We purchased a home recently and haven't moved in yet. The furnace was installed in 2018. We had a home inspection and the home was heating very nicely. We went back after closing on the home and entered the home to find that it was cold 59 degrees and thermostat was set at 65. We figured out that the system was "short cycling", so we called to have someone come out and service the furnace.

We were fortunate to have a very prompt and knowledgeable service tech show up by the name of Mathew G. he was exceptional and stayed to make sure that the system stayed running after he made some repairs. He did a super job and we were very thankful. Warm regards, and Thanks so much Mr. and Mrs. R.

Very, Very poor customer service. I was informed my AC had a bad part and was assured I would get a phone call the next day. Five days later after no call, I contacted the company to ask about the repair. I was told they needed to order a part. Never heard back. Then my AC wouldn't cool properly. I called and was informed again that they promised someone would call me back the next day.

They never did. I wanted my money back for the unused portion of my service agreement and was told no. You could probably get your HVAC certification yourself before they will contact you to get your issue resolved. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! They clearly couldn't care less about their clients. After I told them I would never use them again I was told, "Okay, that's fine."

Would not recommend. They did not show during the agreed window of time. I had a service scheduled and they called an hour before the agreed time to ask if the tech could come at that time. I live an hour away so that was not possible for me to get there any earlier than the agreed time of 10am. They said ok the tech will see you AT 10am. I rushed to get to the property early just in case he showed earlier. Sat for two hours and no one showed during the scheduled time.

I called after an hour and again after an hour and a half to check on when the tech would arrive. The operator asked if I could hold while she checked his location and HUNG UP ON ME! As I had taken the morning off work for this service to be performed I could not wait any longer and had left when the window closed. I finally received a call half an hour after the agreed upon window of time stating he was at the property. When I said I had left and gave the reasons there was no attempt to apologize or retain my business. Unprofessional.

Returned from a family vacation to a house filled with carbon monoxide due to a failed furnace. After temporarily moving out of the house, obtained quotes from 6 local HVAC companies. Falls offered the best price, a very efficient quote visit and won the job. Due to our situation, installation of the new furnace was scheduled for the next day. The installation & county inspection were broken up into two days.

Everything went great. We have a quiet new high efficiency furnace AND peace of mind. The folks involved could not have been nicer or more professional. Communication was great - no surprises! This is now my "go to" HVAC company. I have already referred family & friends.

Terrible Experience! If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had my furnace and air conditioner installed by Falls when my house was built in 2009. It's been a nightmare ever since. The main circuit board would short out every few months, causing my family and I to go without heat or air conditioning for days at a time. I paid multiple times to have a technician come out to address and repair the problem properly. Instead, they would come to my house and swap out the circuit board without finding the cause of the problem. FINALLY, after many circuit boards shorted out, one technician found that my drain pan was broken.

This was allowing water to drain into the furnace and short out the circuit panel. When my furnace was installed it came with a one year parts and labor warranty. Considering this problem started while it was still under warranty, I expected the company that "strives for complete customer satisfaction" to take care of this on-going problem at no charge.

Especially since I had paid for this problem to be fixed before, many times. Rather then doing that, I was handed a hefty bill after the repair work was done to the furnace. I then contacted Melissa from Falls and she basically told me its not her problem and I need to pay for it again. She would not do anything to make this wrong a right. If I were to buy a new car that broke down every few months, I along with any other sensible person, would expect the problem to be fixed, especially if they claim to be a reputable company who cares about customer service and satisfaction.

I then called company president Larry Burris and left messages for him to please contact me so we can discuss the issues I was having. He didn't even have the common courtesy to return my calls. The bottom line is this company does not care about customer service nor do they stand by their products. NOT RECOMMENDED BY ANY MEANS!

This company is as good as it gets for price and service! We recently had Falls Heating & Cooling install a new furnace and a new central air unit. We were quoted a great price for both units, and they got us scheduled quickly. The day of installation, they arrived on time, and I was very impressed with how fast the whole process went without any problems.

After the install was finished, the electrician came out and hooked everything up, then Falls came back out to inspect the units and to explain to us how they worked. Our experience was really good with this company, very professional employees, and we've had no problems with our new furnace or central air unit.
