Keep your home comfortable and reduce your A/C costs by installing energy-efficient ceiling fans to circulate the air. The average cost to run a fan is only $7 a month! Be sure to clean or change your air filter at least once a month, and always use the proper size for your unit. It is also important to keep your outside unit clear of debris to avoid blocking the airflow.

Herring has always gone above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Today of all days, one of the hottest days of the summer, they were able to make it out to us and get us up and running. Brandon was awesome! Fast, efficient, and on time. He identified the problem quickly and explained the best most affordable option to fix. He was able to leave and go get the part and return and install and get my AC back going in all under 1 hour. I highly recommend Herring Heating & Cooling. Herring maintained my old HVAC and then installed a brand new unit after a lightning strike. Because of their quick response with my maintenance records, and communication with my homeowners' insurance, the new unit was replaced at top dollar within two days. They are the best! AC stopped working one evening and my unit is only 6 years old. Called Herring next morning. They showed up in the afternoon and replaced the capacitor in a matter of minutes and the house was back to normal cool temperature. Really grateful that Herring is close by.
