Very upset. Doing business with them was a total fail. I never did get the correct product. The sales person did not listen and the warehouse sent the wrong product twice. I finally just told the plumber to install anything so I could get back to work. I will never be happy with the end result. I would have been better off getting the product from Lowe's and saved money by doing so. My fault for wanting to get something a little fancier.

Purchased a tube heater for my business and used the contractor in which they referred me. I was told they would only honor a warranty if I used a contractor When the heater failed, they threw their contractor under the bus. They didn't honor anything and just made excuses. I felt so bad for the contractor, I split the cost with him. These guys were terrible to deal with, when I called to ask questions, they were just plain nasty. I never heard from them again, the contractor made it right at mostly his own expense. I feel sorry for any small business folks who are forced to use these guys.
