Very bad customer service. It's like I kept needing to call them just so they would even come out to do an estimate for my property. Even after the young individual came out to do an estimate it's like he only checked the basement and didn't even look upstairs to see where everything was as a whole all in all. Afterwards I called a few other places and finally came to the conclusion I needed a mini split. Called Temp Tech back for this and they never returned my call.
I do not even want to give them a star at all. I rather give them 0 stars for the bad customer service and for the Technician that came out and didn't even know what he was doing. Very bad company I will never return to them whatsoever.

There are not enough adjectives to describe how wonderful this company is. I'm sure many private home owners use them, however, I manage 170 rentals and my homes are all 4 to 8 years old, this is the time when things may start to go south here and there with the HVACS, I have called this company at MINIMUM of once a week for a different job over the past three months. every single time without fail, they have showed up quickly, they were friendly and they have fixed it right the first time. You cannot beat the price, then add the service to boot! I have even had residents call to tell me how great they were. Thank you Temp Tech!
