I purchased a new propane furnace from Scott Bros. a year ago. The installation was done promptly and efficiently. I felt that the company had a strong sense of professionalism and a policy of the highest ethical standards. In April, 2022, it was time for a routine inspection and maintenance as needed. Andy Holden has only been with SB for a few months, but he is a very competent, intelligent and dedicated professional.
He did a very thorough inspection of the furnace as well as my older heat pump. Knowing that it passed all his testing give me confidence my Heat and A/C will give reliable service.

This is our second experience this year. Michael Burkett always knows EXACTLY what you need. Appalachian Air Care was at our house yesterday morning to clean our heating/air-conditioning ducts on a 50 year. old house that we were unsure had ever been cleaned before. They had been referred by Michael Burkett, and as always, he did not disappoint. I would use no other company other than Scott Brothers.
