The Element Masters, Inc. was established in 2000, by Lee and Dorothy Bontrager. Our dream of offering heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) services to the Middlebury community and surrounding areas came to life. Lee's experience, of 21 years, in the HVAC industry, has given him the skills ncessary to provide our clients excellent HVAC installation, maintenance and repair services.

Our systems include heating, cooling, air cleaners, thermostats and accessories. Before the heating or cooling seasons it is a good idea to have your system checked by one of our maintenance experts.
I contacted three furnace dealers. Two responded: one didn't call back for a month and the other came to the house and never contacted me again. Mr Bontrager contacted me the next day with a phone call. We set a date for him to come to the house. He came on time and did his measuring and went to the attic because we had no heat ducts.

Dan the man showed up right on time. Within 10 minutes he had my heat going. He had to run out and get a part and was quickly back to install it. He was honest and professional. His price was right. The day before I had Home Comfort cone and tell me that it was not repairable and we're going to charge me $8000+ for a new furnace. I would highly recommend this reputable company!

I called them after hours and Lee was at our house in less than an hour to fix furnace. I was thankful of fast response time as I was out of town and needed furnace fixed fast due to frigid temps and family. I have used them before and love the small town feel I get with this company.
