I would like to first and foremost speak of the sales & installation crew, they both were magnificent. The sales person explained the product with such knowledge, he also explained the process of installation. We were informed that our home needed some added features that were a need and not a sale feature. These were imperative to have for safety.
The installers were just as knowledge and swift. THEY KEPT EVERYTHING CLEAN! im OCD so that was a plus. They worked so seamlessly that even my dog was comfortable. The AC works magnificent. The heat will be used later this year. This company goes above & beyond. Thank You to everyone at Air Specialty.

Amazing company. They did a wonderful job. I received a quote and and an estimated time frame that it would take to complete the job that was spot on the nose. I will recommend this company to anyone. They were even able to squeeze me in a week early. My house is now up to code and the new duct work is amazing.

Professional and very nice - explained everything he was doing thoroughly and when I needed a part replaced he explained how much the charge would be & why it was necessary. I've worked in construction so I appreciated his thoroughness and he made sure it was working before he left. I was very happy with the results and how quickly Misty was able to get someone to help us. Would definitely highly recommend.

Service call maintenance on hvac/ac, the representative actually arrived early(he called first). He was Professional and knowledgeable about the maintenance requirements. I called to get assistance for my AC unit. It was blowing no cold air. I had a technician within 24 hours come to my house. He spent so much time undoing what someone else had done. He told me what I needed and ordered the part and was able to get me temporary cold air until we could get a permanent fix. This guy was absolutely amazing and from someone that doesn't have much trust, I trusted him completely. He explained everything to me and answered every question. I will recommend Air Specialty to everyone.

If I could give them negative stars I would. we bought our air condition through air specialty and got the 10-year warranty. Within 2 months something went wrong with it. they were out every year sometimes three times a year replacing parts on this air conditioner. several times I told them to just give me a new unit. they said that they had replaced so many parts on it it was practically new.
Less than a year after the warranty expired it has stopped working. We found out pieces were put on wrong. And the entire job was not done correctly. Stay away from these people.

Called Air Specialty on Thursday 02/19/2016 after my compressor went out on an R22 System. Talked with Charles the sale rep and explained my situation to him and and confirmed an appointment for 10am the following day. Charles arrived a little early which is good as he had to drive about 45 miles to my house. We discussed all options and the wife and I decided to go with a whole new system as it wasn't that much more than a dry Condenser to replace just the outside unit.
He scheduled the change out to happen on the next working day Monday 2/22/2016. The Tech's arrived around 10am on Monday and got to work right away. They Explained everything they were doing and then a little more than what I expected, concerning the 3 1/2 Ton Heat Pump and Air Handler. When they were finished it was a Professional Install and cleaned up more than i thought would happen.
I must say, with all the HVAC Companies I have deal with in the past, Air Specialty is a head and shoulders above those closer to my house. I am very pleased to give this recommendation and now if the Equipment holds up as well as the Install, we are set for quite a few years of Comfort. Thanks Air Specialty. Almost forgot, we did take out the 10 year Labor contract and the Comfort Agreement. Ask Charles about those! Tony B

You will be hard pressed to find more professional and kind crews like they have at Air Specialty. Not only do they have an incredible $29 flat rate inspection fee but they will come out to your house NO MATTER THE HOUR to fix your ac if you are in Mobile county! What a life saver! They are also a Toys for Tots drop off location this year and have put in countless hours creating a Winter Wonderland for people to stop by and donate toys.
It is really something to see, not to mention, they have Christmas cookies for anyone who donates to the cause! Who doesn't love Christmas cookies? Make sure to give them a call when you need a quality job completed at a great price!
