He took his time and answered all our questions.He was honest and helpful and did not try to sell us what we didn't need. Dakota and Logan were two of the installers. I have used Hermes for maintenance checks on my HVAC systems for several years. This spring there was a problem with my air conditioning system. High temps were predicted for the next few days so they worked diligently to get the repairs completed in a timely manner! Their technicians are very professional and knowledgeable. This company is a prime example of why it pays to get a second opinion! My husband and I were forced to replace a relatively young and well-maintained furnace due to supply chain issues with a replacement part. Stuart really went to bat for us on the matter, and helped get the cost down on our replacement. The first company (who is a large competitor and had our business for years) was not willing to do that. I'd give more stars than 5 if I could!

Bathroom ventilation installed for about $12h. Good timeliness and price. Clean work. Well-mannered. Good follow-up. I deducted one-star only because they broke my attic scuttle, which scares me since they found a bat while they were up there. Now I'm worried more bats may be up there and have access to the living areas. Service: HVAC duct & vent installation

Stewart was great to work with for looking at various options and pricing. Total confidence in him to give accurate and honest opinion and recommendations. Logan, Gage, and Dakota did a great job on the install. Canvas tarps were put down to cover all flooring so there was absolutely no mess to deal with. That was great too because we had a downpour right in the middle of the install. Logan did a great job and walked me through everything to know about the new units and what maintenance I need to do as the homeowner. He was really knowledgeable, polite, and answered all questions that I had. I highly recommend Hermes Service and Sales for your home heating and cooling needs.

This company has taken care of all my HVAC maintenance. They are pro active about service, which is perfect for me As it is easy to forget such things. For emergencies, they are readily available. My cat somehow got stuck in the HVAC system, this company sent 4 technicians over a span of 40 hours. I told them to start breaking down walls/ceilings, the techs responded "Give us chance before we go to extremes." They went above and beyond to save my cat, and they did!

Excellent! We worked with Stuart. We needed a new furnace and AC. Stuart was very helpful and came out and communicated effectively and helped us understand. We had been being taken advantage of by another company. The Hermes rate was much more reasonable. I trust them. They also went above and beyond to help us with a subsequent issue regarding a thermostat and appliance piping connection issue. Strongly recommend!

Excellent experience! Stuart assessed my issue and I had an estimate within an hour of contacting him. Dakota came to my home for the installation and was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained the whole process and was very patient with me having a large dog that needed to be put away each time he came in and out of the house. I'm very impressed with the AC unit and just how easy the whole process was. If you decide to go with Hermes, ask for Dakota to install! Great work guys!

Hermes Service and Sales promptly responded to my ohine calL. Andy arrived and began checking starting with the thermostat and progressed to the furnace. After determining the priblem, and ordering the parts he estimated the coots and gave me an estimated time for the continued repair the nexT day. Andy answered questions, I asked and explained processes completely and I felt comfortable in the neCessary repairs. Parts received, repairs completeed and costs came in under estimate. I found everything involving Hermes to be done promptly, efficiidntly, with a friendly polite manner. Would recommend them anytimee and will use them again.
