our condenser and another company said we needed a whole new system. Arctic Temp got the compressor replaced and we are back in business.

Hired to assess an ice machine I bought that was having issues. Not only were they quick to come out to my house, but fixed on their first trip. More importantly, they fixed the issue by simply adjusting a float switch. No frivelous charges, no unneeded replacement parts. Will not hesitate to call again when I have any refrigeration or A/C needs.

Basically wait on yourself and pay retail + prices. To many other places with full service and a view. Average at best.

In the middle of summer my main air conditioning unit went down on a Friday afternoon. My manager switched to our back up split unit and that went out overnight. Artic temp came to the rescue and had us out of the blistering heat in no time. Very courteous and understanding and the price was half what I expected. Thank you thank you thank you.
