It was one of the hottest days ever in July when our air conditioning unit went out. After we called Comfort Air & Heat, they came out within 2 hours & repaired the old air conditioner giving the old unit until the next spring. This gave us time to save up to buy a new air conditioning unit. Yes, we bought it from Comfort Air. It's not only energy efficient but it always works.
There is no other HVAC company to us. They truly care & show up when you have an emergency in extreme weather conditions. They also love what they do. Thanks, guys, for having the old fashioned tradition & spirit that America was founded on.

Comfort Aire in Mt Sterling installed an A/C pan for me several weeks ago, and cleaned all the ducts as well (made a huge difference). However, last night this A/C unit quit working - I called Mark at Comfort-Aire at 8 AM this morning - by 9AM two technicians were here(Allen and Heath) and quickly made the repair, fortunately nothing major. I called 8/27/18 to get a new system installed. Bradley and Zack came the same day. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and gave us a written rough estimate. They said they talked to the boss and he would call back the next day. Here it is a week later and they still haven't called. Apparently they don't want or need the business. Thanks Bradley and Zack for at least doing your job, your boss should be as professional.

Called at like 8 in the night and a tech spoke with me on scheduling something for the next day. The next day I asked if someone could be out before noon due to a holiday weekend. They sent out Josh. He was very professional and courteous and got the unit up and going in no time and inspected what may have caused the problem to start with. Thanks again Josh!

Called Mike and asked about replacing my filters, he recommended build-in HEPA filters along with this energy recovery ventilator (he called it an ERV unit). We also installed a humidifier for the winter months and we just love our upgrades. Just a great company, will call them again for all my ac/heating needs.
