I had a plumbing emergency with the water shut off to my home. I called for emergency service at 3 pm in afternoon and Keith came within 15 minutes. Keith was knowledgeable and prepared. He had a 3/4 inch Pro-Press valve and installed it within 15 minutes for a water tight repair. He charged me a one-hour minimum, which was a bargain for my emergency. Feehan Plumbing installed my tankless Navien water heater more than 9 years ago and it is still working flawlessly.

I called Feehan plumbing in Broomall Pa for an EMERGENCY call on Sunday 12/23/18 @ 1:00 pm. I explain the problem that I was having and that I needed to have it rectified because of having Christmas dinner at my house. The actual company itself is probably 10 minutes from my home. I was told that somebody would contact me. I called back again at 4 o'clock explaining that no one has contacted me as of yet and left another message with the operator.
I waited again until 5:30 and called again still no call back from the company and was told by the operator that she passed on the three messages to the owner. If the owner or his representatives were not interested in coming out they should've at least had the decency to let me know so that I could have tried to contact somebody else before it became 12 o'clock at night.
My problem is not fixed and now I'm one day before Christmas with no solution in site but to try and contact another company in the AM. I thought by using a local company I would have set up a rapore for any future work needed. Needless to say this has left a very bitter taste for me and I will make it a point to pass this onto my family and friends if I could give it a zero rating I would

I rarely right reviews but Tommy Feehan and his Crew blew my mind on this job. I needed my water heater changed and I called around, they were one of the few that got back to me quickly and was able to schedule to come and do the job, the quote was reasonable and they were flexible with scheduling. JJ came out to the house and struck it with my kids and husband.
I wasn't home but my husband noted that they all had fun throughout the job. My water heater and water temperature at home has been amazing. What more, I asked him to sign some paperwork and not only did he sign it, he got it notarized and mailed it to my house and when I had some payment misunderstanding (btw, JJ came out again to fix some valve), it was resolved as quickly as possible. communication was top notch. I think I have got me a plumber for life. Thank you Tommy, JJ and Joan. I truly appreciate your work and your customer service.

This company helped build my home a few years ago. I have had a few problems and they handled. Now I needed a repair once again and called 4 days ago to make appointment. No call back. Then call a day ago to set up date. Then the day they are to show up they call me and tell me they do not handle my town anymore! What a joke! Great customer service. Stay away from them.

Called to have a disposal replaced in a house rental. I did not even think to ask for a rough estimate over the phone.how much could it be to replace a disposal (Insinkerator V) that costs $80? Maybe $250 on the high end? I got a call from the plumber stating it would be $485 for the job. I told them to forget it, then he started to lower his price.
No thanks! I am not dealing with someone that could not give me his best price up front. Here is the kicker, a day later the tenant tells me that she finally figured out how to use the jam wrench and the disposal is working just fine! A good plumber would have unjammed the unit and called to say that it is fixed and the cost is just the cost of the service call.
