Pricing was less than the competition, and worth every penny! They did a fantastic job, installed everything and were extremely clean and punctual! Andy gave a great rundown of bid and next steps, Luke and installation team were flawless, and Dawn in accounting was fantastic to work with on the financing side! Truly a perfect experience!

Lynden Sheet Metal was very professional and responsive to my call for my leaking water heater. The technician was at my house within an hour of making the call on a Saturday. I paid more to get a new water heater installed over the weekend vs waiting for a week day but that was my choice; there was no pressure from the technician. After install, he went over the unit with me. I'd highly recommend Lynden Sheet Metal and I'd use them again in the future.

I've used Lynden Sheet Metal for a long time and had always been pleased with them. I have used them for my rentals and we have a large personal house with complex systems that they helped to install. The last couple services things had really gone down hill. Their attention to detail has really started to slip. I'm not sure if they have new management or what?
Most recently, we had the elements replaced on our hot water heater. The tech let me know the expansion tank was bad and needed to be replaced. He didn't have one on his truck but he said the front office would call to set up and appointment and two weeks later I called back, twice, with no response. The final straw was when our hot water heater failed.
I talked to two different people who told me they would give me a call back with some pricing but they never did (a week later). I also left another voice mail with someone the secretary directed me to. Never heard back. The crazy thing is Lynden Sheet Metal has never had to compete on all my projects. Why? Because I'm loyal. They had always done a good job and I never cared to try to find a better price because they had always treated me right and I would have never called a competitor.
But since they left me no choice, I did. Sullivan was at my house within 2 hours of when I first called them, walking me through a solution. To be clear, I have never had any issues with LSM's techs. Always professional, always do a good job, and I have used them 50+ times on various properties. But the front office doesn't seem to care anymore. Hoping for a new and reliable relationship with Sullivan.

We had Lynden Sheet Metal make custom copper chimney roof caps. This was a complicated job. Lynden Sheet Metal were professional, thorough and knowledgeable. Merritt is phenomenal - my husband and I highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable, professional, kind and honest. He diagnosed and repaired our fireplace and was very good about explaining everything he was doing so that I would have piece of mind with the natural gas unit. He also serviced our furnace. We will be requesting his services again and really appreciate all of his help and hard work.

After 26 years our propane furnace failed and the weather was terrible, we had floods, freezing, and then snow. Every HVAC installer and plumber in 3 counties was flooded (no pun intended) with service requests. Lynden Sheet Metal was amazing from the receptionist, estimator, account manager and the installer. They listened, they were respectful, honest and upheld their timelines and the cost estimate. We will return as will the rest of our family.

Our furnace wouldn't turn on in freezing weather. We called LSM and they sent over Micah that day who diagnosed the problem and fixed it in only a couple hours.
