Very good service from the time we made the call. The office staff is very friendly and willing to find the answers we needed in a timely manner. Their service men are very professional and were very neat during the insulation processes. The install was supposed to be for an air conditioner only but cracks were found on the furnace heat exchange upon inspection. Want to thank Weaver Heating and Cooling on the fine job they did replacing our furnace and air conditioning. Our technician, Tim, did first class work on the removal of old equipment and installation of the new units. Tim consulted us on every decision on where to run piping, wiring, or ductwork. Best part is Weaver installed brand name equipment at a price that beat the other big name companies by a considerable amount.

Had our furnace cleaned and checked. We are very particular and appreciate good service. Weaver's technician, Caleb, was excellent! He was knowledgeable, well mannered, worked very neatly and respected our home. This was a very pleasant experience and Weaver does a very thorough annual maintenance service call.

I love working here. Family owned and operated. Pay is great. Vacation time, holiday pay and retirement 401k. We also have a Service Agreement and have the guys come out every year to service our equipment. They are always professional and friendly. I get calls daily praising our customer service team, install crew, and service techs. Love this company!

Great service - fair price! We had 3 companies quote us for a new furnace/central air unit and Weaver was very reasonable, but their honesty is what sold us! The install was great and service since then has been great! They're always courteous, reliable, and they clean up after themselves. Would highly recommend this company to others!

I needed a new furnace and AC unit. I'm an engineer and knew correct choice of a contractor for this type of work is absolutely critical both for operation of the unit and to achieve a professional looking installation. The experts at Weaver did the install and exceeded my expectations (and I have very high expectations for this type of work). They arrived on time, were polite and professional, and completed the installation/tested the unit in a timely manner.
All the old parts were removed and the area cleaned up. Their price was also the most competitive for the American Standard 97% furnace and 13 SEER AC unit. Working with Weaver on this project was a definite win. I HIGHLY recommend them.

A fantastic experience! Nobody likes to wake up to a cold house, and not know why! The office called me back promptly, and explained to me the minimum charge. Shawn, our technician, came out and could not find the problem right away. But he kept looking and found a problem that does not happen very often. This was much less expensive to fix than the previous company who wanted to sell me a whole new furnace! Thanks Weaver for putting the customer first!
