Excellent service that is on spot! The technicians are friendly and caring. They know their business! I've been with A. Borrelli for 24 years and I have no complaints. Their annual service contract is reasonably priced, too. Everything is upfront on pricing which nowadays is expensive, but what isn't? Quality, service, on time and dependable are all worth it. A. We hired A.Borrelli as subcontractors for a large commercial project. I don't write review often but their customer service, quality workmanship and attention to detail compelled me to do so. I would recommend this company to residential and commercial clients alike. They can handle the work and do an exceptional job. Will be our go-to plumbing contractor from here on out!

Awesome experience. Office staff was helpful, understood what I needed. Able to schld an appt for the following day. Tech explained all my issues, gave options. He worked within my budget, fixed the issue. And was flat honest about me needing a new boiler. I'll use this company again. Oh n yea he tried his best to keep my floors clean. I appreciated that!

Borrelli upgraded our gas line to comply with the new ConEd standards when it was accidentally cut by someone installing a new water line for us. They did a great job. they were very responsive from start to finish.

We had a replacement AC unit installed today. Everything went smoothly The installers, Eric and Pablo, were excellent, very clean, prompt and very friendly. To sum up we were very pleased with the entire purchase ans installation process. Strongly recommend!

Got the recommendation from a neighbor who has been a loyal customer for 20 years. No disappointment here. Had to replace my broken steam boiler. Due to some unusual configuration of my house, I have seen many technicians from the company to get to the bottom of the issue. Everybody is professional and respectful. Mostly importantly, A. Borrelli make sure everything is all right and stick to the end. Nowadays, seems to be hard to find someone so responsible for what they do. Thanks.

This company is consistently professional, knowledgable and respectful. They call when they say they will call and show up when they commit to. Work is always done to the highest level of professionalism and consistently done right the first time. We use for all our air and furnace issues. I would highly recommend them. They came to service my central humidifier. All the serviceman did was change the filter without seeing that the unit worked. I know this because he did not turn on the water valve after leaving. The unit did not work and when I complained they sent another repairman who clanged the controls and assured me that it will now work. Of course it did not and when he came back he said that i needed an additional part. I refused, Of course I was charged for each visit and for parts and the end result is that I have a central humidifier that does not work.

Excellent service. Eric and Mike were courteous and professional. Once done with installing the HVAC system, they made sure everything was properly working and took the time to answer all our questions. Looking forward to continuing doing business with A. Borrelli.

Sent through Lowe's to install a water heater. Great communication and follow up. On time, very pleasant and knowledgeable. Eric & Carlos were great! So hard to find great plumbers. Plan to use them for future needs

My experience with A. Borrelli couldn't have been better, from my first phone call to the office, to the complete installation of my air conditioning units. They were responsive, reliable, polite, knowledgeable, and showed total expertise at their job. I would highly recommend this company and their technicians.

First-rate, expert, reliable, prompt, courteous, friendly. They serviced my central heat/ac in my house for 3 years and now in my recently purchased condo unit. I've gotten to know a number of their technicians---most recently Eric who installed a new heating unit and serviced the ac in my condo. I have always been highly impressed. The office is also extremely friendly and helpful.

I used them for 16 years. At the beginning I didn't have issues. Since it was a new house it was just regular maintenance. About 6 years ago that changed. They would come out for maintenance and there often seemed to be an issue which would cost more. Then the issues started to cost significantly more. I finally saw the light when I was adding heat to my basement.

Their quote was $6k. I talked with two other firms because I was having an uneasy feeling about A. Borelli. The cost at the other two firms was $4200 and $4400. On another project I willingly paid an extra $150 to expedite the project in 4 days. It ended up taking 21 days. Their response was they made a mistake and shouldn't have promised they would get it done.

But I don't get the money back. It is partially my own fault. I shouldn't have stayed with them as long as I did without looking into their pricing. Very high prices and low service.

I do not want to waste time. If you also don't want to waste time then avoid them! Made a firm appointment at Lowe's and double checked. They did not show. Apparently they do not care about potential customers. This is most likely the way they do business. The following is a copy from a previous Yelp review; They have a guy in lowes trying to sell LENOX split AC units in Yonkers NY at Ridge Hill.

The guy was nice and set up an appointment with me for an estimate. They never showed up or called to say they couldn't keep the appointment. A wasted day for. A loss of business for them. Stay away, use someone else.

A. Borelli Mechanical is a dishonest company defrauding customers by charging for the warranty parts. My AC unit was serviced under warranty and A.Borelli Mechanical charged me for the warranty parts stating in writing on my invoice that the charge would be refunded within 6 months. It's been 10 months with no refund and the company doesn't return my phone calls.

We purchased a house and stepped into a contract with A Borelli from the previous owner. The contract was to service our AC/Heating units. At each service visit for a year they failed to bring the necessary filters and charged us for return visits in order to do that. For some reason, when our air conditioner needed to be replaced this year, we thought the experience would be different and we gave A Borelli another chance. WRONG!

Not only did they measure the unit incorrectly, they caused $1,100 in damage to our home trying to fit the unit into the space the former unit was in. To add insult to terrible service, they agreed to have the damages fixed.after three weeks, multiple conversations and ZERO attempt to fix the damage, A Borelli agreed to simply pay for a contractor of our choosing.and now, one month after submitting the bill to them, they are still refusing to pay and will not return our calls.

We can only speak to a receptionist who "doesn't have the authority" to pay. As a final kick in the pants, we asked her to cancel our service contract at the very least and reimburse us for that.no shocker, we clearly haven't seen a dime of that come back. To summarize: 1) poor work, extra fees 2) damage to the house 3) ZERO accountability The worst.
