Tri-City Air Conditioning

This is the first time we have used Tri-City Air and it will not be the last. The service was prompt and thorough. The technician, Josh was very personable and explained everything he was doing. Repair was done quickly. We even bought their Comfort Protection Contract. It was a great deal for twice a year maintenance and other perks.

Wow! What a professional, knowledgeable, personable company to do business with! Our 28 year old heat pump finally wore out. I called Tri City Air and they came quickly and checked out our old unit and the compressor was gone and it was time for a new unit. They were booked 3 weeks out on installs but the salesman knew that we were completely down and he was able to get to us earlier than quoted and got us installed within a week of being down.

All of the technicians were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Adam and Nick did excellent quality work and took pride in their work, they were very easy to work with and were very friendly and they answered any questions that I had. I will be calling on them for many years to come. If you are looking for a heating/air company I highly recommend giving Tri City Air a call. Thank you for the great service Tri City Air!

Josh Shivers is the BEST! When I need a new unit I will want him to install it. Very honest about my unit and explained things to me I never even knew I needed to do for maintenance on my end. Got me up and running in no time. Very pleasant person, respectful and understood my needs and what needed to be looked at in seconds of me describing the problem. I will continue to use Tri-City Air because of this technician.

Josh Shivers was our technician. Let's pause here, isn't that the best name for an HVAC tech? He had our unit working and us shivering in no time (had to do it). He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Luckily it was a quick fix, but we also signed up for the maintenance plan. The maintenance plan has a ton of perks and I would recommend.

I haven't used this company before but obviously was impressed enough to commit to a maintenance plan. I have worked with many other hvac companies personally and professionally and am happy to have finally found someone reliable. I'm thinking about reaching out commercially when my current company contract expires.

I had a new heat pump installed about 18 months ago by another company. I had that company come back 6 times because my unit constantly blew cold air. I called Tri-City to see what they could do for me. Josh came today and identified the problem right away. He explained several things to me. He is a polite and professional man. I was so impressed that I signed a one year service agreement. I also want to add that the contact person, Kaitlyn, is also super nice and very professional. This experience has been such a blessing to me.

Joey our technician came out and got the ball rolling. He was knowledgeable and professional and fixed our issue in no time. Brian our comfort specialist was kind, professional, and went out of his way to accommodate logistics and inventory situations. Wes and John our installers did a fantastic job and was on time, professional, and courteous. I would highly recommend this company.

Shout out to Grady, Greg, Israel, and Rambo for their excellent service. They took their time and did the install right. They checked and double checked to make sure everything was functioning correctly. They went over how to operate the system with me and what I needed to do if certain situations should arise, such as if the catch pan under the unit should start filling with water, and how to tell that my air purifier thingy was working, etc.

They made sure I had all the paper work I was supposed to have. They removed all of the debris from the old system, which I appreciated not being left to deal with. They were professional and polite young men.

Everybody we have talked to at this company has been very nice and professional. Our new system was installed in a timely manner. The installers were very helpful in answering questions about our new system and the set up of our new thermostat. John, Wesley, Richard, and Israel did not leave until they knew for sure our system was fully functioning.

These guys also talked about how great this company is to work for which is not something you hear very often these days. We will definitely be recommending Tri-City Air to all of our friends.

Our air conditioning unit was on it's last legs. We wanted to get ahead of the curve and get a new unit installed before we didn't have air in the summer. Brian came out and gave us an estimate. He worked with us to get to where we felt comfortable with what they were suggesting to install. Michael Phillips and Jeff came out for the installation. They were here early and worked tirelessly (through the cold) to get our unit installed to where we would have heat for the evening.

They were very courteous and respectful and cleaned up their area before heading out for the evening. They were back bright and early the next morning to get the job finished. Can't thank them enough for their hard work and dedication. They explained the unit and answered all my questions. My new unit is so quiet, I don't even know it's running! Thank you Michael & Jeff for a job well done.

We recently had a new heat pump installed by Michael Phillips and Greg Laughlin. Both did an excellent job. They were both truly nice gentlemen and worked really hard to get the job done. We really appreciate what they did for us. They worked a long day and stayed late so our family can have heat for the night. The company as a whole is a great company and always does their best to accommodate your needs. Highly recommend and will use for all future needs!
