We are so happy with this company. They we super fast at getting back with us when our furnace was acting up and did a temporary fix. They we very honest telling us we would probably need a new furnace which we decided to get. We called them and with in a week we had our new furnace installed. Very friendly and reliable. Highly recommend them! The David family

JE Johnson came out right away when we were having issues with our furnace. Our technician (Ron maybe? I’m terrible with names!) was absolutely astounding! He came out and told us what was wrong. The furnace continued doing the same issue the next day so we called again. He came out again, increased the blower speed and, replaced the thermostat.
No issues since! He was personable, knowledgeable, and stayed some extra time both times to make sure it was working correctly. We highly recommend them and will be our go to in the future! Thank you for getting us our heat back!

Rob & Rob installed a new furnace in my home and re-worked the improperly installed venting from the old furnace. They were extremely polite and professional and did a great job. I had worked with Scott prior to the installation and he was very responsive and helpful dealing with my home warranty company and trying to figure out the best solution for the issues with our old furnace installation.

Sent 2 installers the older guy was pretty rude but the other guy was nice. Came to fix my A/C but thought they were going to leave without my a/c working. They were sent through a insurance company. The rude guy says I just came to fix the heat. Only it was 100 degrees outside why would I be concerned about the heat and give you $1300 when the initial problem was never fixed.
Didn't have the proper filter to install after said I'll have to get one. Left the old piping behind also. Office was easy to deal with. Wouldn't welcome them into my home again I don't like rudeness.

When they came the repair my glass cooktop, the technician does seem well qualified and broke my glass. It took over half a year and a few dozen calls and they still can not repair or replace the cooktop. I accepted a small payment for far less the cost of the cooktop but the company is making excuses for not sending the check. It has been over two months since they agreed to send the check but i still can't get it.
Even if i am losing more money, I decided to the court to sue this company for my entire replacement cost. This is the worst experience i had with any company or people. Be careful and avoid this company!

Scott and his crew, Rob and Brian, exceeded our expectations in replacement of our AC unit. They were knowledgeable, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. We were working with a home warranty company to have our AC unit replaced and Scott went above and beyond to guide us through the process and keep us informed. We greatly appreciate their help and were 100% satisfied with their company.

Horrible company- no communication, call back nothing they were contracted to fix a microwave was given runaround and lip service entire time 2 months have elapsed for them to show up with parts that I GR been told by 3 different people they would be here by now. Scott / Dakota - awful service and communication. don't bother have them do any work they won't call or show up?

It's great to have our washing machine working again. We did have to call after almost two weeks to see if the part was received though, and service was scheduled for the next day. Serviceman was an hour late and it would have been nice to get a courtesy call letting us know he was running late. A five hour window for arrival time is too long.

Almost a month ago our home insurance company sent them out to repair both our ice makers in our fridges.that day they said they had to order parts and would call us when they came in.finally called back and was told only one of our fridges were on our policy and to call home ins to add second one.we did that same day and called them back to let them know that we did so.3 and a half weeks later no word.just called them this morning and had to leave another message.getting real tired of their run arounds.

My home insurance sent our claim here. They called to say they'd be out between 9-11am. At 11:15a I had to call them and they said they were running "a little" behind. At 11:45 still no tech, but a call at 11:50a to say he was 30 min away. That's not a little behind. That's the entire morning and no apology but just, "well, are you gonna be there?" If this wasn't through the home insurance, I would have cancelled.

It took 4 visits for the technicians to diagnose a cracked heat exchanger. When they replaced the furnace they decided to use my shop vac without my permission or checking to see if the filter was on. As a result, soot from the chimney was blown all over everything in the basement. I contacted them and was assured that they would cover the cost of clean up.
That was 1/25/2018, it's 5/2/2018 and still no compensation for the cleaning I paid for. Attached are a few of the pictures of the mess they left. Every item, surface, walls & floors was covered.

Had a register replaced under warranty. Tech drained boiler system to install new registers. After he left the registers sounded like a freight train. Turns our he didn't fill the system correctly (not enough water). They came back out two days later to fill and pressurize the system. In less than 24 hours the heat exchanger failed. I called emergency service and got the original tech that came to the house and he asked if the pressure relief valve blew.
I told him no the problem was inside the boiler. He came out the next morning and stated they should have replaced the valve because they knew it wasn't working. He told us they were responsible for the destroying the boiler. He also said "I am not management but there is no way you should have to pay for this." Unfortunately I lost that battle and more than $5000. Its funny how a man can come into my house steal a DVD player and get arrested. But a company like this comes in destroys my boiler and there is no recourse.
