Everyone I talked with at True Temp was kind and courteous. Service was prompt, and they called in advance. Gary and the gentleman who fixed our heating unit on a very cold day was knowledgeable, and even though he had a great deal of expertise, he explained the problem in terms that were easy to understand. The cost of the repairs was extremely reasonable.
I felt very fortunate that they were recommended to me. It has been 2 years since I wrote my first wrote my first review, and in this year December 2020, on the coldest day of the year, so far, our heating system broke down. Thank goodness for Doug, Darlene, and especially Gary Headrick. They stayed on the the supplier to get the part to them, within 48 hours, and Gary made sure the heat was working and the house was warm.
In the last 2 years, we have had True Temp do air conditioner maintenance, and a couple of other repairs. The service has always been great, and I have come to depend on their professionalism, and their considerate attitude toward their customers. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

This company did a great job from showing up to give a written quote to starting the job in the time frame that they promised. All of their employees were courteous and worked continually while they were on the job. The job was completed on time and correctly and then they cleaned up everything. I would highly recommend. I Called true temp for an estimate and Tyler came out and evaluated my house for a new hvac unit. Within a day I had a quote. The guys showed up and went straight to work. I would not recommend using their business. They take shortcuts and poor quality work. They sent workers that weren't qualified and never sent anyone qualified to check the work. They incorrectly installed the mechanics of the flex pipes causing multiple issues. They wouldn't call back or fix the problems they caused. They are overpriced for poor quality work. It took another company and more money to fix the problems they caused.

True Temp handles all my HVAC needs from commercial to residential. Remember good and cheap does not work in the same sentence. Their work is quality and their prices are fair. If you need work done, don't compare just the unit. Look at the quality of the duct work and all of the equipment. I heat and cool 3100 square feet and my power bill averages 125 dollars a month.
