AC went down, had to continuously flip the breaker switch on nearly 3 dozen times to keep it running. I believed the 48 year old AC system original to the house had finally decided to retire. I decided to give John at Future Aire a call for much needed rescuing. John Ven was at my door in no time and gave me the news that the old AC wasn't going to last much longer. However, with his knowledgeable guidance, we are now in-line to replace the entire AC system for a very reasonable price. What I got was high standards of professionalism and strong will and desire to take care of their customers. New AC on the way. Thanks John!

We had our HVAC system replaced on a house built in the 1950's and the the equipment was really old and needed a flue liner installed. The furnace worked, but the air wouldn't kick on for those few days of warm weather in March. We got proposals from five companies and Future Aire was the best. The technicians worked efficiently all the time they were here.

I can't say enough about Cody and John who completed the difficult job and let us know what they were doing throughout the day. They cleaned up and hauled away everything too. Thanks again for another great job.

I called the main line at 10:19am to see about scheduling a service call (possibly) today. Jason showed up at noon! Diagnosed a problematic relay contact switch. Jason noticed a bare wire opportunity, probably a rodent situation, and while replacing the relay went ahead and repaired that too. He was very professional and explained everything he'd found. Got the necessary work completed in under 45 mins and was on to the next job. Great work for as short a time as possible! Thanks Future Aire!

We have used them on multiple occasions and they always educate us on how to best utilize our hvac, which ultimately saves us money. Our own unit was 22 years old and they continued to help us hobble it down the road as long as we could. We then decided to make the decision to replace the whole system in order to be most cost effective. You're paying for electric with an old system so we figured we Might as well have an efficient system instead.

They walked us through the process, what was available and the timeline. I won't say it was perfect throughout the entirety of the process because that would be shorting them on how responsive they are to a problem. When there was an issue, I felt heard and also appreciated and they always rise to the occasion. We love our new hvac and feel that we have the clean air throughout the house with all the bells and whistles. because why not?!?! They did a fantastic job and I look forward to working with them during routine maintenance check ups.

I used Future Aire to replace 2 aging A/C units with 2 new heat pumps and to install a mini split system in an area of the house where adding duct work did not seem like the best solution. They came in at a much more reasonable price than other competitors and the best thing was they were very knowledgeable and understanding about answering my questions.

That was back in April and the house has never felt this good. For the longest time we thought we would be stuck with our house not being as comfortable as we like, but they changed our home to be its best. I just had my first maintenance and the technician was very helpful and discussed my house having a bit of a humidity problem in the summer. It is so wonderful to have a local business that is personable and willing to listen to their customers and provide feedback that fits their needs, not just push one size fits all solutions.

I find it interesting that on Yelp the star ratings are so much lower for this company than the Google reviews. I edited my review on there, based on the owners response, but still have not received the refund I was promised.long story short, we had them out here, they thought the dirty filter was the reason house not staying warm. It was not. We tried to get them back out before the major cold spell and impending snow, but ended up using Eureka Heating and Cooling (fantastic service and explanation of what he was doing.

They even followed up the next day to make sure heat was working.) All of this was nothing, though, compared to the customer service I received from Christine (or Christina). Read my Google review for the details of how she treated me- including threatening me, lying to me about a refund and berating me. It was hands down the worst customer service experience in my life.

The owner of the company did reply to my initial review and offered to make things right, so I again asked for my service call to be refunded but that was nearly a month ago and it still hasn't happened. Again, there's more detail in my other review but suffice it to say, strictly based on this one person at that company I will never use them, never recommend them and always tell anyone who asks the reason why.

Wow, we have been customers since 1999, and have spent literally thousands of dollars on repairs or replacement of our heat pump and a/c. It seems that after the annual spring check every year we have to have a service call because the a/c stops working but they're usually prompt and courteous and so we have continued to use them. As usual, our a/c stopped working a few months after our spring checkup and so I called first thing in the morning to schedule an appointment.

I was told I would get a call in the early afternoon and when I called around 1:30 for an update, the woman who answered the phone acted like I was imposing on her and started ranting about the 11 pages of calls they had. I didn't even ask for a specific time, I just asked if someone was going to make it out, said that was all I was asking and asked if that was ok for me to ask that?

Instead of being professional or civil she became extremely snotty. I guess she is one of those people who does not handle stress well. Needless to say, we will not be using this company any more and in fact I called another company immediately after getting off the phone with her and they were pleasant and actually gave me an appointment time AND have better reviews on line.

Buyer Beware! I paid $225.00 for a $24.95 part that I'm pretty sure I didn't need. I would not recommend this company.
